Belle cabane en rondins sur un lac privé à seulement 4 miles de Pinehurst # 2 entre FoxFire Country Club et Pinewild CC. Trois étages avec 8 chambres et 3 salles de bains et plan d'étage ouvert est idéal pour les sorties de golf ou les réunions de famille.

Capacité d'accueil 16 dans 8 chambres séparées avec deux salles de séjour avec de grands téléviseurs, deux réfrigérateurs dans la cuisine, trois grandes salles de bains et l'accès au lac au niveau du sol. L'appartement du premier étage est facilement accessible sur un seul niveau au niveau de l'arrière-cour. Deuxième étage est au niveau du sol de la cour avant. Deux tables de 4 à 6 places sont proches les unes des autres. Le lac est plus pour les regards et pas super pour la baignade et pas de bateaux. Idéal pour juste se détendre Parking pour 5-6 voitures et l'entrée sans clé afin que tout le monde puisse aller et venir par leurs propres moyens. Grand garage pour deux voitures.
Trois côtés de la face de la maison du lac et a une «plate-forme 50 qui est parfait pour traîner avec un cigare après une longue journée de golf. Il y a un foyer. Quartier calme pour une grande promenade autour du lac (2 miles)

La minute où vous marchez dans la porte, vous vous sentez comme si vous venez de voyager à une montagne lakehouse; c'est très privé sans voisins proches; Il y a une grande cour pour jouer à des jeux et vous pouvez pêcher dans le lac; Juste ajouté une plage de sable afin que vous puissiez vous asseoir au bord de l'eau après une journée de golf. Extrêmement proche de tous les emplacements Pinehurst tels que les terrains de golf Fair Barn ou Pinehurst ou le village de Pinehurst. Southern Pines et Aberdeen sont à 10 minutes. Seven Lakes est à seulement 15 minutes en voiture.

Family Friendly

This property was wonderful for our needs. We had a wedding celebration in Pinehurst and this home was able to accommodate 2 families comfortably. Nice and quiet, a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the resort. Would recommend to anyone seeking a very relaxing stay.

Wonderful Lake Retreat

This lake house was perfect for our family, as it was close enough to Pinehurst for my son's golf matches, and offered a peaceful place to rest following long days on the course. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, walking the 2 mile road around the lake, and morning coffee on the lake shore in the mornings. This house was very spacious and accommodating for our family of 5 and our in-laws.

Peaceful Getaway

This property has the best of everything- close to Pinehurst area courses, plenty of living space, privacy, and a perfect sitting spot to enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the lake. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

8 senior golfers

8 senior golfers on an annual golf outing. Facilities were as described. Everyone felt the property was well suited to our needs and no one was bothered by two upper level bedrooms being open to the main floor living area. No one stayed up late enough to bother those sleeping there. The 3 upper level bedrooms shared 1 bathroom located in the master bedroom which also presented no particular problems. The kitchen was well supplied for anyone with even ambitious cooking plans. No one caught any fish in the private lake but did try. One of us used the onsite kayak for a tour of the lake. The cabin location was about 20 minutes to our 4 golf arrangements and to the restaurants we frequented for our evening meals. Familiarity with GPS is a must for this area given the intricacies of the numerous confusing roads and small towns. Bottom line is a likely revisit next year.

Great Location with a nice and relaxing setting

Great property, was perfect for our family while attending a golf tournament in Pinehurst. Convenient to all of the courses and the lake provided activities for the kids when not playing golf. Property owner was great to work with. Would highly recommend this property.

Loved it!!!

This is was everything we hoped it would be!! The house is extremely clean, gorgeous, and big enough that our large group (ages 1-78) had room to spread out. The kitchen was well-stocked with anything you might need. The deck was a favorite place for everyone to gather-day or night. The property was secluded but still close enough to anything that we wanted to do there was no inconveniences. Water is a requirement for our group and many hours were spent enjoying the lake just steps from the house. (For those not familiar with lake swimming-water shoes are a plus!) There are also a variety of activities within an hour to participate in-golf (multiple courses within minutes), shopping and ziplining were all favorites when we weren't in the water. And, last but definitely not least, Daretha was awesome to work with! We typically go north for vacation but since Canada was not an option, this was a great alternative. Would recommend this home to anyone. Thanks for everything Daretha!!

