Worst staying experience ever with Expedia bookings.
When we arrived at the property and opened the front door for the very first time, the hinge at the door fell off and almost hit the head of one of our kids. We didnât report this almost accident as we were too busy with holiday activities.
Then after we left the property, the property manager emailed me telling me that they have charged us for $300 because of the fallen hinge, and some other holes on the wall which were not caused by us.
And they charged the fee from my credit card before letting me know.

Challenging
1. Communication with agents was challenging.You went to options on phone and then no answer. No call backs. In the end picked option they did answer and finally transferred to appropriate dept.
2. Paid for full linen. No linen supplied 1st night. Finally got through to someone again on phone system and delivered day 2. Night one on blankets.
3. Description in add: "There is a spacious fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and air conditioned". The kitchen was anything but spacious. There was no air conditioning just 4 fans on stands attached to extension cords.
4. Because we needed fans on as in middle of hot summer, the one power point per room really not enough.
5. The house was tidy but lots of wet areas with extensive mold in house.
6. I had just been diagnosed with breast cancer and we thought because of treatment we may need to cancel. Further my husbands father died just b4 we went unexpectedly in another state. Asked if we did cancel for this could we get a credit for another time. Told we could not cancel and that we needed to provide a medical certificate if we did not come up. We provided certificate and in the end we were able to go, but left a bad taste in mouth. No compassion. Seriously bad customer service.
OVERALL: not great. We will never again use this booking service or property..
The house was good size for us in good location, however it wasnât that clean and didnât have a kettle. Though when we asked for one we had one it was provided. Also the tv connection would drop out regularly
