Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this beautifully redecorated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa offers spacious comfort, an uplifting coastal feel, and an unbeatable location just a short walk to the beach. Designed for easy island living, the two-level layout provides plenty of room to gather and relax, while still offering private spaces for restful nights. Guests will enjoy access to three on-site pools, a recently resurfaced hard court tennis court, and close proximity to Coligny Plaza’s shops, dining, and entertainment.

The bright and inviting great room features comfortable seating, a TV, and a sleeper sofa, while the adjacent kitchen with breakfast bar creates a welcoming space for family and friends to congregate. The dining area comfortably seats four, making meals at home simple and enjoyable. Step outside to the back deck to fire up the electric grill or unwind after a day in the sun.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a King bed, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a Queen bed with a twin trundle and its own private bath, making it ideal for families or guests traveling together. A stackable washer and dryer on the second floor adds extra convenience during your stay. This villa comfortably sleeps up to four adults and two children.

With four complimentary adult bikes, four beach chairs, and a quick walk to the shoreline, this villa is a true island explorer’s paradise. Pet-friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs (with additional fee), and offering pools open from April through October, this Ocean Breeze retreat delivers comfort, convenience, and classic Hilton Head charm.

Had a wonderful 8 days. Beach access via a nature path in the back was great. We really liked Alder Beach access point. It's a little farther from Coligny square than we've stayed before, but still very worth staying here.

Great winter stay

Loved the place! It was quant and lovely. Great walkway to the beach. Management company was super responsive and came same day for anything I needed. Would recommended this place to anyone.

Nice place!

This is a nice place to stay. It is also centrally located to the beach, Coligny Plaza and Sea Pines. They had plenty of dishes, silverware and all things needed to cook with. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great trip to Hilton head. Property was nice, pics are exact, bikes were a nice bonus. Had great start up stuff such as trash bags, paper towels, dish soap etc. Wagon and chairs for beach use were nice. Only thing I’d suggest is a print out of path to beach as it was a tad tricky to navigate what was the closest/shortest route. Other than that we have no real complaints at all. Would recommend to others.

Overall a great property and experience. The property was clean and check in was easy. Great spot to visit Hilton Head, a deck over looking one of the properties community pools, a 10 minute walk to the new park and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach access.

The owners have gone out of their way to give this property a beach house look and feel. It was very clean, well appointed, and comfortable! Convenient to Coligny Beach on foot or using the provided bicycles.

Overall, a nice stay with a few suggestions for improvementI recently stayed at this property and overall had a good experience. The home was as shown in the photos and matched the listing description. The space was comfortable, and the location worked well for my trip.I did want to share a few items that could improve the experience for future guests:‱Wi-Fi: I had asked in advance about the Wi-Fi connection since I planned to work remotely during my stay. It turned out the internet was provided via a hotspot rather than traditional Wi-Fi. There were some connectivity issues initially, and a property manager needed to come out to help get things connected. It ultimately worked out, but clearer communication in advance that the property uses a hotspot (rather than standard Wi-Fi) would be helpful for guests who plan to work remotely.‱Arrival Instructions: I arrived around dusk, and it was somewhat difficult to identify the property. Leaving the front porch light on for late arrivals and providing slightly more detailed arrival instructions (what to look for when turning in, landmarks, etc.) would make check-in smoother.‱Cleanliness: The master bathroom (king bedroom) tub was not fully clean upon arrival, which was disappointing. Everything else appeared generally tidy, but this is an area that could use more attention during turnover.Overall, we enjoyed my stay and appreciated the property, but these adjustments would make the experience even better.

Great Stay

Very nice condo, plenty of room for a family of 4. It’s in a great location! 5 minute bike ride to the beach, 10 minutes walk. Biked and walked everywhere! Comfortable beds. Air conditioning works great!

Worth the money

This place was definitely worth the money. Everything was as described. We would stay again if it was available on our next visit but unfortunately it is booked! We loved the location, nice neighborhood, and enjoyed having the bikes and beach chairs provided.

Wonderful location!

Condo is decorated so cute! Very beach. It was super clean and had everything we needed with the exception of coffee filters. But that’s what paper towels are for! Ocean Breezes is a fantastic location.

Its location is a quick bike ride to the beach, which they did a couple times a day. The unit is maybe 50 steps to the nearest pool. It was great to go in the mornings before it got too crowded. So convenient! The condo was very clean when we arrived and also had enough paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. The pod coffee maker that was in the pictures was missing from the condo, but the management company had one sent over the next morning. We appreciated that!

Holiday at Hilton Head

We were so very happy with our accommodations. The unit was spotless and had so many amenities. We loved the beachy decor. The close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops was an added bonus. And of course, having bikes and beach chairs available made it even better. We would definitely rent this unit again. The only thing that I could have used was a one or two cup measuring cup. There might have been one but I couldn't locate it. Thank you for an enjoyable week at the beach!

Not as advertised

I would’ve given this place a decent review, however, after some issues with incorrect photos and information in the listing, I cannot give a good review. I called immediately upon check in and never got a response back. I left two emails for the following week with no response and then when I finally called again a week later I received a less than helpful answer. Basically they did not want to hear a complaint. They changed out the beds and we were not notified. They changed out furniture in the master. There were even other changes that I won’t mention. Our family would’ve gone back there, but not with the response we received. Beware!

Property Management came over and corrected the instructions so that we could watch them. Very prompt and courteous. the unit was very busy - lots of stuff in the cupboards and counters. Had to move stuff in the pantry so that we had some place to put groceries. Over done on wall hangings - just very busy and cluttered. Closet space very limited as dresser was in there. The unit did not look like what is posted on the website. Unit was clean and with ample starter supplies.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed over Labor Day weekend and the rest of that week. The parking area for this rental is awful. All the spaces get taken up and you get left parking further away from the rental and walking. There should be a designated parking spot for the rental that is right by the sidewalk. The rental itself was clean and in okay shape for the most part. The curtains in the living room had half a dozen missing. The bathroom shower running in the kids room would cause the ceiling in the kitchen to leak. It would drip into the kitchen sink and where one of the bar stools sat. Will definitely need work done on plumbing. The master bathroom shower has the bathtub while the kids shower is the nicer stall, so they are backwards. Not a huge dealbreaker but annoying when little kids need a bath in the adults bathroom. The kids beds were extremely loud and squeaky as were the stairs. I’ve rented other ocean breeze rentals and wouldn’t rent this one again unless the price was lowered. We spent most of our time at the beach or on bike rides so overall the stay was fine.
