As noted in the property description, this is an older, no-frills beach home. It is not marketed as a newly renovated or luxury property. We also received no messages from you during your stay regarding these concerns. Had these issues been brought to our attention at the time, we would have gladly worked to address them as promptly as possible. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to inspect or resolve these concerns while you were there. We take maintenance and safety issues seriously and have reviewed the items reported to ensure any necessary attention is given. We offer a small gift card as a thank you to guests who take the time to leave a review, but this is offered regardless of whether the feedback is positive or negative. We never expect a positive review in exchange. We regularly receive positive reviews as well as messages from guests expressing how much they love this property and enjoy returning.
