As you enter the home, you’re welcomed into a bright, open-concept living space designed for both comfort and connection. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. Natural light fills the space, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen offers counter seating for four guests, perfect for casual dining or morning coffee. Just adjacent, the dining table comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it ideal for shared meals and gatherings.

This space also serves as one of the main entertaining areas, complete with two comfortable sofas and a large smart TV — perfect for relaxing, cooking, and spending quality time together after a day at the beach.

On the ground level, you’ll find two of the home’s bedrooms along with two bathrooms for added convenience.

The first bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds — perfect for additional guests or children.

A full hallway bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and an additional half bath is also located on this level.

As you make your way upstairs, you’ll discover a true entertainment retreat — perfect for both relaxation and play. This second living area features a large smart TV, ample comfortable seating for the whole family, and a pool table, creating the ultimate space to unwind or enjoy a friendly game night. Living space has a sofa bed.

Our Blue Lagoon sleeps a total of 10 guests.

Lounge chairs surround the pool, creating the ideal setting for soaking up the Florida sun.

For added convenience, a separate outdoor laundry area is located in the shed and includes an additional restroom.
