Notre bâtiment est situé sur la plage, cette unité a une vue de l'île.

Les unités situées au bord de la plage peuvent être réservées en ligne jusqu’à dix (10) mois à l’avance. Toutefois, vous pouvez nous appeler ou nous contacter directement pour une réservation jusqu’à douze (12) mois à l’avance.

Remarque: nous n'autorisons pas les arrivées le dimanche ou les vacances.

Great location

Everything was great at this location. The hide away bed was pretty uncomfortable but other the. That the facility was great and the amenities were helpful too!

Liked the property. Bedding comfortable, kitchen well stocked. The couch and chairs did not match the picture and the couch was very uncomfortable.

Relax and Rejuvenate

This was a last minute booking that was made out of necessity. The property location and what seemed to be private beach was a huge bonus. Publix and CVS conveniently located across the street. The beach was phenomenal. It was very hot the week I stayed at The Beachcomber but perfect for cooling off in the ocean. I would stay there again without hesitation.

The location and surroundings on the key were magnificent. This condo had it all to put the icing on our vacation cake. Very clean and inviting with a spectacular beach.

Check in was a breeze. Condo was very clean, nicely furnished and well supplied. Would not hesitate to return. In fact just discussing now for next year to stay two or three weeks!

Beachcomber- a great place to stay!

We enjoyed two beautiful weeks in this lovely condo. It was comfortable, clean, and an excellent location. What we liked best: easy access to Sarasota, a great place to take walks, close to the grocery store, the quiet private beach and pool, and the beautiful sunsets. The staff at the facility were lovely, very helpful, and constantly working for our stay to be pleasant.

We were very pleased, being this was an older property. Our only challenge was that the bathroom was very small. Nicely decorated and very artsy. We would definitely come and stay again!

Great location

We were looking for somewhere not crowded and this was perfect for that. We also wanted somewhere with nice clear water. This was the nicest water I have seen in the US besides Hawaii. The water was pretty warm. It was more clear on some days than others. The beach was great and there weren't many people there at all. Not sure if we just picked a good time or if this area is often like that. The pool was empty or not crowded and we had a nice time there as well. We saw some spectacular sunsets here. The location is perfect you just go downstairs and outside and there is the beach. This is a very upscale area. There is a Publix grocery store nearby but besides that there are only nicer more expensive restaurants. If you go to a nearby area expect it to take a while because of traffic and drawbridges. The condo itself was nice and as pictured for the most part. The bathtub around the drain looked dirty when we got there so I got something to clean it with. The couch is very uncomfortable so we didn't really use it. The pull out bed also wasn't great and we ended up not sleeping in it. It was just me and my daughter, no big deal,. There was also noise in the living room from the neighbors tv. The king bed was nice and comfortable. The tub was very slow to drain, hopefully they get that fixed. It was annoying but not a huge deal and not something I wanted to report and worry about them coming to fix it. When you go into the condo you have to go through the lobby to get to the stairs or elevator. Also there was a sign saying masks are required although a lot weren't wearing them if this matters to you. The worst thing about this condo was not having a washer/dryer in the room. It's a hassle to carry the laundry back and forth. I wish they had a change machine in the laundry room in case you are doing laundry after hours when the office is closed. I had a very bad experience in the laundry room with very rude guests who had removed my laundry from the dryer before I could get it back up to the room! I tried complaining about this but was completely ignored. They need to post a rule about this so people know what to expect. If people are allowed to mess with others clean clothes there needs to be a notice explaining that. I would have set a timer to make sure I got back down there just as the clothes were finishing to avoid people touching our clean things. Or a rule telling people they can't mess with other's laundry.

LOVED it

We stayed here for 8 days and LOVED it! We live at the beach but on the East Coast so it was so nice to see blue water :) The condo is very clean, well supplied and we felt very comfortable there. The staff we encountered at the condo were all so nice and overall we had an amazing experience! The condo had pretty much everything we needed, lots of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and we found everything we needed to cook. We will be back!!!

Wonderful setting

Perfect location! With a private beach and pool it is a gem. Very clean and property well maintained. Our 1-bedroom #303 unit was nice but mattress on pull-out couch in horrible condition. Springs pushing up into back made it impossible to sleep on. As a result, Unit should not indicate it can sleep 4. That said owners were nice and responded right away to a minor issue we had early on.

