Pinehurst Lake House - 4 Bedroom House with Pool!

There is no group that won't enjoy this Pinehurst Lake House! This 4 Bed, 3 Bath can sleep up to 10 people. Home includes lakefront views, private dock, cable, free wifi, small beach for you to lay out and relax, gas grill, indoor putting green, basketball hoop, pool volleyball, Carolina room and a deck to enjoy all the views of sunrise and sunset. Home is located less than 2 miles away from the Village of Pinehurst and the Pinehurst Resort! You and your group with have the best of both worlds.
Standard drip coffee maker in home.
Please no more than 3 cars parked at vacation home.

Pool is not heated.
Pool Season is May through September.

Great little spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would definitely suggest this spot. Good floor plan, plenty of room for the 4 of us, excellent view. Arrived on a Thursday and pool wasn't cleaned until Friday. House could use some outside TLC but overall not that big of a deal.

Lake Side

Right on the lake and the dock is nice. The pool needs some maintenance. Back bedrooms bathroom has been updated and is nice. The house could use a refresh all around. But it was a great location, and spacious inside.

Great Lake House

This house was very comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sitting on the dock. The neighborhood was fantastic. I would definitely rent again!

Everything we needed for our stay

The house was exactly what we needed. It had good outdoor spaces and plenty of room inside for us to spread out especially with 2 young children running around. It was super convenient to the golf courses, grocery stores and the downtown shopping/restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again.

Family Golf Vacation

We brought the whole family along for the US Kids Worlds Championship. Not everyone in the family golfed so the pool and the lake provided plenty to do to keep them busy. We stayed a week and loved the house. The only reason we didn’t provide a 5 star is upon arrival we did have to clean up some things ourselves. Dirty laundry in the washer, unload the dishwasher and pick up dirty towels and trash from the pool area. The lake was great for fishing with bass, bream and catfish. Plenty of room and plenty of beds.

Best weekend

We loved staying at pinehurst. The house was perfect for 10 of us. Plenty of space and lake views from every room pretty much. The pool was clean and even had floats we could use. I would recommend it for a girls get away.

Pinehurst stay

The house and location is fantastic. The house is better in person then in the photos even. You can’t beat the location. Bring fishing poles.. we caught bass all weekend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice. However, when we arrived, there was an awful, and I mean awful, musty smell throughout the house. Cobwebs in the house and cobwebs and dead bugs throughout the enclosed back porch. Had to run the water throughout the house for about 3 minutes because the water was brown. Pool was unusable and filled with tree pines. If the house was cleaned properly and pool was usable and heated, this would. have been a great place to stay.

Visit to Grandma and Grandpa

We are a family of who loves the outdoors. The lake house was absolutely peaceful and we had great family time together. Everyone of my kids did not want to leave. That’s when you know your vacation was a great success.

US Kids Golf Week

Great location, nice to have a pool and lake access. Pool needs fixed up, liner is falling down and once fixed with duck tape. It’s still usable and we enjoyed it. The outside and landscaping could use some TLC, for the price we paid! Inside was very nice.

Big house with lots of room and pool

Fantastic view! We enjoyed this lovely large house with a pool and great view of the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Getting into the house was a breeze. There were plenty of towels, blankets and other items. The weather was perfect to hang out near the pool all afternoon! Thank you!

Great House on Lake Pinehurst!

My family and I had a wonderful week in this lovely lake house. It is spacious, beautifully furnished and has a very well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are good-sized and comfortable and the Carolina Room is a great place to relax. The pool is great and there are lots of pool toys, floats, noodles available. But you simply cannot beat the view! We sat out in the Adirondack chairs every evening enjoying the peacefulness of the lake - it could not have been a better way to end the day! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect Location and set up for Pinehurst Golf Trip

Overall House was very nice with comfortable accommodations and almost every amenity one would hope for in a Golf Trip/ Vacation Home. Amenity specific we only were missing a usable pool and a hot tub would make this house top level. The pool was barely 70 degrees and had a solar cover that had not been put on. Also the pool was not in clean and ready to use condition. It is early in season but I live in Ohio and my pool has been ready for 3 weeks. Hopefully this gets better for those who stay lasted in the year.

Great Lake House

We loved this house and being on the water! Great fishing and comfortable vibes. Only issue we had, no fault of the owner, was the pool was recently repaired and the pool guy forgot he left the backwash open so when we got there Thursday it was still filling up with a garden hose. So we definitely had disappointed kids that we couldn't use the pool Thursday and wasn't until Friday afternoon we got confirmation of what was going on, why there was a hose running into the pool. Luckily we turned it off or it would have overflowed overnight. So as you can imagine with it just getting filled the pool was freezing to use which was the point of our quick trip away before school started. Would have been nice to have been made of aware this so we could have made other arrangements.

NO AC all weekend!! It was 80 degrees in house

When we checked in on Friday we noticed the AC unit wasn't working. When we contacted the owners they transferred us to the property management group which did nothing for us Friday night and promised to call AC repairman on Saturday morning. No one could sleep on Friday due to the heat. I reached out Saturday morning to let them know it was 80 degrees in the house and we needed a repairman ASAP. I received no response until 1pm after repeatedly calling. At that time they agreed to come look at the unit but said they couldn't find any repair service to fix the unit. They were able to charge the NEST thermostat but it only worked for an hour and then went dead again. We stayed Friday - Sunday without any air conditioning in 80 degree weather. When asked what they could do to compensate us for the lack of AC all weekend they never responded. The house would have been a great fit but with little to no communication and no regard for their customers we will never rent this house again.

It was very clean and had all the appropriate dishes and appliances in the kitchen. The drain in the main bedroom shower needs unplugged and the lights in the steps goi f down to the pool are very dangerous. They are falling out. And the house could use some cleaning/dewebbing on the outside.
