Deuxième étage,.. C'est très confortable avec tout le confort de la maison. Cette unité rénovée a une cuisine mise à jour et salles de bains avec de nouveaux carreaux de céramique. Nouveaux meubles à travers avec une télévision à écran plat. Fournitures de plage complètes, jouets et parapluies. Unité pour un maximum de 6 personnes: 1 lit queen, 2 lits jumeaux, 1 canapé-lit.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a quick visit to Longboat to celebrate my grandmas 95th birthday. Our stay at Sand Cay was excellent. It is so comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything we needed. We will continue to stay at this location for future visits.

Florida Beach Trip

The property exceeded my expectations. It was very nice and clean. The house was very cozy and felt like a beach home. The beach was also amazing, calm clear water in the mornings, perfect for a run or walk on the beach.

Wonderful

The condo was extremely nice, well-equipped, and clean. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. I had an injury and was unable to lift luggage, so Sarah took it from car trunk to the condo. The beach was a short walk. The pool was not crowded, in fact we had it almost to ourselves. There are a number of good restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. I recommend you do a little research into them and make reservations a couple of weeks in advance.

Fantastic location!

This property location is great, love this beach. This condo is well maintained but the building is old. Floor squeaking is loud while we walk on this unit and we can hear upstairs unit squeaking as well. I wish it would have washer & dryer in the unit. The Property laundry room is outdated, machine doesn’t work properly and it is not convenient. Another thing is that community pool was super hot and considering that many families with kids were there the pool should not be 9Ft deep in my opinion. Overall it’s a good place to stay because of location & beach.

Thank you for your feedback. Our property was built in 1973. Only our ground floor units have washer and dryers. We do not have the heater on for the pool in the summer, unfortunately due to Florida being unseasonably warm, there really is not much we can do about how hot the pool is. The ocean is even unseasonably warm. We hope to see you soon.

We loved that in our condo a beach caddy filled with toys was available to use. Private beach area was also a huge perk! Coming from our area where beach are mostly crowded it was such a pleasant change to have the place pretty much to ourselves. Every encounter we had with staff members was pleasant as well. We would def stay here again!

My stay at Sand Cay Resort Unit 207

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Interior is very dated. Tile in Kitchen missing grout and loose. Unit had a sour mildew sent. Took us three days to discover that the sink disposal was not working and had old food in it. The office staff was great! The grounds were well maintained. Although I recommend the resort property as a whole, I do not recommend Unit 207, until the owner renovate/update the unit.