Linda, We were sorry to hear about the mattress on the sleeper sofa. We like to be on top of any problems in our unit. We immediately replaced the sleeper sofa mattress with a brand new memory foam mattress. Please come back soon!

Absolutely perfect!

We have been on Longboat Key several times over the last few years, and it has never let us down. Every time it is just as fabulous. Absolutely great location of the Beachcomber. It is 10 out of 10 - it’s right on the wonderful quiet beach with a short walk (10 min) to the Publix, pharmacy, bank and etc. In 10 minutes’ drive and you are on Armand’s circle with great restaurants and fancy small shops. The unit 303 was absolutely perfect for our stay! It is super clean, very nice decorated, super well equipped with all our needs. The new recliners and new sofa-bed are very relaxing and comfy! The huge 55’’ TV with Netflex is an additional big bonus! I loved the super comfortable king size bed in a bedroom with memory foam pillows. Thanks a lot to the owner Roman for our remarkable stay in his unit. I would highly recommend this unit 303 for your incredible vacation. We will definitely return again and again. Svetlana, Sergey

Wonderful location to vacation. We found condo to be immaculate and fully furnished with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The condo is in close proximity to everything that Longboat and Sarasota has to offer. We will definitely be returning.

We have stayed in this condo multiple times, and each time we are delighted with the quality and comfort. It has all features you need to feel like you are home (fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom, spacious living rooom with big TV). Longboat Key and Beachcomber are a great place to spend vacation, with beautiful beach and many great shops and restaurants around. Thanks for the great time, expect us to come next year!

Perfect vacation in Paradise!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely condo in 2015 and loved it so much, we returned for 16 days in 2016! This unit is decorated beautifully, the furniture is very comfortable and the big screen tv has Netflix! This unit has all the comforts of home, has lots of towels, linens, and a very well appointed kitchen, The Beachcomber itself is very lovely, the pool area overlooks the gorgeous waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the office staff are super friendly and helpful and keep everything very clean. There were 8 of us in our group, and we all plan on returning in the future. A Publix grocery store is in walking distance, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby. We have been coming to Longboat Key since 1980, and this is definitely a perfect place to stay!

This place is incredible ... it combines the comforts of home and spacious apartment style with the hotel rooms services. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and cannot wait to go back. Sergey and Svetlana are extraordinary hostesses they provided us with all we needed, plus the information for the places to visit and restaurants to try ( the food in Sarasota is amazing) The apartment is very cozy and is exactly as described: all the new appliances, new furniture, and extremely comfortable bed, very clean and have everything to enjoy your stay. We also liked that a supermarket was just a walking distance away so we could walk there every time we needed fresh bread or eggs for the breakfast. The hotel is located right on the beach. Chairs and umbrellas are available for all the guests, as well as floats and the sand toys for kids. There are tables and the barbecue at the entrance so you can have your launch on the beach and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The beach is absolutely amazing very clean white sand, translucent turquoise water and unbelievable sunsets. It’s also very private so you pretty much have the whole shore to yourself. Kids also very much enjoyed the pool situated right on the beach. The location of the hotel is also perfect. It is both right in the city (short car ride to the center with all the restaurants and shopping) and yet very secluded and quiet. We travel a lot around the world using the rental properties and hotels but this one was one of our favorite. Defiantly 5 stars! We loved our stay and will be back soon.

My wife, our daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful week stay in April 2016. We will return and can't wait to be back to this great place. The owners so thoughtfully provided everything imaginable for our needs including some nice surprises! The kitchen, living room, dining areas, bedroom and bath had absolutely all imaginable for our comfortable use. Also a BBQ grill is available for use outside of apartment as well as beach umbrella, chair and a lot of water and sand toys for the kids. A very convenient location. Highlights for us were that place is standing exactly on a beach with walking distance to the Publix Supermarket. Rated the one of the best beaches, the sand was nice and gentle with calm emerald color water. Amazing and such easy beach walking! Wide variety of nice restaurants nearby. Sergey and Svetlana provided lists for them all including addresses to plug into your car's GPS. We travel a lot in the U.S. and abroad and give this experience a 5-star plus. We recommend it very highly.
