Great Christmas Stay!

We stayed over Christmas 2024 and this was the perfect vacation spot. The view is post card quality, better than the pictures show. Parking was not a issue, but the lot did fill up by night. The interior was updated and comfortable. The fireplace did not work, but it was noted in the original listing. There was an electric fireplace under the TV, which gave a wintertime cozy feel. The chairlift was a close drive away, not quite a comfortable walkable distance in ski boots. Check in / out was easy. Overall, thanks for offering the place for a memorable family vacation.

No follow up on issues

We stayed for 1 week and after 1 day of checking in We reached out by text and phone to the luxe number provided. I Was told someone named Julio would be contacting us. No one ever called or text. No one from you office call to see if our issues were resolved either. We had Tv issues and it wasn't the internet. TV keeps loosing sound and connection .Could not use the fireplace at all. Control not working or gas was off with no tool to turn it on. Mainly disappointed that you didn't care enough to keep back.

Beautiful view! The fireplace was broken. I was very disappointed I was not informed about it being broken. Part of the reason I chose to stay here was the fireplace. Lake Tahoe area is fabulous to visit.

GREAT VIEW!

Phenomenal view of the lake/mountains & nightly sunset. Something you’ll never forget!! Inside of the house is deceivingly small (1 open bedroom loft, 1 bedroom with bunkbeds, and kitchen/dining/living room all essentially 1 space. Updated decor was nice, beds were great…but cleanliness was pretty underwhelming (hair everywhere, bathrooms dirty, bath tubs gross/bath curtains moldy). Figuratively a very hot and cold house (literal = no issues) - quiet area at the top of the mountain and a great place for a **SMALL** family. Not terrible for the price, but probably expected a bit more refinement and certainly a lot more cleanliness. Large clock fell off the wall due to what was probably a rowdy neighbor (I believe it is a rental as well), but host was EXTREMELY gracious and understanding in taking care of it. Overall, a 7/10, but could have EASILY been a 9/10 if cleanliness standards didn’t give you the heebie-jeebies sometimes.

Great views, tucked in

Nice spot to stay for the week. Great views. Close to the Stagecoach lift. Plenty of parking. Shuttle picks up right in front of the condo (parking lot). Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and disposable items like papertowels, soap, etc. Kitchen fully furnished. Beds comfortable. The condo is a one bedroom plus loft. The loft is open, so who ever is up there can hear everything and see lights flip off and on. Stairwell to the loft is in a bad location. It jutts out in the middle of the entrance. We smacked our heads several times. Bedroom with bunkbeds is very tight and hard to move around. Hot tub and pool are down the road and not very convenient. Especially with all the snow. No sidewalks.

Normally not one to review but I'll give it a shot. Overall, we were very happy with the cabin. Great views, spacious cabin, good amenities. Few comments: 1. Upstairs restroom had some hair in it. 2. Fireplace was not working. Did receive phone call from Julio, I'm assuming someone who works for the complex, trying to schedule an appointment to have it fixed. I requested he put it off until we left. 3. Parking became a bit of an issue as all of the spots were overtaken by skiers. None of my comments would deter us from booking this cabin again. I think this will be our go to spot. Thank you

Stay at Tahoe

Home was wonderful. Well furnished, clean, and well styled. N But nothing compared to the view this place has. We could see a wonderful view of the lake with snow capped mountains in the back. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, Nice condo

Location is a 5-minute shuttle ride to the Stagecoach Lodge. The stop is about150 feet from the the door to the condo. The shuttle is free and runs every 15-20 minutes throughout the day. There is one bedroom and a bed in the loft, which is open to the living room below. Kitchen is small but adequate. Appliances and supplies are good. The condo has a partial view of the lake, which is very nice. Washing machine and dryer are not in the unit.

Thanksgiving Perfection

We enjoyed our time at this condo. The views were amazing. The downstairs bedroom is small and could benefit from less furniture. The bunkbed would be nice if you have kids though. Upstairs bedroom is an open loft so be aware of that if you have someone sleeping on the couch since you'll hear any snoring from the living room and/or loft :) We loved having our Thanksgiving here with our small family. Definitely would return.

Only good thing was no steps. Downstairs bedroom to small and very cramped couldn't use it. Said they had three TVs only one worked. Said had a washer and dryer but it wasn't in the condo. My wife which isn't your fault has limited mobility had to sleep on the couch, couldn't go up to spiral staircase. Condo was easy accessibility and had a good view. I wouldn't recommend for super seniors like us😉

Comfortable and great view

Very nice place. Comfortable for our family of 3 with 2 dogs. Pool was a short walk and very clean. Just a couple things such as no curtains so the sun was shining directly in to the livingroom, and the downstairs bathroom was so tiny it was uncomfortable to shower in. But overall we really enjoyed it!

Great location. We did ski out through the back of the property down to the lift. Have to traverse a little and then drop in. Early morning west coast tree skiing to start the day.

