3 Bdrm, 2 salles de bain sur deux acres. BELLES VUES. Marcher environ. 1/10 mile de la forêt nationale de Coronado dans Miller Canyon. En outre, Carr Canyon, Ramsey Canyon, Stump Canyon et de nombreuses autres zones de randonnée fabuleuses à proximité. Maison préfabriquée récemment rénovée, quartier très propre et calme. Accès facile à Sierra Vista, Ft. Huachuca, Tombstone et Bisbee. Après les moussons, la zone est vraiment verte. Ne manquez pas cette opportunité, surtout à partir du mois d'août. Ne pas fumer à l'intérieur de la maison et pas d'animaux. Laveuse / sécheuse inclus, Câble, Internet, Micro-ondes, Cuisinière à gaz, Lave-vaisselle, cafetière, Crock Pot, Mixer, casseroles / poêles / ustensiles / vaisselle, divers. This is a fantastic place to stay. Great price along with a well-stocked kitchen (non-food). Everything about it was great.

Truly is a birders paradise

Perfect location, the hosts were like long lost friends, we had everything we could possible need or want, we saw birds and animals there that we didn’t see anywhere else,!

A pleasant stay

A group of stayed here while working on a job site locally. It was a nice quite and peaceful place to come bak to after a long day of work. Very kind and gracious hosts as well.

Great views.

We loved seeing all the birds and wildlife. It was nice to sit outside in the quiet and enjoy the calmness. Sherri and Russell were very helpful with nearby places to eat and drink and places to visit. We enjoyed our trip out here.

A great getaway

My sister’s and I wanted to “get away” and enjoy some quiet surroundings that were bird friendly and close to places we wanted to visit. We found the perfect spot, the owners were wonderful and the house had absolutely everything you would need to enjoy your stay. We plan on a return visit and will recommend this property to our friends and family.

Beautiful setting

We had a great time during our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the trails at the end of the road, sitting outside and enjoying all the birds and deer and beautiful scenery, and having a nice location to accomplish the business we came to town to accomplish. Sherry was very responsive and helpful. Great stay!

Arizona Christmas

The location was beautiful. We saw deer every morning in the yard. Beautiful birds at all of the feeders daily. The home was lovely and decorated for Christmas. It also was stocked with everything we needed and more. The hosts were amazing and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. They were very welcoming.

2023 Memorial Day Holiday Week

The Stouts do a lovely job with this property - every amenity seemed to be available in the house, making our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The wildlife around the house was delightful - SO many species of birds including many hummingbirds, woodpeckers, quail and turkeys, lots of deer and even a group of javelinas came through with their babies. It is so peaceful here! We were sorry we had to leave but will definitely be back!

Mountain Oasis

Absolutely wonderful!! Only one night, but wish I could’ve stayed longer. Hope to come back. The property and all the outside seating was absolutely wonderful for meals. Easy access to the mountains behind you for quick hikes. Inside has everything you would need. Owners are wonderful. She called me the morning before we got there to check in and her husband came over that night to bring extra supplies.

Great place.; Great people

We live in the country, so this was like home away from home. This home was located in a quite semi rural area. Besides the birds we had deer and javalinas passing through in the evening. We are not people that came south just to enjoy the weather. There are a lot of places to go and things to do with in a two hour driving distance. We were in the area 29 days and did not see every thing we wanted to. The owners were our neighbors and you could not ask fo a more friendly open couple. If we are in the area again this would be our first choise to stay.

It Was Simply Wonderful

It was simply wonderful. The interior of our "cabin" was beautifully decorated with interesting themes for the bedrooms. There were thoughtful supplies to get us started and everything was very clean. The exterior had beautiful views of the mountains and there was wildlife everywhere in the vicinity; deer, owls, quail, roadrunners, hummingbirds, and other western birds. Also, you have lots of space between the nearby residences which adds to the element of tranquility during the stay. The National Forest is only a short walk so a babbling mountain stream was viewable from one of the trails as well as a friendly horse at a ranchette on the way there. The owners, Russell and Sherri were extremely friendly and helpful, and always made sure that there was plenty of sugar water and seed for the multiple feeders to attract our wildlife friends. Thank you for sharing.

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I planned a short getaway to check out the Humming Bird banding activity that I read about online. We were new to this part of Arizona and had no idea what we would find. To our delight, Sherri and Russell's place was absolutely perfect! It is located near Miller Canyon and Ramsey Canyon. We had so much fun hiking and then visiting the San Pedro Bird Conservancy. Sherri and Russell were wonderful hosts and so accommodating! This property has 3 bedrooms with even a sleeper sofa so you could bring the family! and friends! It is a quiet property with wildlife visiting your door! We saw deer and plenty of hummers! and more! The energy here is very positive and kind! We are happy to share this experience with others and hope many more will be attracted to your rental. Look forward to a return visit sometime soon!

