Pour votre prochain voyage en Floride, venez sur Anna Maria Island, profitez des plages du golfe du Mexique et faites comme chez vous dans notre condo. Il y a une vue imprenable sur Anna Maria Sound et la baie de Palma Sola depuis le balcon et la chambre principale, le lever du soleil est incroyable. Il y a deux chambres (la chambre principale avec un lit king size et une télévision murale à écran plat et une deuxième chambre avec un nouveau lit queen size). Deux salles de bains, un espace buanderie avec nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse, et une cuisine entièrement équipée, salon avec télévision par câble et DVD (et une sélection de DVD), grande salle à manger, véranda avec chaises. Toutes les serviettes, draps et chaises de plage, etc. sont disponibles pour votre usage. Nouveau plancher partout. Internet gratuit.

La piscine de Runaway Bay est la plus grande piscine de l'île et comprend des chaises longues et des parasols. Le complexe Runaway Bay comprend un court de tennis, une salle d’entraînement, un jeu de palets, des tables de pique-nique et un quai de pêche dans les baies Anna Maria Sound et Palma Sola.

Il y a beaucoup de beaux terrains de golf à proximité. Anna Maria Island est très éloignée du territoire commercialisé de la Floride et dégage une atmosphère détendue. l'île et les habitants sont extrêmement chaleureux et accueillants. Un lieu inoubliable.

La magnifique plage de sable du golfe du Mexique se trouve de l'autre côté de la route et dispose d'un accès privé au Runaway Bay. Anna Maria se trouve à moins de 90 km de l'aéroport international de Tampa et à moins de 24 km de l'aéroport de Sarasota.

We had a wonderful time in this condo with a beautiful view of the bay and sunrise every morniing. The condo was equiped with everything we needed. It was just a short walk to the beach or the pool. We will stay here again if available.

First time on Bradaton Beach. Will not go back. The condo was awesome it just was so crowded for everything , traffic, bars, restaurants and the beach! Will be back to Saniebel next year Condo was very nice and very large. Enjoyed the condo. !

Best ever trip to AMI

This condo made our trip this year wonderful! It was the most equipped rental we’ve ever had anywhere. The owners are so gracious to let tenants use their nice possessions. The view is incredible. I enjoyed my coffee almost every morning sitting out on the balcony and watching the fish junk in the water, the pelicans and dolphins. We absolutely loved it, and hopefully will be able to stay there many more times.

Mostly really good

The location was really great. Easy bike ride to bridge Street and Coquina Beach. Not too far from the town of Anna Maria. This unit is in the very back of the complex about two blocks distance from Gulf boulevard with the intercoastal behind. Zero Street traffic noise and we heard nothing from The neighbors. Added bonus being on the second floor could not hear anyone walking around or flushing toilets above us. That's why we selected this unit as opposed to less expensive one bedrooms that were on first floor. The mattress was firm and very comfortable. The furnishings were nicer than I expected in a rental and the couch was real leather as opposed to plastic blend. The condo is well equipped and we especially like the high end Cuisinart coffee maker. Wanted to pick up beans from a local roaster but those were hard to come by until the end of our trip we found a place off bridge street that was willing to sell by the pound. The condo also included nice beach umbrella, cooler and even a reflective window shade that came in really useful for the rental car. Access to the beach across the street was quick and easy. I think all of the beaches on the island are excellent. My favorites were Coquina Beach for the farm market, extraordinarily nice changing facilities, bike trail and just being able to disperse from the crowds. Bean Point is nice to watch the sun come up but I wouldn't want to carry a whole lot of gear out there. Couple of things that could have been better, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. It was mostly near the entrance and the balcony. Cindy with Wagner realty I was going to do some additional cleaning out there and I hope she did. I felt like she did a good job of trying to communicate with me. One other additional recommendation I would make is to add a deadbolt lock as a safety feature. The unit only has the type of lock you put a key into the handle. There is also an old style hotel chain for when you are already inside. We had excellent service from Beach bum rentals with delivery and pick up of cruiser bikes. Next time I will also rent a beach cart to carry gear from them. I would probably rent here again.

Beautiful, comfortable watery retreat near to everything

This place was super clean and so cute. The beds were so comfortable. Spacious with updated bathrooms and interior. It was perfect for me and my sister and brother-in-law. A short walk to John Chappie park right across the road for the ocean. An easy walk to Bridge Street and other locations. We had a blast! Such a great place to stay! So quiet and the rental office was so helpful and easy to work with!

Great accommodations

My wife was very impressed with the accommodations and selection of furniture. 2 small items to mention: (1) there are 3 different wi-if #’s. One listed on the Wagner paperwork, one on the counter, and one on the side of the refrigerator (this one is correct). (2) there were some very small ants in the kitchen and 2nd bathroom. I bought some ant traps and put them out and seemed to take care of the issue. Mentioning it in case someone else didn’t . Others mentioned them in several other condos without me saying anything. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Relaxing!!

We had the most relaxing vacation while at Runaway Bay. The condo overlooks the bay and the sunrises were spectacular! The bay is teeming with wildlife which provided us with hours of entertainment. The condo has a beachy and nautical vibe and has every comfort of home. We can’t wait to return!!

Perfect location

This property had everything I was looking for, balcony overlooking the water, close proximity to the beach and the property had a pool. It was a wonderful place to stay! Easy check in and out and so easy to communicate with.

Excellent location

The location was awesome! The bay view was so relaxing, especially at sunrise! Short walk to the beach and equipped with chairs, umbrellas, and even beach towels. Condo was the perfect setup for my my myself, husband and 18 year old daughter. This was our first trip to AMI and will not be our last. We all agree that this is absolutely the place we will stay again. Thank our gor sharing your home with us!

It was close to everything. Plenty of information about area in unit. I mostly liked sitting on balcony enjoying the bay. It was so peaceful. Everything in the unit was excellent and well furnished even included beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Would definently stay again.

We are from Hampshire, UK and enjoyed holidaying on Anna Maria Island for many years before we purchased a proportion on Runaway Bay. We feel that Runaway Bay has much to offer to the extent that we own another condo (one bedroom unit - VRBO reference 7114631) in very close proximity to this two bedroom 2 bathroom condo.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This condo has amazing views of Anna Maria Sound and Palma Sola Bay from both the balcony and the master bedroom. Prior to our purchase, this condo was used as a family holiday home and not on rental markets. Freshly painted and new flooring 2019.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The amazing views, from the balcony and the master bedroom, over the Intercostal Waterway are wonderful, from watching the sun rise to bird and dolphin watching. the pool on Runaway Bay is for the guests and residents of Runaway Bay. The beach is across the road from the complex
