Overall, this was perfect for our extended weekend for Ocean's Calling. It was a couple miles to the concert venue, but fortunately we had family to drop us off. The location is excellent, just a few steps to the ocean. There were a few small things that would benefit from updating, such as one of the chairs in the kitchen, the refrigerator water spout, but no big deal and did not affect our fabulous weekend.

Great view/dirty floors

Our family includes twin toddlers. The first night their feet and knees were filthy. My DIL bought a swiffer and cleaned the floors. The bedrooms are carpeted. The entrance into each bedroom is dirty. The towels that are supplied are very thin. The kitchen could offer more amenities. There was not a toaster oven and the stove is electric. On the good side, the view is great. The lay out of the bedrooms was good for us. I liked the security codes needed to access the elevator and beach Six adults and 4 kids fit nicely.

Great OC MD getaway!

Great time for the entire family! So much space that everyone has a place to relax. We had a family trip there that included grandparents, parent, and kids of varying ages. The view from the balcony is exceptional! Host could not have been more accommodating! Great communication with host, quick to respond to all our needs. Highly recommend! Private beach access was great with showers! Pool was very nice! Entire family enjoyed our stay! Location was fantastic. Would absolutely choose to stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

Our children and grandchildren stayed in 901W August 10-17, 2024. We were able to cook for 12 people almost every morning and evening because of the generous amount of cookware provided. Condo was very clean and sheets and towels were also provided. Audrey was very helpful whenever we had any questions. We would definitely rent this beautiful, spacious condo again. The location and view is amazing!

We absolutely loved this property. We have stayed in a unit that was oceanfront and preferred the ocean and bay view. Property owners are great to work with! Properly was everything listed and more. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property and wonderful location

My family and I had such a wonderful time at this property! The decor is gorgeous and location is ideal and removed from the hustle, but easily accessible with the bus - unlimited on/off $4 a day in 2024. Beach access wasn’t too crowded. The owner was very cooperative and quick to respond when I reached out with questions and thoughtfully provided a few items upon check-in. We would definitely stay here again!

Lots of space for 8 people

We were 6 adults and 2 teens. Beds were firm but comfortable. Huge balcony with very comfortable chairs. Lots of dishes, glasses and silverware. The only negative, only 1 very small 3-4 inch frying pan. Took forever to cook breakfast for 8 people. Could also use 1 chair to sit on in both master bedrooms.

Exceptional Rental!

We rented this unit for a stay in OC with our children and grandchildren, and it was beyond our expectations. Gorgeous condo with a balcony that provided more space than any other and beautiful views. The bedrooms were unbelievably spacious and the entire unit was very clean and well stocked. The property manager was quick to respond to questions and check-in was a breeze. We all agreed this was the best condo we've ever rented. Highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Family vacation

This property was beautiful. We had 8 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of room and not on top of each other. Had views of both the bay and the ocean. oversized balcony with amazing views. Ocean was two minutes away like having it in your backyard. Plenty of stores close by within walking distance if you need. The owners communication was great. We had an amazing time. Can't wait to come back.

Great Condo

Plenty of room for our family. Rooms are spacious. Great views of the ocean and the sound. The only issue we had was we were given the wrong code to enter our condo. So make sure you have a direct number to call the property manager. Great place to visit. We will be back

We had one question about controlling the thermostat and the property manager promptly returned call and assisted with adjusting temperature. Overall a great property that was within walking distance of many of our favorite restaurants.

This place really fit our needs. It was pretty clean and convenient.

The younger kids had trouble sliding the balcony door in the living room. The process of renting was a piece of cake.

Family vacation

Ocean city was always a favorite vacation spot when my kids were little so now that they are all adults with husband/significant others we decided to go back again. This property was everything it claims to be
great location, beautiful spacious rooms and large balcony with both ocean and bay views. Jamie (property manager) was extremely responsive with all my questions both before the trip and during. This is a family trip we will always remember and can’t wait to go back again

Beautiful

The property has a beautiful panoramic view of both the bay and ocean! Nice large balcony! The property was better than expected and the setup of the condo was perfect. It fit a party of 13 which included 2 babies with no problem or feeling of being overcrowded. Would definitely stay again!

The view from this 9th floor condo unit were spectacular!!

My wife and i splurged on this condo unit for our adult children and grandchildren and it did not disappoint! It was our first family vacation, all together, in ten years! This unit was big! more than enough space for all 8 adults and 3 kids to rome about without bumping into each other. the deck was large enough to accommodate all of us to enjoy the view of the ocean, the bay and the city! The unit was equipped with all the ammenites we needed to cook and serve all the food we brought with us. We did have a few hiccups along the way. The door locking combination entry gave us a hard time in the beginning but we called the owner and within 2 hours, there was a maintenance man there to replace the battery. A couple of the vertical blinds leading to the deck, kept falling off so we left them off after awhile. much easier to just leave the blinds open until we bed down. Also, being that our stay was in late June, the ocean water was pretty cold! Make sure to take full advantage of the second floor deck pool, it was warm!!! Overall, we HIGHLY recommend this unit for your large family. the owner and the management team were wonderful people and so were the regular tenants who live there. They were very informative and a pleasure to interact with along the way. We plan on returning some day soon, only this time, the kids treat us!! Lol

Beautiful Place

The weather was not in our favor on this trip so we did spend a good bit of time inside. The place is nice and spacious. I do feel that the master bed could be replaced as it feels like springs are flat and you can see that the dips as soon as you enter the room but over all we really did enjoy our stay.
