It was a quick one night stay, but worked out perfectly for my son and I as we were doing a campus visit the next morning. Great location. Walked to dinner and all around Dickson Street in the evening.
The property description is spot on - it really is close to it all. Convenient for getting around Fayetteville - and very walkable. The owner was very communicative as well. One little note, there may have been a few head bumps with the angles of the ceilings and walls in the loft, so just watch for that.If you want something that lets you park and not to have to drive, this is a good choice.
This is a cute, cozy space is in walking distance to theater, restaurants, and shopping. Easy check in, clean and quiet. Will definitely stay there again!
We rented this adorable unit so we could walk across the street to watch a production at the Walton Arts Center. It was perfect! Small bathroom but worked for us.
This cozy little gem is just a block away from Dickson Street. We were in town for a concert at Georgeâs Majestic and felt comfortable walking around late at night. The streets/parks were well lit. The property has everything you need for a stay. The bathroom is small but well equipped and squeaky clean. The bed and linens are very comfortable. There are many windows without coverings so the morning light will wake you up - if thatâs not your thing, bring a sleeping mask. You do have privacy though and the location is very peaceful. We will be returning.
It was as stated in the listing, very clean and easy walking distance to everything. Plus, the added bonus of having a designated parking spot off the street! Would stay here again.
Tight and cozy upstairs single is perfect for a date weekend. Clean. Owners kept in great contact. Walking distance to anything on and near Dickson, the Square, or the U.
Owners Richard and Jenny Alexander grew up in the Washington DC and Chicago areas respectively and are longtime residents of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Richard is a retired attorney and Jenny is a retired teacher. they are both avid travelers and VRBO enthusiasts.
This property is part of an historic renovation project undertaken by the owners in 2014. Owners chose this property because it is located in the center of the top rated small college towns in America. Like many of their friends and neighbors the owners came to Fayetteville to goto the University of Arkansas and never left. Aside from all the educational, cultural, and social amenities including first class arts, entertainment, ,sports, shopping and dining options available within walking distance.Fayetteville is simply a very beautiful, user friendly, livable city.
