Le Manatee Home est une maison spacieuse au bord de l’eau avec piscine située dans le quartier prisé de Sunset Beach, à Treasure Island. La piscine et le patio sont situés sur la rive de la voie navigable Intracoastal (baie de Boca Ciega). Vous avez une vue magnifique sur les activités nautiques et la vie sauvage tout en vous relaxant au bord de la piscine. De plus, si vous voulez aller à la plage, il se trouve à moins d'un pâté de maisons. Vous avez un quai que vous pouvez utiliser pour la pêche ou pour amarrer un bateau. Cette maison dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert. La cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée, laveuse / sécheuse, garage pour 2 voitures, accès Internet gratuit et 3 télévisions rendront vos vacances encore meilleures. Longue distance gratuite vers les 50 États et le Canada. C'est un endroit parfait pour une escapade à la plage. Nous vous recommandons d’ajouter de la chaleur à la piscine entre novembre et fin avril (120 $ / semaine en option).

Best vacation in 25 years

The home was exactly as pictured. All the furnishings looked brand new and the home was very spacious. The view from the patio was stunning looking at the Intercoastal where Henrietta the great blue heron visited us on the dock several times. Mandy, the white egret came almost every day. The dolphins also visited several times a day. The pool was clean, heated, and refreshing. The neighborhood was delightfully quiet, but easily accessible to both Caddy’s Grill and the Kai-Tiki for the 3$ cheeseburgers. The beach access was just across the parking lot in the front yard for watching the sunsets. After only being there 2 days, I already booked it for a month again next year. The accessibility to the bars, restaurants, and venues from St. Pete Beach and north to Clearwater is perfect. The gas grill was also a bonus. I’ve traveled to the gulf coast for 25 years and this is my favorite.

Best Last Hurrah

Three spacious bedrooms, beautiful kitchen, large dining table for eating and puzzles, magnificent patio with pool, on the Intercoastal Waterway looking at dolphins and boats and jet skis. Several blue herons annd egrets visited us on our patio every day for hours, then pooped annd left. Out the front and across a small parking lot was The Gulf for swimming, boogie boarding, skim boarding and watching sunsets. As we are getting old, this was our final month long trip to Florida. We had a revolving door of people every week, all women ranging in age from 46 to 78 with one lone 9 year old grandson for a week who loved being surrounded by women. He was spoiled rotten. It was the the most wonderful and amazing end to our 25 years of coming to Florida. We hit all our favorite watering holes and restaurants. The beach walks in the morning and around the neighborhood were exciting just looking at the water and all the various architecture of the houses and spending time at the dog beach. Best Location in the Nation and a beach bar 1/4 mile away serving 3 dollar cheeseburgers all day every day. What could be better than that!

Dolphins swimming under the dock, cranes, ducks, all types of birds sitting on the dock and in the pool were a joy watch. My grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the openness of the floor plan. Everyone had such a great time with the beach across the street that it was hard to lack up and come home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent Feb. 2015 at the Manatee Home. We had a awesome time and found the accomadations were perfect for 4 adult ladies. We enjoyed sunning on the patio, exercising in the pool, watching pelicans & dolphins from our patio, and walking across the road to the ocean. Daily walks to the Caddy Shack was a highlight.The Resort Rental people were awesome and always available if we had a question. We would definitely come back.

The master shower was an added bonus! The outdoor space is wonderful! Lots of upgrades. You have the intercoastal in the back. Across the street is the beach! it doesn't get much better!

Fun in the sun

Reviewer Comments: We loved this home it's convenience to beach and everything as well as being on the bay with a heated pool made it outstanding.There were a few minor issues that the manager took care of immediately.We would have preferred the masrpter bath have shower rather than a jacuzzi tub but it was manageable.We would stay there again in a heartbeat if available.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we had a lovely 3 weeks vacation in this home and have been coming here for many years. I feel that it is very expensive for what it is, the location is great but the house is just a little small and to have to pay for the whole month is just too expensive now as we only stay for 2-3 weeks. resort rentals were wonderful and had maintenance staff out asap. there was just lots of small thing ie the house was for 6 people and there are only 2 sunbeds which were damaged and could not be used they were replaced but not until a few days before we left to come home.

Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay at the Manatee home. Unfortunately the 4 week minimum for this home is an owner restriction that is in place so we need to abide by that. We do have other rentals that do not require a 4 week stay and if we can give you any information on those just let us know! :-) We do apologize if the home needed any maintenance while you were here, we definitely understand that frustration. Now to the Manatee Home: It is the most beautiful place for a vacation you can imagine. In this house, there is nothing wrong. The equipment is comfortable and luxurious. It left nothing to be desired. The pool is clean and refreshing, it was maintained and cleaned weekly. From the fishing dock we could watch dolphins and manatees every day.
