We had a great long weekend in Wildwood! The house was perfect and everything was available to us during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay in Wildwood

Place was a great find. Even tho it was 3.5 blocks to the beach, you walk right onto moreys pier from the street. Could of been a tad cleaner but overall was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was a large clean space to spend our vacation. Enough beds and baths for our entire party. The balcony's have a great view of the large pool and courtyard. Would love to stay here again. The only downside might be the distance to the beach if you plan on walking. It's probably about a 0.5 mile to get to the beach, and the beach itself is another good walk to get to the water. So if you have elderly people that might have trouble walking further distances, you might want to drive down to the beach lot. The lot closest near this is also nearest to the beach taxi service that wildwood offers.

Great space for large family

The townhouse was a perfect size for our family, which was my husband and I, our son and his wife and six children ranging in age from 10 months old to 20 yrs old! And two more of our grandchildren came along! The place is very roomy. The pool and courtyard areas are awesome. Would definitely stay again

Nice place

The amenities of the pool and laundry are nice. The house was nice but could use a little updating. The cleaning service is failing this poor owner. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We apologize, this is the first we are hearing of the dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the unit. Wildwood square rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex location and pool are great for kids. The house isIn close proximity to the pool, making it very convenient. The house definitely needs to be cleaned better prior to arrival. There was a lot of trash and dirt left behind under the furniture from the previous guests. This is our second year in the same unit and it still needs paint touch ups and updating to the fixtures around the house. We struggled to reach the agency when we had questions about the pool closing early and accidentally were locked out of our unit. We love wildwood square but not sure if we’d return to this particular house.

Reviewer Comments: We came to Wildwood with our kids 10-12 years ago for 2 summers in a row we stayed in a property in Wildwood Square on Oak street. We enjoyed those summer vacations but they got older and we traveled different places over the years . Last fall, after 2 pandemic years, our children now 17-19 and 20, asked us to go back to Wildwood, that they would for sure enjoy the beach and the boardwalk at night. Again we were pleased with the emplacement of the Wildwood Square but this time the unit we rented was not perfect like the one we remembered!!! The place was dirty, the floors, the counter tops, the walls, we found garbage around the mattress, under the beds, broken furniture,the windows and the balcony we’re dirty!!! For the beach, the distance from the boardwalk we still give a 4* but the unit we rented was no more than a 1*. I know that you people manage these units from your office but more care and attention should be given to this if you rent. If this unit was clean I would recommend this place to everybody.

Property Very Dirty

My family stayed the first week of Aug 2022. I found the property very nicely taken care of. However, the rental unit could use some definate TLC. Walking into the entry we immediately noticed how unclean the unit was. I had read other reviews of visitors complaining of the same and had hoped that the company would have addressed this, but they had not. The stairs heading from the entry floor to the main space do not look at if they have ever been cleaned. On the main floor I noticed an abundance of fruit flies, which I actually had to buy something to deal with the infestation. The main floor bathroom had standing water and I went to move the floor mat and was utterly disgusted. I did report this to Alex but never received a response. The unit needs a much needed update, walls are very dirty. The only positive points about the property I can say is that it was large enough to accommodate our family and loved the balconies. For the cost of the unit I would, at the very least, expect it to be clean. If you are looking for a great complex in Wildwoods that has a pool and is secure this is a great option. But would suggest not renting one of the Powers Group units.

A great time at the shore!

The condo was centrally located in the heart of Wildwood. About a 10 min walk to the boardwalk and beach and about 10-15 min walk to local restaurants like Poppi's, Mudhen and Dogtooth. The condo was roomy enough for 10 people, 3 bathrooms a plus aa well as the use of a washer and dryer. The condo could use some freshing up with paint and some new flooring in some areas. The kitchen was well stocked, even though we did not cook much. We had brought our own pillows, comforters and sheets because of Covid-19 and was told on check in instructions to do so, but when we arrived, pillows and comforters were on the beds. Three balconies was a nice touch as well as the communal pool right in front of the condo. Surprisingly the pool was closed yesterday, Friday, due to an environmental hazard and we were told it would be closed until Sunday. My daughters work as lifeguards at our local town pool and when an environmental hazard occurs the pool is only closed 3-4 hours. Why 2 days here, not sure. The kids enjoyed parasailing, the water park at Morey's Pier and speedboat Dolphin watching. Caution! We thought it would be a nice calm boat adventure to see dolphins. We saw plenty of dolphins but got drenched on the boat! Also not for the people who get seasick. The boat bounces up and down with the waves. But we all had a good laughed about the adventure. Overall we had a nice, relaxing time at the shore.

