Profitez de l'ambiance d'une maison de ville 4 PLEX avec vue sur l'océan depuis les 2 derniers étages. Le townhome est une entreprise familiale qui se soucie de l'hospitalité des visiteurs et de la commodité pour profiter des attractions de Wildwood toute l'année.

Important: Cette maison est disponible à la location par des groupes familiaux uniquement et ne sera pas louée à des adultes seuls de moins de 25 ans. Pas de location de semaine «senior» ou de semaine de bal. Garez votre voiture à votre arrivée et vous n'en aurez pas besoin tant que vous ne serez pas prêt à rentrer chez vous!

Perfect Family Home

We were 10 total--8 adults and two toddlers. The location, the accommodations, everything was as described and what we expected. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean & kitchen had more than enough supplies that we could cook and eat meals indoors several days of the week. Great family vacation and wonderful stay. Would book again!

Close to boardwalk and spacious

Great space for large groups. Our family of 15 came here for our beach trip and everyone had space to spread out. Good location close to the boardwalk and very walkable neighborhood. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Extended Family Vacation

Excellent place to stay! 13 of us! The huge kitchen/living room was ideal for us. Only a 10 min walk or so to the Boardwalk. Parag was always very prompt and responsive to our needs. We hope to go back!

Week at the beach

The owner was very responsive to my many questions & concerns. The condo was as shown on line. The pool was nice. We were able to walk to everything - very convenient.

Amazing 5 bedroom 3.5 bath house

First off, the host is great to work with! The house is spacious and clean. We had 4 different families (13 people) and there was plenty of room for us all. As a side note, the upstairs bedroom doesn’t have a door. The kitchen is stocked with plates, utensils, pots & pans and there is even an instant pot to use! There’s also a washer and dryer in case you’d like to use it. I highly recommend this host and house!

Amazing!

I traveled to Wildwood for a short stay with 13 other family members and this rental property was perfect for us! It had plenty of space for everyone to fit comfortably! It was nice and clean! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils and supplies for cooking! The location to the boardwalk couldn't have been better! The neighborhood was safe. Plus, there were several options for food right on the surrounding streets. The kids loved the pool! The property owner was very nice and very responsive throughout our stay! I would definately stay here again as we all really enjoyed it!

We LOVED it! Exactly what we needed, close to everything & a pool

This was the best rental we've had in the last 11 years. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Close enough for the children to walk to the beach and boardwalk but on a quiet street (in June). A small pool gave a change for the kids when the beach was windy. Nice flat screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms. The owner was polite and efficient in delivering the contract and returning the security deposit. He even provided cleaning products (hand soap, dish detergent, etc.) which we appreciated. I would rent here again!

Lots of Stairs

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Two of the people staying have heart conditions and the steepness of the stairs, made it a little challenging. Other than that issue everything was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The owners graciously waived check in and allowed us to check out late as well. The house was close to the beach and many great restaurants. The kids were able to spread out, and everyone had plenty of room.

Fun and comfortable

House was very comfortable, and there was more than enough room for the 9 of us. Good communal area (kitchen/ dining/ living) on 3rd floor, but bedrooms on multiple floors. Also, very walkable distance to boardwalk. Would stay again.

Wonderful Wildwood stay!!

Look no further: Parag's home is a quick/easy 2 blocks from the beach- and plenty of restaurants and shops were also close-by. Our family of 7 adults was able to spread out over the 4 floors and everyone had their own space- which was a great bonus! The home had everything we needed- including a very large kitchen table that was used for a large puzzle. Parag was quick to respond to a missing coffee carafe- and had a new coffee maker delivered the same day!! I would definitely stay there again!!

Comfortable stay

Great week stay

The house overall was great space for our family of 6 adults and 5 kids. Parag was awesome and super attentive before and during our arrival. We had one small issue where one day the central AC start blowing out hot air (although overnight, it seemed to fix itself and was fine again). Huge plus for being right across the street from Uncle Bill’s Pancake house! Our major con about the house is that there could be a few upgrades. The couch definitely can be upgraded as the cushions weren’t even cushiony anymore. The TV in the living room is also quite small for a huge house. (First world problems but when you have days where the kids just want to hang back and watch a little TV, it makes a difference). We also noticed a lot of ants in the kitchen on our arrival but less as the week went on so not sure if the cleaning crew might’ve missed something on the changeover day? Also worthy to note - if you stay on the top level, there is no door and you will have to go down to the 2nd level to use full bathroom to shower/bath. But overall, we thought this house was spacious and gave us flexibility on sleeping arrangements.
