Very nice place clean and relaxing. The back door did not have a curtain and the pool was to warm. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back. The people were really friendly and its a good place to stay.

Beautiful Condo

Loved this condo. Beautiful and has everything you could need on vacation. Short walk to private beach. Will definitely be back!

Good location

Condo was a decent size for a family of 4. Quiet in the back of the resort and just a short walk to the beach and other activities. 10/10 recommend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice but wasn't informed that Dogs were not allowed to be on Beach. Left a day early with restrictions on Dogs. Spoke to desk on 7/3 to inform that I was checking a day early. Desk replied she would motify cleaning that I was leaving early.Wasn't checked out till 7/5

Friendly neighbors. -Unit is towards the back of the complex so we drove to the beach (because of toddler), but definitely within walking distance.Close to water park (4 min drive). Restaurants very close.Very affordable. We will definitely be back!

Great Accommodations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great accommodations! This ground floor unit was very well stocked and had everything you could possibly need! We enjoyed being able to walk right out the door and down three steps to the pool however the handrail going down the steps needs to be replaced. It was very unstable and shaky. The unit was well decorated, very clean, and in good condition. The bed could definitely use an upgrade, the bi-fold doors could use some work and after recently having surgery, the tub could use a grab bar and extra tub tread. The washer and dryer was state-of-the-art as were the appliances in the kitchen. The only drawback for us was that the unit is located at the back of the property near Highway 98 where a traffic light intersects with the entrance to Gulf Shore Drive. It could be a little noisy at times. However, we felt at ease with the secured property and the ground were very well maintained. We would definitely book this unit again!

We needed the relaxation after having a rough week at home. We also appreciated the fact that we could bring our Boston Terrier with us. We were able to enjoy one of favorite restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe) while we were there. It is always a great atmosphere and great food.

Absolute Gem Sandpiper Cove Unit 1013

Exceptionally clean and if there is anything needed Sandpiper Management is very quick to assist. It's location is tucked away private, quiet and safe. The windows provide a light and airy feeling. People within the complex are so very friendly and welcoming. We appreciate that this unit is ground level and has a washer/dryer provided in the unit. Also, this unit has parking directly outside the front door, making it very handy to bring in groceries. Just absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed playing golf, bocce ball, and pickle ball all included with our stay. The pools are well maintained. The beach access is simple and an amazing spot for sunsets. We highly recommend unit 1013 and Sandpiper Cove Resort.

The sun came directly in, and you could not see the TV from the glare. I know you’re at the beach and not wanting to stay in much but it was storming so we had to stay in a lot. The tile in the bathroom needs to be replaced around the fan. With this being a pet friendly unit I think it should have a gate on the deck so your little babies can’t get off. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed staying there and also the swimming pool right outside the room was a plus 👍

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been long time repeat customers at Sandpiper Cove. Once I checked in, I listed several condo maintenance requests. The refrigerator didn’t close properly, the shower curtain was barely hanging on due to few hooks, there was no drain stopper, a light was blown in the bathroom, and one of the sockets didn’t work in the bedroom. All of these were minor repairs that should have been done prior to our check in. The response was that she will contact the owner to see if they will approve the requests. Excuse me? I paid for a condo and owner has to approve the requests? The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The couch was more comfortable. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. I also stated that I needed to update my information for my refund. Again, nothing they can do until after the refund declines. Yet another thing I have to wait on to correct. This property needs to be updated with a better system and definitely the condo maintenance requests should be handled. No one ever came and we were there for days. Will not book this condo again.
