With five bedrooms, including a newly renovated crofter suite above the garage, and multiple porches perfect for dining, relaxing, or reading in the swing, thereâs space for everyone to unwind.
Island Adventures Await - Each day brings new possibilities. With three four-seater golf carts at your disposal, explore the islandâs beaches, nature trails, shops, and dining spots with ease. Ride bikes along the winding paths, go crabbing or fishing, paddle through the marshes, or simply enjoy the songbirds from one of five inviting porches.
Gather & Savor - The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare family meals, and the outdoor grill is perfect for summer cookouts. Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, and beach chairs are provided so you're ready for a day by the ocean. The nearest beach access is just a 2-minute cart ride or a scenic 0.4-mile stroll awayâideal for catching breathtaking sunsets.

-Stella Maris provides access to Shoals Club or Bald Head Island Club Temporary Memberships. You must join as a temporary member. Temporary membership fees will apply.
-Please keep in mind the BHI CLUB is now capping registration for their guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club during your stay please apply ASAP. Visit the BHI Club website to see and review their rules and fees. Keep in mind there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use. Contact the club directly for any questions. We do not control club rates, rules, or restrictions. No discount or refund will be provided if club membership is restricted or denied. Please check club websites to verify all temporary membership pricing as rates may change.

-Maximum Occupancy: 12 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict
tenants and guests with no refund given.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
-No uninvited guests without permission.
-Bikes and other items are available but not guaranteed due to other guest use.
-A gardener visits 3x/week to water plants.
