Perfect location 👌

This is not the newest property in the area but is well kept and updated. The beach view and access is amazing. The immediate surrounding area is quiet but a close drive to everything you could need (food, shopping, activites, etc.)

Excellent Condo for a Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as advertised and exceeded some expectations. Everything we needed was provided. The wifi was strong and the air conditioning was nice and cool. We had plenty of room to enjoy family time and the view from the balcony was amazing. The management company stayed in touch throughout the stay and made us feel very welcomed. Beach access was perfect and the pool was large enough and the kids enjoyed. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Every thing is great from the cleanliness of the condo, to the pool and grilling area if you want to grill out and stay in. Perfect location to the beach, not crowded. The view is amazing from this 6th floor condo.

Beds were comfortable. The balcony is large and has a gorgeous view of the beach/water and you can easily hear the waves. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Only complaints are cookware needs upgrade and the elevator was out of commission last 2 days and had to lug all our stuff down 6 flights. Everywhere we went people were friendly and ate some delicious seafood. First time to this area and would love to come back.

I called as the ceiling above the King bed had the popcorn pieces peeling off and dripping on the bed throughout the stay. I have not heard anything from the company once I let them know about it. Hopefully no one else will experience this. Otherwise, the unit was clean and welcoming, with minimal amenities. Wonderful view of the Gulf and great balcony!

Great place, but slightly disappointing for cost

The view is beautiful and the condo is obviously very nice. But for the price, I was a little disappointed with some of the details. Usually when staying in beach-front condos at this price range, everything is perfect and delightful. This place had dirt/water stains on the ceilings in the main bedroom and bathroom, rust on the trash can in the main bathroom, the blinds were broken in the main bedroom, etc. And only the bare minimum in terms of comfort/luxuries were provided, I.e one pillow per person, and only one extra in the whole condo.

Excellent location - Would come again

You can't beat the location. It was perfect for our family of 5. Easy access to pool and beach. Only real downside was the lack of cleanliness. There was mold in the water tank of the Keurig and there was lipstick on the rim of the glasses as well as dirty utensils. Every dish had a film of dust on it. It was easy enough to clean everything but we expect these items to be clean upon arrival. Also, the room is ready for a refresh. The pillows need to be replaced. We would stay here again based on location and overall condition of the resort.

The condo was very clean. It definitely met my expectations in cleanliness. Everything in the condo worked properly. We have stayed in other condos where the upkeep/ maintenance has not been attended to. But, this condo has been taken care of. We were so happy with every thing! We will be renting from Brooks and Shorey again! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