Thank you for taking the time to share. We apologize for any pool troubles you experienced during the stay; COVID certainly made this rental season interesting. For next year, The Cape May Whale Watcher does offer a calmer experience and travels to similar areas as the Silver Bullet and Thundercat. This Property Is Not Well Maintained

Our stay was from 6/18 to 6/25, 2022. I called Alex Powers one hour before we arrived, I was told that the unit was cleaned and we could check in when we got there. I’m not sure what clean means to Alex, but when we got to the main floor, stains were found on the kitchen countertop, dining room table, and coffee table. The coffee pot was filthy and had to be cleaned several times before we could use it. Food was caked on 4 of the 6 spindles on dining room chairs. There were crumbs on the sofa cushions, urine splashed on the back of the powder room toilet, and the sink tops were not wiped off and were stained in all of the bathrooms. But, strips stating that the bathrooms were sanitized were placed on the top of each toilet tank. The cover that was on master bedroom bed was dirty, but I did bring my sheets and blankets from home. Before I could put food away or unpack I had to clean. I messaged Alex Powers that the unit was not clean when I arrived, but he never acknowledged my text. On the night of 6/18, the living room ceiling was leaking. I messaged Alex and he did get back to me. Before he came to the condo to check the leak, he was blaming the children for splashing water out of the tub. We had two fourteen-year-olds, who took showers and a five-year-old who was never left unattended while in the tub. Alex didn’t seem to want to entertain any other options as to why the leak occurred, he was certain that the leak came from splashing in the tub. His solution was to take showers only, no baths. The following day, Sunday, he came to the condo to check the ceiling leak. While he was there we mentioned the text that I sent the day before about the condo being dirty upon arrival, Alex simply ignored anything that was said referring to the cleanliness of the unit. His only focus was the leak, and it was due to splashing water out of the tub while bathing. Although our first day and a half was was frustrating, it didn’t keep me from enjoying my family.

We apologize for the delay in communication, we had not received any phone calls on your day of arrival notifying us of the issues with the housekeeping status. We do have the four pictures sent in a text 6/18 @ 5:25pm showing the dirty coffee pot and three coffee stained paper towels. We are more than happy to send our housekeepers back over to address any issues presented when brought to our attention. When I stopped by 6/20 @ 11:15am and met you and Dennis to look at the issue with the third floor tub leak, it was stated that it appeared to be either an issue with the seal between the baseboards and tile floor, or a drain line for the tub that needs to be replaced. Your daughter was using the third floor tub to give your grandchild a bath and, due to the possible stress on the drain line causing the slight water formation and drip in the living room, I advised not filling the tub up all the way to avoid future leaks. Later, after discussing the situation and possible remedies with the owner, I called and spoke with Dennis about the owner confirming the issue with the drain line that needs to be remedied after the season. The property owner(s) are aware of the issue and will be correcting over the winter season. We hope to welcome you back and earn your five star experience!

Très belles vacances en famille.

Très belles vacances en famille, parents, enfants et petits-enfants. Bien situé. En plein centre du Boardwalk … à 1 km de marche . Maison très grande , espace commun cuisine salon salle à manger accueillant. Endroit sécurisé par des barrières de sécurité. Communication avec l’hôte facile. Seul bémol, planchers n’avaient pas été lavés. Sinon merveilleuse vacances ! La piscine est vraiment un plus!!

The condo was not clean at all. Crumbs, crayons and fruit flies everywhere. Cushions had food in between. Vacuum was still in middle of living room. Bugs in bedrooms. I had to thoroughly clean place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool on-site & bbq area was well maintained. The 1st floor bedroom could use a better mattress. Having a bathroom on each floor was really nice! House was well equipped with all appliances and more than enough dinnerware, cups etc. This is the 2nd powers unit we’ve rented and we’ve been very pleased both times!

Great home for a weekend getaway!

We are two families who meet once a year for some relaxing time together. This spot was perfect even in the off season. Enough space for our group of 9 to spread out even when we are all together for game night! We will be back for sure!

Family Vacation Review

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was wonderful! The community was well maintained and beautiful to look at. The pool was awesome as well! Our family of 7 fit perfectly in the condo with more than enough space for everyone. If you are a beach person, the hike to the beach is a tad far, but not unbearable. The rental group was helpful and responsive. The house was clean upon arrival, but honestly could have been a little more deep cleaned. Overall would stay again!!
