Very clean and had everything we needed. Amazing neighborhood - hiked almost every evening just in the neighborhood. Close to winter park and rmnp. We would stay there again!

Perfect mountain getaway for the holidays!!

Stayed here w/ family for the holidays. It was the perfect home for us!!! Clean, great location, cozy, spacious! The property ownership was so helpful too. Whenever we had any needs throughout our stay, they showed up to provide asap! Amazing place, highly recommend!

Nice place. Close to skiing and town. Enjoyed the hot tub and complimentary bikes. Frazier bike path was great. Pepe Osaka for sushi burrito, yum!

First time to the area. Booked the house based on the descriptions and was pleasantly surprised at how accurate it was. Easily large enough for a family of 4 with grown children. Perfect location in between Granby and Winter Park. House is beautiful and well equipped. Would definitely stay again

Perfect family getaway!

Perfect place for our family winter vacation! We had 6 adults and 1 child. Plenty of room. Very clean with a lot of “extras” provided. Sleds, snow shoes, kayaks, games, etc. Welcome emails provided helpful details for our stay. Our family had an amazing time and will definitely be back in the summer!

Just AMAZING!! Exceeded our expectations!

This mountain retreat cabin was so perfect for our family vacation! Very cozy, comfortable, spacious, and clean. This is a dream cabin I would love to own someday. Every room that I walked into was perfectly set up and so inviting down to the smallest details. There is nothing I would change about this vacation get away. We will definitely be booking this cabin again in the future!

Perfect house for long weekend away in Winter Park

The house was just perfect for our long holiday weekend away in Winter Park. It was immaculate when we arrived and everything we needed for a home away from home. Great kitchen for cooking and had every type of tool and equipment; from blender, to coffee pot, to knives. The views were beautiful from the back deck, and the neighborhood was very quiet. I would definitely stay there again. The house is higher up the mountain, but the roads were plowed daily so no issues. Just 5 mins drive from everything downtown WP and an 8-10min drive to skiing. My only tiny minor compliant/issue was the access to the hot tub was from one of the guest rooms and not the main living space. If you wanted to use it, you had to walk through someone's room.

Location key, but some things to take note

The property is in a great location if you are wanting to be close to playgrounds, dining, and beverages of all kinds! Going to hit the cons first because if you can get over those then you ll love the pros! Cons: The listing says no pets, but there was (dog?) white hair everywhere. We have a 4 month old, so we noticed anywhere we tried to lay her on the carpet there was hair that our clothes would pick up. I’m glad none of us were allergic because that would have been a huge issue! You can tell pets have been there of some kind as the sliding door to the back deck is scratched The property was clean but not great. We found nose burgers wiped on the walls in 2 of 3 bathrooms right by the toilet paper holders. Some of the towels were dirty that were put away and several of the dishes still had food on them. In the upstairs masters there was trash found right by the bed. All of this is to point out the cleaning crew isn’t great, so just be prepared for what you might find The propane tank was leaking when we went to use it. Bring your own pillow, the ones provided are very over used and flat Pros: The layout is perfect, esp for multiple families! The bunk set up with the full bed was perfect to allow options for parents and kids. The other two beds were also comfortable! Talk about a parents dream! The built in tree house in the walk in closet… just wow! Our kids had the best time playing and reading! THANK YOU! :) The kitchen has everything you ll need!

Lovely Get Away

Our family heads to Winter Park a few times a year. We have come to love staying in Rendezvous at many of the properties. This property was one of our favorites! The view from the deck is gorgeous. We also enjoyed spending time around the fire pit in the evenings. Great set up, relaxing, and the back area was a bonus. We will be back!

Nice home & beautiful location!

We had a great time here on our short stay; we enjoyed the quiet and the late spring snow and cold weather before heading back to the Southeast. We were disappointed that we were not able to ride the bikes due to all but one having flat tires (we were not able to find the air pump even after texting the owner who was very responsive and helpful), but the trip to Grand Lake and Adams Falls was fun and the local food was terrific! The home was well stocked and the bottled water next to each bed was a nice touch. This is a great home for a families!

Our expectations were exceeded!

Our vacation rental went smoothly from the outset. The owner was very communicative, sending detailed information that alleviated any anxiety about renting a place sight unseen. We were having a family Thanksgiving there, and he assured me that we would find everything we needed to make that happen, and he was right! Kitchen is generously stocked. The beds were SO comfortable, including the pillows (hard to find in a rental!). So many extras - good quality soap, shampoo and conditioner, bath salts, robes, towels for the hot tubs, etc. We particularly liked that that master was upstairs and the other two bedrooms were 2 floors down. Our adult kids could stay up later than us and we were not disturbed. The work station in the master was very helpful for our daughter studying for grad school exams. We loved our time there, and hope to visit again soon!

Great place to stay

I booked a short trip to the Winterpark/Fraser area. This place was nice, quiet, very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The hot tub and fire pit were great extras! When we had questions Adam was very quick to respond and very helpful. There was a large notebook full of restaurant, activity and shopping ideas. We would definitely stay here again!

This house has a beautiful view AND met all of our needs. There was a Pack N Play and high chair for our baby, there was a stroller to take on walks and a baby carrier! The house had plenty of blankets, pillows and comfort for our family. Will absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The views are amazing and the house was very nice. We loved the hot tub and fire pit! The house had everything we needed to have a great time! Definitely would recommend staying here

Summer Vacation

Clean. The kids enjoyed the secret hideaway. The views from the hot tub after a long day were amazing.

Long Weekend Stay

The house was very clean upon arrival, had everything we needed. Was spacious enough for 5 people. Walking distance to shuttle for ski resort, we cooked every meal so not sure about restaurants. The hot tub was a nice feature so were the sleds for a little fun at the house.

Great winter home base

Had an amazing stay at this home! Given the ongoing pandemic we opted for an isolated winter vacation in the snow, and this house was perfect. The garage was fully stocked with winter gear for the kids to use, and there was a hill on the side / back for the kids to sled down or just spend hours playing in the snow. The cherry on top for the entire family was watching the sunset from the hot tub in the late afternoons before moving indoors for movie or game nights by the fireplace. If we have a chance to come back to Winter Park / Fraser, will definitely be look at staying here again.

Amazing Only thing I would improve and wouldn’t bother mentioning if it wasn’t important is the beds are super hard to firm, needs toppers

Wonderful experience

We spent a week at this lovely home which absolutely met all our needs. The home is well appointed and the photos and description are accurate. The care taker Tina was so kind and helpful. The owners were responsive and very accommodating. We took advantage of the jacuzzi and the views are remarkable! The kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal. There is so much to do in the area. We went to RMNP, hot springs, hiking, fishing not to mention the in home massages. I’m not sure why we left? I would highly recommend this property as you will not be disappointed.

Exceptional stay!

This home was amazing! Truly perfect for our birthday event during Covid 2020. The home was very spacious, clean, and everything you’d need was provided! The only thing wrong was, there were used coffee ground in the coffee pot- and we needed to clean prior to using. But all the beds were clean. Space was gorgeous during the fall colors. Would stay here again!

Rocky Mountain vacation

The home is beautiful and in a great location to use as a base to explore RMNP and the Grand Lake area. The kids loved the hot tub and we loved the layout of the home, access to walking trails for after dinner strolls, and quick access to Safeway to pick up food. Would wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely consider returning!
