We’re steps to the Fraser River and trails, and minutes to skiing, biking, hiking, and fishing. The spacious 3-bedroom setup sleeps 9 - ideal for families and groups seeking comfort, great amenities, and an unbeatable location. Located just shy of 10 minutes past the Winter Park Ski Resort on highway 40, Fraser is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere. Whether it's skiing, tubing, hiking or biking, golfing, fishing, or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in the Fraser / Winter Park area.

Colorado Mountain Rendezvous is a modern, spacious townhome made for gathering. The main level features an open living area with a gas fireplace and deck; downstairs adds a second lounge for movie or game nights.
Drop your bags and settle into your mountain basecamp. You’ll be welcomed by our bright main-level great room with a gas fireplace, open kitchen, and windows framing the surrounding peaks. Grab a coffee on the upper deck with amazing views of the Fraser Valley, and Winter Park ski runs. Cook up breakfast in our fully stocked kitchen while the day’s ski laps, hikes, and bike routes take shape. After the day’s adventures, relax in the living room, or play games on the Xbox or game table downstairs. And there’s always the hot tub available to unwind and relax outside.

The Lift bus line (no charge) goes by our townhome at the Cozens Museum bus stop just a short walk down the street and is excellent for getting to the Winter Park ski area and navigating the Fraser and Winter Park towns.
A vehicle is recommended to effectively reach and enjoy the greater area beyond Fraser and Winter Park.
For train service from Union Station in Denver to the Winter Park Ski Resort, you can take the Winter Park Express Ski Train, available from Jan. 12 – Mar. 31, Friday through Sunday (service times subject to change).
