Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It wasn’t what we were expecting. TheProperty management company messaged the day of saying sorry the views that were mentioned and shown in pictures are not available since they haven’t maintained the trees. That was a major disappointment. The place also lacked extra linens for the couch sofa. We called and they did deliver right away . Lastly, the remote is absolutely disgusting. It’s so sticky and seems like it hasn’t been replaced in years... I felt so gross touching it because of how sticky and germ infested it felt. It was really bad and it wasn’t just me who noticed it.