Lovely place. Clean and close (about a 12 min walk) to the Nevada Stagecoach base. The Heavenly shuttle will pick you up right outside the condo, however, which is really nice so you don't have to walk to the ski lifts. The views of Lake Tahoe are amazing from the balcony. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacay! My only feedback is that the spiral staircase is a bit slippery.

All around great place. This is not a ski-in and ski-out condo.

We were very lucky to be able to check in early due to the high vacationing rate during president's week. We appreciated that greatly. The condo is on the corner of the building so you get more light and views than others. The views are AMAZING. The balcony outside has a stunning view of Lake Tahoe. The sunset was absolutely beautiful. The fireplace is REAL!!! There is also an electric faux fireplace in the TV stand in case you dont want to start a real one. There is a store very close where you can purchase firewood, among other simple needs (liquor, groceries, ice, etc) If it's cold, be sure to close the chimney, because all of your heat will go right up and out. The skiing is by far the best I've ever experienced. It's a shuttle ride away from the stagecoach Lodge and lift where you can also get your rentals. Extremely convenient. The condo itself was in fairly great shape. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would ever need. The dishwasher did leak a little. And the freezer door didnt always shut. Also, the icemaker doesn't work. It's so cozy and the space is great. The bedrooms are perfect with a private bathroom off each one. The beds.....let me tell you about the beds. They were so comfortable I didn't want to leave. It was like a cloud. There was plenty of space to put your belongings away. I slept amazing every night I was there. All in all, this place was great. I would definitely come back. In fact, let me go book it now....

Nice place, great view

This condo was very convenient to the Stagecoach lift, only a few minutes drive away. We mostly drove because parking wasn't an issue, but did take the bus when we were unable to depart together. The bus stop is conveniently at the driveway entrance to the condo. The village bus drops off a bit further than the resort bus, but was still walkable. We enjoyed the great view from the kitchen table and balcony during breakfast and after skiing. The electric fireplace was nice and cozy in the evenings. We did each bump our heads on the spiral staircase was a few times, but the padded bumpers helped. We found out that the stairs were too slick for the dog to navigate. We had an issue with the lock on the front door locking us out for 10-15 minutes one evening. It turned out the lock doesn't alway fully engage when the door shuts, then denies entry when trying to use the code to open after. Louis helped us figure out that out, and how to avoid the problem again. He also came out the next day to switch out the battery for it, and to replace the light bulb for the outdoor light. Also, the building washer and dryer operate on quarters. Overall a nice stay.

Beautiful View. Cozy Confo

Stunning view of the lake at this cozy condo. I'd recommend the listing be updated to show the new furniture- which was so comfortable. However there aren't 2 queen beds- there are full bunk beds in the 2nd room - not ideal for a married couple. Also warn about the circular staircase right when you walk in- we arrived at 11:00 pm in the dark. It's right at the door, and while padded, the first person in hit their head! Once we knew it was fine. And again, that view!! And so comfortable! And a two minute drive to the Stagecoach lift. Perfect for skiers.

Wonderful condo and view, but some winter surprises

There was a lot that we loved about our stay. The place was cozy and clean and the views of the lake were amazing. The living space was very comfortable and the bed upstairs was incredible. We liked the option of the electric fireplace, which our dog very much enjoyed. Overall it was a great value. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, but there were a couple of items missing that would have made it more convenient, including tongs, pizza pan/cutter and hot pads (we had to use bathroom towels). There were also not any specific kitchen towels, we used paper towels for everything. We were on an extended trip and the washer/dryer was very important to us. There were some miscommunications about how to access the W/D onsite, the instructions provided upon check-in did not work. Something to keep in mind and sort out sooner rather than later if you're working laundry into the trip. A note on winter access - there are some details in the contract once you've booked about winter vehicle requirements to access the road where the condo is located. Either 4WD + winter tires or chains. This is no joke if there is major storm, we saw several cars getting into trouble. We did have an incident where we lost power for nearly a day because someone took out a utility pole. We were happy with the host's willingness to help - they tried to send up some firewood via Door Dash but the driver didn't have the right equipment to get to us. Luckily the market down the road had some Duralogs. And just a tip for skiers, be sure to use the Heavenly shuttle that stops right in front of the building, and not the public bus to go down to the Stagecoach lift. The public bus is not allowed to drop off in front the resort, and it's a bit of a hike. The Heavenly shuttle was great.

Amazing stay

The unit was clean and well stocked. We arrived with snow blocking the door but a shovel was left for us in the event that was the case. The view is breathtaking and very close to Heavenly. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Accommodations

When we got here the walkway was covered with snow. The door was blocked but there was a shovel left for us so that was great. Also, shortly after they came and cleared the snow. The apartment was well stocked and very clean. View was amazing. Excellent experience highly recommended.
