Updated Designer Condo w/ Great Cinnamon Shore Style & Amenities

AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

This beautiful ground-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully re-furnished Beach Haven is waiting for you and loved ones to find it! We want our guests to find serenity in the cool colors and plush furnishings of our newly redone home with a fully stocked kitchen, master king bedroom, a queen bed and a set of bunks in the second room, along with a sleeper sofa for two more and Roku smart TVs in every room.

Bring eight of your closest friends and family of all ages to visit everything we have to offer. Conveniently located across from Lisabella's fine dining at the Town Center. You can enjoy an amazing meal and seasonal entertainment without needing to travel. Dylan's Coal Fire Pizza and the shops on Market Street are also steps away. If you prefer a night in, grill up your own meal at the gas grill steps away from the condo.

A short walk, bike ride, or golf cart away and you are at one of our three luxurious resort-style pools or the private beach access to the Gulf of Mexico, where you can have beach chairs and umbrellas waiting for you. One of the two fishing lakes is also directly behind condo. You will never be lacking for things to do while vacationing at beautiful Cinnamon Shore!

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Beach Haven is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Beach Haven the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Bottom floor was perfect and close proximity to the main circle and restaurants. Fishing pond was a huge hit and very close. There’s some large talapia in there so get ready to watch the kids go crazy when they hook one. Can’t wait to go back. Lots of sun through the blinds in the bedroom toward the back of the rental but that’s just how it goes.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first came in the unit, it was very damp and bad smell, the sofa had stains all over it, we all scare of sitting on it so we have to use the bed sheets to cover it. When we come back at night, we tried to set up our sleeping situation we noticed the blankets have blood stains on them and called after hours staffs but they couldn’t accommodate us until the next day and we only there for 2 nights. The next day we went out and came back in the evening and noticed the WiFi and TV are not working so called after hours staffs and they noted the situation but still didn’t help us. I know it’s after hours but still they need to have someone onsite to help out with these situations because the fact we only stayed for 2 nights and we would like our family feel comfortable while we’re on vacation.

We have stayed in this unit a few different times. The first time several years ago was great, but it just feels like it has not been maintained. The door to the back bathroom does not stay closed, the sheets are very low quality, it’s is insanely bright/light in the bedrooms which makes it difficult to fall asleep and the furniture has gotten extremely dirty over time.. noticeably dirty. It needs a refresh. We enjoy Cinnamon Shore, but if units don’t feel new and fresh, like the newer resorts, it definitely makes it less and less appealing. The same goes for the beach chairs. They could definitely use some updating : /

Great Family Vacation at Cinnamon Shore

Our daughters had a great time at the beach and pools. Everything is very nice, clean, and convenient. Renting a golf cart is a must for us as we have a daughter with a disability, but the golf cart makes the whole trip much more fun and everything is so easily and quickly accessible with it. The only problem we had was our reserved parking spot in front of our unit being taken every night. Having a child with a disability, this was a real problem for us. I contacted Cinnamon Shore about this several times and explained our situation having a child who really needed this, but they never did anything other than having their security put warnings on cars. They need better signage for reserved spaces. All in all though, it was a great trip and we are already looking forward to coming back again next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at cinnamon shore! Highly recommend the golf cart rental; it is the easiest way to get to the beach. The location of the condo was very convenient to the restaurants but parking was a bit of a challenge as visitors unknowingly parked in our reserved spots several times. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed. There is also a small market on the property for necessities. The beach chairs and umbrellas were wonderfully convenient and well maintained. Overall it was a wonderful time!

TURKEY TANS FOR EVERYONE

The front French door was shattered upon arriving. We were not told about this and was not fixed before we came. We thought it was the design of the window pane. After our twin 8 years arrived for a visit we quickly realized it was broken and very dangerous. We love the people in the office. When we arrived we were greeted with open arms.

You Will Love Beach Haven

We were amazed that the owner had thought of everything down to a wine stopper for our opened wine. We had expected being so close to everything it might be in a noisy location, but it was quiet and so convenient to walk to dining and rentals. We loved being on the ground floor as it made access to our vehicles so easy. The beach is a bit of a hike away, but with a buggy and a designated parking spot for it, access is fine. It was only the 2 of us staying there and it was perfect...a walk-in shower in one bath and a tub and shower in the other. You would love this unit. The only problem was the accumulation of a puddle outside from the landscape watering every night requiring us to puddle jump to get to our vehicles.

Perfect Family Friendly Weekend Getaway

There was 6 adults and a toddler, and we had plenty of room in the 2BD/2BA condo. It was located close to community amenities and about 7 minute walk to the beach. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful week resting and spending time with family. Everyone that we met was extremely friendly and welcoming, and all of the facilities and amenities were very well maintained. Our kids absolutely loved it and are already begging us to go back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cinnamon Shore is a fabulous development and any home or condo on the property will be a great time. And we had a great time. Our family wanted to bring our dog along so this was the condo we rented. It is not a professionally decorated condo and it could use better kitchen equipment, knives, dish towels, etc. But a stay at Cinnamon Shore is worth putting up with funky decor and dull knives!
