Kind of disappointed especially for the price and the fees. When we walked in the condo there was a bag of dirty towels and sheets right inside the door. Upon inspection we found that there where no clean towels in the unit at all. After a 8 hour drive was looking forward to a shower. I texted the # on the email that was provided to us for any issues and got not response. After a couple hours I dug in to the app and found a email that I finally got a response from saying they will bring us towels in the morning. So I ended up having to drive to Walmart a 9pm to get clean towels so we could shower. Turn on the shower and go to jump in and there is "0" soap in the dispenser at all and maybe I should be glad because they were disgusting looking!!!! So back to Walmart I went to get soap so I could shower now at 10pm. As I am shower I am watching chunks of black dirt or mold washing out of the tracks of the shower door. I just didn't give me a clean feeling at this point. Finally get in bed in the downstairs bedroom and I look up and there is wires hanging from the roof where the smoke detector is supposed to be. That will give you a nice warm fuzzy feeling. So the next night decide to use the hot tub bad idea!! When we get in it there is white chunks floating all in the water and with in 5 minutes had to get out because it was so gross. The positives is that it has a great view and is close to every that's way I gave 2 stars. Besides that avoid at all cost espically for the price