Exceeded Our Expectations

Our one-month stay here exceeded all of our expectations. Sherri and Russell are very kind and gracious hosts. They treated us like longtime friends and we immediately felt like family. They are very personable, and we had some great conversations over dinner/drinks (at our own choosing, they will interact as much or little as you desire). The rental has gorgeous mountain views and is in a perfect location for hiking and exploring the nearby canyons and attractions. There are bird/hummingbird feeders throughout the property, and Sherri maintains them daily. The entire property (rental plus owner's) is available to guests, and has multiple outdoor seating areas and patios to enjoy the birds, wildlife, and nighttime stars. The rental was comfortable, spotless and well-stocked with everything, but if there was anything at all we needed even outside of the scope of the rental, Sherri and Russell went above and beyond to help. For example, I had a flat tire and they immediately provided help and access to any tools I might need. This rental gave us the opportunity to explore what southeastern Arizona and the Sierra Vista area have to offer, and we made potential lifetime friends in the process!

Awesome setting!

We could not have found a better place for our month in Arizona. Sherri and Russell were helpful, kind, personable hosts. The house is even better than advertised, with everything we needed and more. The views from front and back of the house were epic, and having coffee in the lounge chairs in the morning was wonderful. We look forward to our return.

Birders wish come true.

This place was everything one could wish for in a vacation site with all the comforts of home. There is adequate space inside and out to relax, meditate, walk about and engage in your favourite pastime of bird watching. As an added bonus there are feeders at all the windows so one can observe the feathered friends while enjoying meals, cooking or relaxing with afternoon tea. The place is spotless, furniture and beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped, barbecue facilities for outdoor cooking, and hosts gracious and helpful with useful tips for birding sites etc. There is lots of wildlife and the peaceful environment is ideal for unwinding from the cares of city life. Saw lots of birds, both common and some unusual species in addition to deer and other wild life on the property. At night, heard owls and whip-poor- wills on the roof. A very enjoyable stay- we will return! Thanks Sherri and Russ!

location was walking distance to excellent trails with creeks and wildlife. Property was big and deer did pass through. The kids enjoyed seeing the wildlife and exploring the property. Interior accomodations were adequate, clean.

AMAZING

This house is in the most beautiful spot! The home is beautifully surrounded by nature with a spectacular view of the mountains right out the front door! We saw deer in the yard multiple times, they were just grazing and acted like we were not even there.The hummingbirds love the many feeders on the property. We saw quail, roadrunners, fox and tiny little lizards too! There are trails for exploring and maps at the house to plan your adventure. The owners were so welcoming and made sure we had everything that we needed and then some! The house is very clean and was bigger than expected, I would not stay anywhere else! You will not regret booking your trip with Sheri and Russel. They were fantastic!

We were so glad to hear that the family was so excited about the rental & the location when you could finally see it in the morning light. Birding Getaway

We had a wonderful respite from work & the PHX heat. Even though we birded the SPR we thoroughly enjoyed just sitting in the yard watching all the avian activity. Thank you Sherri & Russel, we will be back.

Frank and his wife were wonderful guests. They were friendly and seemed to really enjoy getting away from the city and relaxing on the property. They took great care of our rental, leaving it tidy and clean. We hope to see them both again soon.

I was born & raised in Arizona and grew up in this area. My husband is from Indiana and was stationed at Fort Huachuca in 1998. We've lived in our present house for over 26 years. The 2 acre property we have listed with VRBO is right next door but we welcome our guests to roam the entire 3 acres, visiting our "Moonlight" garden and our pond as well as the "Antique Bathtub" pond on guest property. We respect our guests privacy but if they need anything, we are just a call away.

Great Views. Quiet neighborhood, abundant wildlife, great for birding & fantastic hiking areas. Rental is VERY CLEAN and spacious. Home away from home. We are approximately 10-15 degrees cooler than Phoenix, AZ so don't let the term "Arizona Desert" scare you away. Great base home as there are several attractions around the area of Bisbee, Tombstone, Sonoita & Patagonia. Wine country also. You have your own bird viewing area with water feature & plants. Come see for yourself!

Having the rental to yourself provides privacy and PLENTY of room, with beautiful views of the Huachuca Mountains and at night you'll have a great view for stargazing. Deer frolic in the yard daily plus there are a variety of birds and various wildlife that visit the property. GREAT HIKING & BIRDING RIGHT OUT YOUR BACK DOOR.
