Ocean View in Yachats! Dog Friendly!

Ya-Hut is your hut away from home! Nestled in the trees on a hill in Yachats, this house is surrounded by the quiet serenity of the forest, while still being close enough to the ocean to hear and see the sea! This cute home has an open concept with vaulted ceiling reaching up to a lofted bedroom. Each area flows into the other, while still being cozy and close, so the whole family can enjoy vacation together even if they are enjoying different activities. One family member can cook in the kitchen, another can watch their favorite TV show or movie while another looks for whales from the ocean view living room, loft or deck.

This home is perfect to enjoy with friends and family. The living area has a comfy couch and several chairs; plenty of room for your group to gather around. It's your choice whether to watch TV, curl up with one of the many books provided, or just stare out at the amazing ocean view from the expansive westward facing windows. Enjoy the electric fireplace when the sun goes down and the night gets chilly! The kitchen has plenty to get the chef in the family started on making a delicious meal. With plenty of counter space and all the cookware you could need, you can enjoy a simple meal or get the group together to collaborate on cooking! The dining area is central to the home; the perfect spot to get everyone in the same place to enjoy dinner together after a day of adventuring around town and soaking up the salty air.

On the main floor you will find a large, roomy bedroom with a queen bed, a TV and fun ocean decor. To the left of this bedroom is a small, cozy bedroom with a full bed and fantastic local art. Ya-Hut has one bathroom centrally located on the main floor. The loft above the main floor highlights the unique vaulted ceilings. Climb the ladder to get a bird's eye view of the town of Yachats and the ocean in the distance before you settle in to sleep in the queen bed. Need to accomplish some work? Sit down at the loft's large desk and dedicated workspace.

The front deck is a great place to take in the view, as well as the sounds and sights of the dense Oregon forest land. Take a walk from the deck through lush pines, ferns and flowers, and end up on the street that will lead you to the cute, artsy village of Yachats. Take time to explore the shops, restaurants, galleries and ocean beaches. Ya-Hut is your hub for your next beach town adventure.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.
