Resort Community Beach Home pour familles et amis

Les villages de Five Points à Lewes, dans le Delaware, proposent des piscines, des courts de tennis, des restaurants, un bar des sports, une épicerie, un centre de remise en forme, un café et un salon, tous accessibles à pied. Le centre-ville historique de Lewes se trouve à 2,5 km et chevauche une marina. Vous y trouverez des maisons, des magasins et des rues datant des années 1700. La maison est à 10 minutes de Lewes Beach (la baie) et du cap Henlopen State Park (l'océan). Seulement 7 miles de Rehoboth Beach et Dewey Beach. Faites une excursion d'une journée à Cape May, NJ en empruntant le ferry de Cape May-Lewes. 2 casinos sont à moins de 50 minutes. Allez jouer au golf, pêcher, faire du tourisme ou magasiner dans des magasins à proximité en franchise d’impôts. Faites tout cela et terminez vos journées de détente dans une grande et luxueuse maison sur la plage, idéale pour les grandes réunions de famille ou entre amis. Courts de tennis et une grande piscine sont à une minute à pied. Cette maison de 4 chambres 3 1/2 salles de bain dort dix. Deux chambres principales ont des lits king size et une salle de bain privée, une autre chambre dispose de 2 lits jumeaux, tandis que la 4ème chambre a un lit double et un lit double. Nice property, nice area

This was the third year we stayed there. We enjoyed it every time. It’s nice that the pool is only a short walk away and if you want to go to the beach it is only a short drive away. A grocery store, drug store and a few restaurants are all in the neighborhood.

Very nice neighborhood...quiet and comfortable stay. Beaches and shops were not far away..very convenient! The kids and adults all enjoyed playing tennis and pool time. Very cherished memories! Would do it again!

Property sits a block from the pool. Half block from tennis courts, .2 miles to super market and pharmacy plus it is nicely maintained. There are also restaurants within walking distance. Nice place to spend a family location. Owner responds promptly to messages.

This home is absolutely perfect for our family. My grandson is three and he is a tuff cookie. He felt right at home in the room with a crib. Which was a big relief for all of us. :) Looking forward to next year!!!

Perfect getaway

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was spacious with comfortable bedrooms. Good communication with owner, very responsive. The location of the house was a great neighborhood with easy access to bike trails and beaches. The neighborhood and overall region did a great job with following precautions for Covid. We felt very safe shopping and ordering take out from the local businesses.

Great house, great location in Five Points

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in this lovely house. The house has a lot of space, the rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The grill on the outside patio was in almost new condition, and it worked very well. The most amazing thing about this house is how close it is to the tennis courts and swimming pool, which are easy to access. The owner is very nice and is responsive. We hope to stay here again.

Best Lewes House We've Stayed At By Far (out of 7-8)

We've stayed at 7-8 homes in Lewes over the years and this one is by far the best. Will definitely look to stay again next year. We had our family of 5 (3 kids ages 2-10) and grandparents for a week and it is a perfect and incredibly spacious setup (grandparents on first floor, 3 BRs upstairs. A block from a great pool and tennis, less than 10min. to Lewes, walking distance to the grocery store, bike path, and a few restaurants, nice yard and back porch, ample toys and games, good crib, all the kitchen amenities, Rokus on every TV....

Nice house, good location, 2 large bedrooms plus 2 small ones, cleaning was disappointing(trash baskets weren't empty dirty laundry left under bed), lock on front door was damaged making it inconvenient to use.

Great location

Excellent location in Villages of Five Points, very close to tennis/pickle ball courts, pool and village center. Spacious home. Kitchen well supplied but could use organization (probably to be expected with new tenants each week). Owner very responsive to questions that arose. Nice to have play equipment in garage and games in closet.

Nice Community Home

Home was nice. Plenty of room. Great distance to pool and beach. We found the mattresses on the King bed upstairs too firm. The twin mattress should be upgraded. Kitchen was very nice with newer appliances. Would have liked a regular toaster and frying pans that were not shedding the non stock coating to cook with.

June 17-24 stay

We really liked this place-it was spacious, clean and comfortably furnished. We stayed there with our adult children, their spouses and two young grandchildren. The location was good - very near the pool and tennis courts. We had determined by Thursday of our Saturday to Saturday rental, however, that it would not be possible for us to get all the bed linens, towels and bath mats properly washed before the 11 am checkout on Saturday. Since the weather was rainy, our children agreed that it would be fine for them to leave on Friday, giving us enough time to wash everything except our bed linens before Saturday morning.

Great location, could be cleaner

We loved the location of the home. The proximity to the beach and the use of the community pool were fantastic. The neighborhood seemed very safe and well maintained. People in the neighborhood were very friendly to us as visitors. On the other hand, the house wasn’t the cleanest. There was a dirty napkin on the floor in the middle of the living room when we arrived. The garage also has loose garbage in the middle of the floor (not a big deal…we didn’t spend time in the garage). The oven was filthy, and it smoked up the house and made our food taste funny. The kitchen drawers had lots of crumbs and some spilled food in them. There was a disabled smoke detector in the room where our 2 year old was sleeping. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the house could have been better maintained.
