Cottage de Guinevere

Ce charmant cottage romantique et confortable est situé à Yachats, juste en face de la rivière et au sud du village. Vous pourrez ainsi vous promener facilement en ville ou traverser l’autoroute 101 jusqu’à Yachats Ocean Rd, jusqu’à l’escalier menant à la plage. Il s’agit vraiment d’un cottage «Hansel & Gretel», avec de magnifiques jets confortables pour se blottir sous un nouveau canapé moelleux, avec un poêle au propane pour créer une ambiance. Le pont avant couvert est fabuleux, avec des chaises Adirondack, idéal pour se détendre avec un verre de votre boisson préférée, profiter des journées de Yachats, des sommets de l'océan ou pour se détendre. Promenez-vous en ville pour voir quelques-uns des nombreux magasins ou dînez au Yachats dans de nombreux restaurants merveilleux. Le chalet a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, apportez simplement vos vêtements et votre nourriture! Il est sûr de devenir une escapade préférée pour une retraite de célibataires, des vacances romantiques en couple ou des petites familles. Animaux acceptés! (limité à 1 seul animal domestique, jusqu'à 30 livres maximum)

Quiet beautiful little cottage

The place is adorable and quaint with lots of little interesting details throughout! Lots of books to read, puzzles, DVD’s and a Roku TV. The beach is right down the street and is absolutely beautiful. My partner and I loved the coffee maker and the ability to cook dinners in the small kitchen. Would definitely come back!

Sweet Coastal Cabin

Truly a wonderful stay. The cabin was so cozy and warm and had everything we needed and it was a quick walk to the beach and into town! Would definitely come back.

Perfect Cabin Getaway

We absolutely fell in love with the cabin. They have everything you could ever want. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking/bakeware, the shelves are full of nautical/foraging/PNW themed books, and there's a great selection of board games. The cabin is in the perfect peaceful area, just a short walk to the beach and the town. We are definitely coming back during our next trip to the coast

The perfect getaway cabin

We recently stayed at Gwen’s cabin. It has everything for a relaxing Oregon coast vacation. It is nestled in the coastal old growth forest and located only minutes from the beach and town center.

Cozy

Yachats and this property are perfect for a short getaway, to unwind and relax. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen had what I needed to make small meals. Weekend perfect!

A getaway in the trees and still hearing the ocean!

I cozy, comfortable cabin with all necessary amenities! I short walk to town and an even shorter walk to the beach. Communicating with property management was a breeze! Highly recommend this little abode.

Woods, beaches, restaurants and trails, all right there!

The rough, rutted, muddy trail uphill through the woods belies the jewel of a little house that lies at the end. Wood living room with cathedral ceiling and view of the woods, cozy bedroom, small efficient kitchen, a charming, clean cottage minutes from the beach, downtown Yachats and the spectacular headlands of Cape Perpetua.

The listing was accurate. The quality of items in the kitchen and living area are high—better than my home. I just wished there was a propane grill for cooking outside. Would definitely book again.

Clean, cozy, has everything you need, beds soft. Needs grip tape on front porch steps. When it rains they get very slippery.

Spectacular Experience

My wife and I were celebrating an anniversary. This cozy cottage with the sound of waves crashing in the front and an undisturbed, ancient forest in the back was the perfect home base for our adventures in Yachts. It could not have been more perfect. Our plan is to make this our September spot for the next few years.

The Perfect Hideaway

The fantastic book collection alone had us wanting to stay in this warm, bright cabin another week. We were surrounded by trees and birdsong every day. The gated back deck was perfect for the pooch and they even included a nice pet care basket to use during the stay with bowls, towels, a blanket, and toy. A short walk down the dirt road and across the highway brings you to a beautiful beach where the river flows into the ocean. Another 10 minute walk gets you to downtown Yachats. We can't wait to come back.

Great cabin in the woods and near the beach

This is a beautiful cabin located in the woods with a short walk to the beach. It is also a short walk to town which is great when there is a lot of folks in town (parking is limited). Lots to see and do in the area. Walked the 804 trail along the coast and spent time looking for shells. Local food was great and fresh. The cabin is stocked with everything you would need to spend a relaxing time away from home. The instructions for everything are well thought out and located where you would need them. Enjoyed browsing the books and the DVD movies. Will be coming back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was wonderful. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a perfect location. Our favorite part of this cottage was the close proximity to the beach and hiking trails with the beautiful forest behind the home also quite a draw. We also very much appreciated the extensive information available on the area including trail maps, books, and informational pamphlets.

The beach is just across the street. We've stayed in many vrbo properties through the years and this is one of my favorites! Yachats cottage on the hillside

The instructions for accessing the rental were very easy. The location was excellent, although it was up on the hill surrounded by beautiful trees/forest and not with the typical ocean view home we generally rent. Excellent customer service - We initially thought the heating system in the bedroom could not be turned off. I reached out to my contact and got an immediate response. Fairly dark at night outside the cottage...porch light isn't too bright. So, suggest bringing a flashlight if you'll need to give your dog a last walk at night.
