Merveilleux, pied des pistes OUT, deux chambres, deux baignoire, unité fin copropriété dans la Throw pierre trÚs proche (400 pieds) de Mount Morrisey télésiÚge. Vues du Mont fois Tod et Morrisey de trÚs lumineux et ensoleillé salon. Les portes coulissantes de la chambre et salle de séjour au bain à remous privé 25 pieds au-dessus la route avec des vues spectaculaires. NOUVEAU SONY SMART TV / DVD Blueray-dessus cheminée dans le salon. Aussi télévision à écran LCD de 32 pouces et lecteur DVD dans la deuxiÚme chambre.
Cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e est un rĂȘve pour cuisiner, avec fenĂȘtre. MĂȘme vues de deuxiĂšme chambre! Imaginez mettre les enfants au lit dans la chambre et profiter de la nouvelle bain Ă  remous de six personnes de la marque! Nouveau Laveuse et sĂ©cheuse dans l'unitĂ©. En dehors entrĂ©e / de sortie. Deux espaces de stationnement souterrain. Neuf minutes de marche du village le long sentier de Creekside pittoresque. Beautiful spot with private hot tub and great layout.

We really enjoyed the weather and excellent terrain at sun peaks. The condo was perfect for our family of four. Kitchen had everything we needed - even a coffee grinder! Will definitely be back!

Bright Corner Unit

Bright corner unit, great location ski in/out with 15 minute walk to the village. A few hiccups, we were given the wrong entry and wifi codes and the hot tub didn’t work. Brian, the property manager was very responsive.

Great Family New Years Vacation

Hi John, Thanks for renting your condo to us for New Years. We enjoyed heading out to the Morrisey chair in the morning instead of the busy village chairs. Your kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed some great relaxing family meals. The hot tub was awesome at the end of a hard day's skiing. The addition of your smart T.V was welcome as we could log into our Netflix and watch a holiday movie. I liked all of the windows in your corner unit to enjoy the views. We loved the New Years celebrations on the hill - a great free ride show and the torch parade. It was a perfect family vacation. My only criticism would be I would have liked to have a short information sheet at the property when we arrived with local information like: what to do with garbage, best ski runs to get back to the condo, use the village way walkway to walk to the village instead of the road, your fav restaurant picks, there are a few crazy carpets in the closet to toboggan with. Just a bit of your local knowledge always makes the renters experience a little easier. We figured it all out - the Sun Peaks website is great as well as their staff. All in all, I would stay at your condo again and even checked out the real estate market while we were there. We rented a car to get there however once we were there we walked to the village and didn't use our vehicle. Next time I would consider taking the shuttle from the airport, stopping for groceries and heading to the hill. Cheers and thanks again, LeeAnn

Fantastic stay!

This is our second time staying at JOHN’s place. The unit is fantastic and has all the necessities and is well furnished. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable and the location is right on the hill. last year, we drove to the parking lot but this year we realized that it is truly ski in and out, and you can ski right to the door. The private hot tub is great after a long day skiing!

John’s unit is well located in a nice complex, hot tub was a hit after a day skiing and ski in ski out from the Orient chair was a nice bonus! Description and photos are accurate. Some trouble finding the unit as they aren’t in sequential order, but beyond that it was a great stay; will be forwarding to friends who ask for SunPeaks recommendations

First time at Sun Peaks

Bright corner condo, ski-in, ski-out. Comfortable new sofa, comfortable beds. Storage spaces for our clothing in the bedrooms. Very nice to have heated floors in bathroom, kitchen and boot/ski room. Jacuzzi was private and easy to use, located on the porch outside living room and master suite. Communication with owner was excellent. It was a bit hard to find Unit 19 because it is close to 25 and 26, not 17 and 18. Ground floor made it easy to get in and out with our skis. There is a flight of stairs to the parking area but once we moved in, we never needed the car until we left. Really good ski area, well laid out, modern quad lifts everywhere.

Surpassed all Expectations

I’d highly recommend this property. It is really spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The hot tub is fantastic, on a little deck. It is a 1 minute walk to get to where you can ski down to the Orient lift to take you to the main village area. We could even ski back to almost next door, despite the snow melting all week. John has been a fabulous host, very responsive and helpful. If we are ever back in Sun Peaks we would definitely stay here again.

Family Ski Weekend

Great location with easy ski in/ski out access and everything you need for a very enjoyable weekend on the slopes. Unit is very well equipped and the hot tub hit the spot after a day of skiing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Sun Peaks getaway.

Very clean well outfitted rental

I always pack extra kitchen supplies as you don’t know what will be stocked. This unit was very well stocked. It was very clean. The only complaint is that it took us awhile to find the units entrance. Numbers aren’t in sequence. Other than that would definitely stay again.

Great stay at Sun Peaks

Stayed in early March for 4 nights with my 2 sons. Great location! Skiing was fantastic! Nice 10 minute walk to the village restaurants. Skied in for a lunch break. If I had any questions, I had an immediate response. Booking was super easy, with John being available for any questions.

Winter Holiday at Sun Peaks (Stones Throw)

A really wonderful property. Loved the fact it is a corner townhouse with lots of windows & natural light. Able to watch the sunset over Mt Morrissey from the living room & from the private hot tub. Easy ski-in/ski-out access. An easy 10min walk into the main village along the village trail. Fantastic communication with the owner & property manager. Minor issue with the hot-tub attended to promptly. Would definitely recommend this property.

Cozy ski vacation

This Stone’s Throw condo is perfectly situated for easy access to downhill lifts and Nordic tracks. It has a well appointed kitchen, cozy fireplace, and a hot tub with a view! The property manager is responsive and accommodating. Sun Peaks is a lovely and welcoming village - a perfect location for a ski get away!

Great ski in/out location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great for ski in/out. Close enough to the village to walk in to grab something. The kids loved the sledding across the road. The condo is cozy and has everything you would need. We can’t wait to go back.

This is a great property.

Very easy access to the lift, Property is well equipped with most essentials. Two bathrooms made it easy to get out on the runs. Very good wifi. Parking was able to handle my truck which was good. 7’6” clearance. John was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. A most enjoyable time

Terrific location and exceptional host.

Our stay at John's place was smooth and effortless. The space was terrific and it was larger than it appears in the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped with nice appliances. The dishes, cutlery and counter top appliances were high quality. The master bed was very comfortable, convincing my wife and I to consider a softer mattress for home. My daughter(20) said that the single beds in the second bedroom were also very nice to sleep in. The hot tub was well maintained and it was private. It was high above, overlooking the street and part of the nordic ski area with excellent views of Mount Morrisey. The cleaning staff were very accommodating, we arrived a little early and they helped us feel at home while they finished up. I saved the best for last, that is the location. The ski-in/ski-out was exceptional. Easy direct access to the Orient and Morrisey lifts just steps from the condo and ski-in access via the East Village run or the Morrisey Connector made for convenient and effortless lunch stops. I can't say enough about our overall experience with this VRBO property. The host was awesome to deal with and the condo did not disappoint. I hope that we have an opportunity to stay with John again.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I started going to Sun Peaks to teach my family to ski, and quickly fell in love
with Sun Peaks. The hotel stays were getting longer and longer, time to buy a condo!
No regrets, still love it up here, it is wonderful.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The enjoyment of a absolutely wonderful mountain and village, PLUS some of the friendliest
people you could ever meet. Add to that the great winter climate (lots of sun and dry snow),
and the beautiful views from the condo and hot tub - a great place to spend time with your
loved ones, relax, and enjoy the outdoors.
