Loved this studio and location

I loved this little studio apartment — the owners/managers have been very intentional on what is needed, the layout of the space and very professional communications etc. The neighborhood is full of folks walking their dogs and I felt very comfortable getting up and strolling through the streets. Also, handy to be able to walk up to restaurants that are nearby. And, having a light on in the studio when I entered made it very welcoming. Also was a very quiet location even though it is so close to Peachtree Street.

Quick stay

First off I'd like to say that this was a very pleasant stay. It was updated for the most part. The bathroom not having a fan, only having two towels/rags and the title floor are about the only touch ups I would suggest. Also maybe a complimentary $10 car wash just because of the sap from the trees. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend. Team BCA response: Thanks so much for your feedback, Tiffany! Funky studio - love the tiling

This is such a cute and funky studio. We had breakfast and dinner "in" every day and took lunch out as well so we saved heaps. We had an issue with a leak in the bathroom but the communication was swift and professional. The laundry was a great facility. Thank you BCA. The area was very quiet the staff was helpful and friendly. I liked that was close to the freeway and was pretty close to places I wanted to go to. Comfortable in Midtown

This apartment was in a fantastic location with enough residential quiet to be relaxing but close enough to Midtown to access the city. The queer friendly flag out front signifies that this would be a welcoming place to stay and it certainly was. My only suggestion is that the parking is very limited and cramped in the upper deck. Not much to be done about it, but on busy nights angling into certain spots with my rental car was a little challenging. The other thing was that my power strip was very loose and chargers routinely just fell out of it. Ultimately minor issues. The overall stay was lovely! On screaming tenants

Overall I had a positive impression, there clearly went a lot of effort into making Studio 7 a nice place to stay. My only issue was that I felt that the mechanisms of enforcement for the noise policy were slightly underwhelming, but as a property manager, I also recognize the limitations inherent to such things. Staff were kind, prompt, and professional, quarters were comfortable, utilities were functional. So overall I'm pleased. Team BCA Response: Thank you for your understanding and patience. Shepherd center Ronald MacDonald house

Excellent, convenient place to stay for caregivers of Shepherd patients. Even better if you can get a handicapped accessible bathroom found in the remodeled units.
