ACCÈS EXÉCUTIF: les clients WaterSound séjournant dans cet établissement ont un accès gratuit au WaterSound Beach Club et 3 piscines communautaires (y compris la piscine à entrée libre de 7000 pieds carrés au WaterSound Beach Club). Chaque suite dispose d'un accès privé au balcon où vous pourrez profiter de la vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique. Lorsque vous ne barbotez pas dans la piscine à quelques pas de votre porte, descendez la promenade jusqu'à la plage pour un plaisir illimité au soleil!

Our family of 6 spent our Christmas break here and had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful and the condo was amazing, plenty of room for everyone, well appointed and the view was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Weekend

As always the Watersound Crossings condos did not disappoint! The view alone makes it all worth it. The deck area was smaller than we anticipated being on the top floor (we've had larger ones at the crossings), but we were able to make it work just fine. We will be back!

Gorgeous Views of the Ocean and Nestled in the Sand Dunes!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property! Plenty of room for everyone and was equipped with everything we needed! Waking up to the ocean through the oval windows was a delight every morning and falling asleep to the view of the stars and sound of the ocean waves was a balm to the soul! The property was well maintained, quiet, and gorgeous! We will definitely stay here again! We were so sad to leave...

The condo was very nice. It was difficult to reach someone on the phone when we needed information but everything went well. The only major issue with the place was the flies that seem to sting. I think they are attracted to the lake water. Bring your OFF.

Fantastic view! Seriously, that’s not a filter!!Great location right by the pool and close walk to the Beach Club (if you cut through the tennis courts). Agree with comments about it being slightly warmer than thermostat setting and living room furniture and curtains throughout needing updating. But, in no way did that detract from our stay. Loved the location and the layout! Stayed here because the small house we like on Salt Box Lane was unavailable, but really enjoyed it! And it came with free beach chair rentals!!

We enjoyed our visit and overall would recommend again as it offered the most of what we were looking for. We loved the floor plan, accommodations were beautiful, lots of room and the beach club was an added major plus! We also loved the Beach was so accessible to us and the pool steps away! Thanks for 360 blue taking good care of us. I did want to point out some things that could be Changed 1- The blinds in the bunk room did not in anyway block out from the ability for people to see inside. During anytime of the day, anyone could peer in and see my daughters. This is definitely a privacy issue and would love for better blinds to be installed. 2- The top bunk bed closet to the outside wall had a supporting beam that looked like the screws were coming out. 3- the Viking oven needs to be recalibrated. It burned items on top way before the actual cooking was done. 4- The air conditioning only kept the rooms cool during the morning and late night. It seemed the unit could not keep up with the temp from 10 am u

March 2019 First time to 30-A

Brought the family down for a week on the emerald coast to 30-A and we had a great week. Beautiful place. Watersound was great, the beach club was really nice and overall just a great time. The one thing I will say is the condition of the condo is just not on par with the cost. This unit was part of the "Exclusive package" and unfortunately it did not feel that way. It was clean and very nice but for the upper tier price point, it just did not meet expectations. Hardwood floors are in very bad shape, the kitchen table needs to be sanded and refinished (the surface was tacky/sticky). The deck furniture is worn out. The living room furniture is just really worn down and needs to be updated. This is not a negative review by any means, we had a great vacation. But when you pay top dollar for a vacation rental you do expect a certain quality level and until they are able to update/refurbish this unit, it is just not up to par. Hope this helps.

Incredible condo - comfortable, clean, well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Best part of the condo is the incredible view of the sunset across the dunes and out to the water from the balcony! Pictures don’t do this rental justice! Fabulous in every way! Highly recommend. Enjoyed our stay very much. We had a few issues with the property but the 360 Blue staff was first class in handling them. We had to climb the fence to get to the grills Sunday night since the gate was locked. Other guests had commented on the sticky dining room table and we found the same. Our understanding is the unit will be updated soon and it's needed. Sunset views from the porch were amazing. Would definitely consider staying at the condo again.

