Great clean studio!!

Such a great location, my wife thought it was so cute! If you can arrive before dark, it helps because street access a bit confusing at night. We will go there again!! Always love staying here. The rooms have everything one could need. The bed is super comfy, and the cable is outstanding. So convenient to many great places on Peachtree Rd. Colorful and modern in the best way. Kitchen very well supplied.

Great place for our vacation!

The AC wasn't working in the unit I rented, but the moment I let them know they moved me to another unit on site that was an upgrade. Very receptive and accommodating. Perfectly situated, private space with parking.

Everything about this place is great. Central. Parking. Private. Very well serviced. Easy to navigate. Chic rooms have great mattresses and modern touches. Roku does suck for us "olds", but that really doesn't matter. Solid WIFI solves that issue. Clean. Tasteful. Simple. No fuss. Team BCA Response: Thank you for your wonderful review. Nice compact apartment that met our needs

Nice clean apartment with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and the shower was really nice. Great location. Felt safe and secure. Thank you for your patience with the door codes. While we do our best to avoid any interruptions during guests' stays, sometimes technology has other idea. We appreciate you allowing us to resolve that issue for you. Space is very precious in our Studio Apartments, so we supply just for the essentials for the kitchen. Next time you are with us, I would recommend looking at the 1-bedroom apartments at Brookwood Courtyard. They have a larger kitchen, more pots and pans, and a full-sized gas range.

6 weeks in ATL

Thank you for a nice stay. My room was cleaned weekly and was tidy. I did notice that some dirty dishes were placed in the cabinet with clean ones after the cleaning staff did the dishes. I would rather them not do the dishes if they are going to mix clean and dirty together. At least I would know they are still dirty if they are in the sink. The dehumidifier was very useful. I had to empty it twice a week once I figured out what it was. Team BCA Response: Thank you for all your feedback about your stay. I apologize for the dirty dishes. All of them should be cleaned by our housekeeping team prior to arrival and I am sorry for that oversight. The dehumidifiers are a new product we are testing out. The humidity in the South is very strong and we are always looking for better and more efficient ways to combat it. I am glad to hear that they are working well.
