Cette villa a été magnifiquement mise à jour. Aucune dépense n'a été épargnée pour faire en sorte que cette unité se démarque des autres. Son atmosphère luxueuse vous donne l'impression d'être en vacances dès que vous franchissez la porte. Le salon dispose d'une télévision murale à écran plat, avec un grand coin salon. Les nouveaux meubles et la literie dans toute l'unité sont charmants et confortables. Le plan d'étage ouvert place la salle à manger à côté du salon, avec une grande table à manger et un grand espace pour un dîner en famille.

Vous aimez cuisiner? Vous pouvez garder un œil sur toute la famille tout en préparant le dîner dans cette cuisine joliment rénovée, une vue ouverte sur le salon vous permet de vous sentir comme une partie de l'activité tout en préparant un repas. Une laveuse et une sécheuse est située dans un placard dans le couloir du premier étage. Deux chambres au premier étage comprennent une chambre principale avec un lit queen-size et une 2ème chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. La 3ème chambre est située à l'étage et a 1 lit Queen. Les 3 chambres ont des salles de bain complètes attenantes.

Le porche grillagé avec un coin salon extérieur vous permet de profiter du temps de l'île, tout en vous gardant isolé et sécurisé. Suivre l'allée qui est à côté de l'unité vous mène directement à South Forest Beach Drive, et juste en face de la rue est la plage. Il est à environ 2 pâtés de maisons de la villa à l'eau et peut être fait à pied en moins de 10 minutes.

Condo was comfortable and Clean

We did have the best time at this condo everyone had their own space. There was a beach wagon sand toys and plenty of chairs also a cooler. Almost 3 blocks to the beach

Lasr minute teip to Hilton Head

The Tree Tops are located covienent to most everything. We enjoyed the bikes to ride to the beach and the beach chairs provided too. The condo is comfortable for 6 as we had. The kitchen had all that we needed to fix meals in when you dont want to go out.

Enjoyed the unit and its location. Clean, comfy beds, good game selection for kids. A few minor issues: kitchen could use new pans, a few bathroom repairs were needed, porch floor needed cleaning.

We had a wonderful week. Condo was well stocked in the kitchen and plenty of towels. Really appreciated the beach chairs and bikes at our disposal. Can’t beat the location..short ride to the beach that was not as crowded as ColignyCouple of suggestions…# of trash bags/liners and dishwasher pods commensurate with length 3 bags for 8 days for six people doesn’t cut it. 1 hair dryer for 3 bedrooms is an inexpensive fix. Finally, the upstairs bedroom could use more hangers in the closet and a stand alone shelf in the bath between toilet and sink. No counter spaceHonestly, though it really is a lovely condo and we truly enjoyed our stay

Great, location! Everything you need.

We had a great week here! This is a fantastic location, especially since it includes bikes. Short ride to Coligny plaza or numerous restaurants. Two blocks to the beach! Place has wagon, beach chairs, sand toys. The only couple small issues were the main bath’s shower rod kept falling and the shower head sprayed everywhere. The screened in porch is great but we couldn’t figure out how to open it from the living room (it was fine, we entered through the bedroom). The amenities say that there’s a fitness room and there is not. Overall, maybe give more specific directions for where the bikes are, the path to the beach, etc. We had to figure lots of things out on our own which is fine, but tends to waste time when you’re on vacation. We would stay here again, mostly for the location. Thank you!

The screened-in porch wasn't cleaned before we arrived. There were half-smoked cigars on the porch. Otherwise, it had been cleaned quite well and I was cautious based on other reviews. The beach was a little farther than we anticipated. the Condo had provided tons of beach things: sand toys, chairs, a wagon, & cooler, so that was great. The bicycles provided were also great. The kitchen was not overly stocked with the basics. We ended up buying measuring cups, a wisk, and rubber spatulas. There were a few pans, but not enough. The same goes for mixing-type bowls. There were no plastic cups at all. Glass isn't great for kids, so we purchased our own. The beds were awful! I am not sure I have ever slept on a worse bed than the upstairs bed. It was very tired. It was so bad that I would roll into my husband at night because of the lean. My parents used the master bedroom and also said the bed was terrible. They said it made a terrible sound when either rolled over. They were afraid it was going to break and they aren't big people at all. The kid's beds were fine. This was a last-minute booking when our original condo was canceled so the owners could use their own condo. I would only stay again if new beds were purchased. I would also bring more of my own kitchen things.

Wonderful location and great condo! Some of the furniture has been updated since pictures were taken. Very nice!! Only negatives were master mattress probably needs to be replaced (sank in the middle) and yappy small dog late at night somewhere outside the front door but Treetops is a great central location to everything and overall quiet neighborhood feeling. Bikes were a wonderful plus. Would be great to have info on bike trails to beach and surrounding area. We would highly recommend and stay again!

Neighborhood is quiet and screened in porch is nice. Complaints: Master bed needs to be replaced the frame is old and rickety. You can't get to the screened in porch from living room only glass door that worked was the bedroom door. Otherwise great place.

Condo itself was fine, a little smaller than it looks. Kitchen is tight. Master had a queen not a king. no TV for upstairs queen bed. 4 Bikes were a nice bonus. Disappointed that we did not know only 2 parking passes when I first booked, that was biggest issue of trip. Condo could use a little TLC, painting etc. upgrage on furniture. But for price was ok overall.

good location and spacious condo

I would recommend this place, it's spacious and i thought it was in a good location. we walk around all the time so the walk to the beach wasn't bad at all. with the bikes we were within biking distance from a grocery store, food, beach and some shopping. We did use the washer dryer and it was great to have that available. there were enough towels provided as well. The bike code that was initially provided to us was wrong so we had to call the rental company. of which they were quick to call back even though it was after 5pm. There were no spices at all, not even salt and pepper so we had to buy that ourselves. the bed upstairs that my husband and I stayed in dipped in the middle so it was a little uncomfortable. there was little hot water too, with 4 us in the condo i get it but it was pretty much gone by the time the 2nd person was done showering, and we don't take hot showers. If the above notes I left are small things for you it's definitely a place to stay. Other than the bed thing I mentioned i would revisit but should have read the reviews better to know we needed to at least buy salt and pepper.