We really enjoyed the beach club and the pool at the resort. The actual room needs updating. The wood floors are in very bad shape and kitchen table had been resealed at some point with a wrong sealer and it is extremely sticky. The view from the room is awesome though. We would probably go back even though it needs updating. I think that the owners could increase their earnings though by updating it. The kids room was great for our large family.

Loved the place. Our family has been staying at The Crossings for 6 years at different units and this one right at the top. High ceilings, spacious, clean and very comfortable. View is truly great .Heard AC was upgraded very recently but yes, still can’t keep up on hot day during mid and late afternoon. Not unbearable. Could use little extra kick. Overall , truly nice condo

The best thing about this property is the expansive panoramic view! The condo has a great layout with lots of room and amenities, but the main room is worn, making it feel dirty and old. It's time for some maintenance. The slipcovers on the sofas and the living room rug are done, the dining table is disgustingly sticky despite cleaning and the main room floors are in rough shape. Upgrading these items would improve the unit greatly. Next, in a west-facing, top floor condo, you need heavy duty AC to compensate for the heat in the afternoon. The current unit isn't doing it. Every afternoon the heat hit 85+ and stayed there until 11 or midnight. Drawing the curtains and running the fans doesn't help. The rooms are unbalanced in temperature, too. It is unbearable. You need a second unit. Finally, the refrigerator beeped every 2 minutes, flashing "Contact Service." The microwave regularly blew a fuse in the panel and the igniter on the stove clicks continually while in use. Fixing these = a 5 star unit

Perfect location and stunning views. All the beds were comfy and the unit was clean when we arrived. If you use a shopping service get toilet paper dish washer detergent etc. the unit has just enough for a few days. Overall it was a great experience The one negative which was big was the a/c. It was 82 and hotter during the day with all the curtains closed. A maintenance person came and said the a/c was working as best it could. We ran into a family who had stayed last summer and said they had the same issue. They told him the ac unit wasn’t the proper size for the space and he chose a different unit this year because of that. We had family in another unit and they had no problems. We will return and get a different unit.

This was our third time to 426-C and the last one was 6 years ago. The location has always been perfect, and we were glad to see the upkeep maintained over time. We did encounter some maintenance issues that we were able to make do without. The igniter on the stovetop stopped working, and the ice maker dispenser didn’t work. The dining table top is very sticky (probably needs to be stripped & refinished) and my daughter noticed that the sheets in the well-made second bedroom had lots of grainy material under the duvet, and slept in another room. We will return to WaterSound, but will probably look around a bit harder for alternate units within the neighborhood.

August 2016 Stay

We had a great time. The only issues were that the kitchen needs a little upgrade. There were cracked glasses and chipped dishes when we arrived.

August 2016 Stay

We had a wonderful visit to watersound! Beaches were gorgeous and we practically had it to ourselves! The view from the condo was perfect! Thankfully we brought a wagon to get all of our beach items down or it would have been quite difficult, but the walk isn't that far. Close to the hub which was fun to ride bikes over in the evening. We wish we had access to the beach club or even if we could have paid for the week, but that wasn't possible. Can't wait for our next visit!

July 2016 Stay

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location of the property but we did have a few issues that really clouded our view of the management company. (The ratings below reflect the following issues.) When we arrived, one of the beds was neatly made but when we turned back the sheets it was very obvious that the sheets had not been changed. There was blood on the sheets and sand in the bed. The refrigerators ice maker did not work (although it was fixed during our stay) and the floors were so dirty that we had to wear shoes at all times or our feet were just black. Honestly, the last two things wouldn't have bothered me as much as I realize this is a rental and maintenance issues are bound to happen but the dirty sheets grossed us out so much that any additional issues were just magnified. It made us wonder what else hadn't been cleaned. I would hope the management company does a better job of managing their cleaning crews in the future. At this time I don't think we would consider renting from this company again gi
