Great spot
Old building but well kept
Building makes some noises in the night - bumps & cracks
The Garage is not the greatest for big cars - SUV's
otherwise a good place to stay
We throughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is a generous size and the kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I have ever come across. Brilliant apartment for families with a walk across the road to access a great playground and beach. Amazing view from the balcony with views from the Glass House Mountains and Pumicestone Passage where we enjoyed watching kite surfers, paddle boarders and other water sports and watching container and cruise ships go by.
Caloundra is a great spot, especially for young families with plenty of parks and places for the littles ones to play. Unit in great location for access to water, nearby restaurants and main street short walk away.
the unit itself is ok but could greatly do with some well needed maintenance and up keep. it wasn't particularly clean when we got there - the glass sliding door to the balcony/view was that dirty that you couldn't enjoy the view, so we ended up cleaning the doors ourselves to be able to see through them.
would say if you get the unit for a cheap enough rate and don't expect an outstanding unit, then go for gold. if you have high expectations then this isn't the place for you