Aberdeen lakefront

Lovely location in a very peaceful area. Three significant complaints: 1) several interior doors have locks but the owner does not know the location of the keys. Our 6 year-old inadvertently locked herself inside and was unable to turn the knob to unlock. She was able to open the window and exit. However, she later pulled the door closed behind her as she left the room, with the window closed and without an occupant inside. We had to force the doorknob when the owner did not know the whereabouts of a key. We were shocked that the owner charged us $50 to replace the doorknob and did not apologize for what seems to us to be an obviously dangerous and irresponsible situation, particularly when the property is likely to be used by families with children. 2) the full-sized bed in the basement bedroom consists of a full-sized mattress on a small box spring, with a resulting side-to-side rocking motion that would dump anyone not balanced in the middle. We instead used the inflatable mattress that we had brought with us. 3) the listing states, "The lake is more for looks and swimming" but the information binder in the house itself states, "swimming is not recommended." The owner responded to our query by reporting that neighborhood children swim there all the time, but she did not reconcile this with the property information binder she provides onsite. We saw no other swimmers during our stay over the Memorial Day weekend. I generally do not write a property review, but our experience may be helpful to other prospective renters.

Lake House

Very nice Lakehouse. Very clean and a good location. The only issue we had was the upstairs bedrooms, which there were three, all shared one bathroom, and that bathroom was inside one of the bedrooms. Challenging for those late night or early morning bathroom runs.

Annual Golf Trip

Great property for any group. The owner is very accommodating and the house is better then advertised. We would highly recommend any group large or small check this one out. Very close to All the golf and far enough to have some privacy.

12 adults for golf outing. Lots of room in the home to spread out. Was cold this week so being able to easily congregate and watch basketball at night was great. If was nicer outside there is plenty of yard for games.

This was a beautiful property. Very peaceful and serene. My family enjoyed the lake and fire pit. We would have liked for it to have handicapped rails in the tub and showers. No other major concerns.

Really Nice Location

We rented this house for our family get-together and the location was wonderful. We enjoyed the big back yard and lake access. The house was also close to town so we were able to quickly run out and get what we needed.

Wonderful place for families!

Our family had a wonderful time together at this beautiful property! Plenty of room, very clean, and the owner met us when we arrived to welcome us and make sure we knew where everything was. The lake was fabulous. Our family ranged in age from 4 months to 73 years and everyone had a wonderful time!

Golf buddies on annual outing in Pinehurst

We generally enjoyed the staying at the property. The house is very large and easily slept our 8 person group. The location is perfect as it is right in the middle of everything around Pinehurst. The yard was nice and large, but the fire pit was a a little bit old and rusted out. The furnishings inside the house were all very good. When we arrived, there was a lot of garbage left in the garage by the cleaning service, but a call to the owner go that settled pretty quickly. Our main gripe was with the temperature in the house. As it was the dead of summer, the sun sets nicely over the lake, but the house ends up receiving a lot of sunlight through its huge glass windows facing the sun, which may make the house really warm and uncomfortable un the afternoon and early evening. Might have been a problem with the AC unit too, and hopefully the owner will get that fixed. But it did create a few uncomfortable nights, for people on the upper floors, which was disappointing. If the problems have been addressed, the place is worth a look, as location and surroundings are really nice and relaxing, and the house is really big and nice.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The minute you walk in the door, you feel like you just traveled to a mountain lakehouse; it is very private with no close neighbors. Each person or couple can have their own room but share two living rooms and a kitchen with two refrigerators. There is a large yard for playing games and you can fish in the lake; You can sit by the water after a day of playing golf. Extremely close to any Pinehurst locations such as the Fair Barn or Pinehurst golf courses or the Village of Pinehurst. Southern Pines and Aberdeen are each 10 minutes away. Seven Lakes area is only 15 minutes drive.
