New and Improved! Recent renovations in 2023! Located on the 3rd fairway of Pinehurst Resort Course No. 5, this 4BR/3BA house has plenty of room to spread out and enjoy as well as 8 beds. Two living spaces on opposite sides of the kitchen/foyer allow for multiple activities at the same time. Enjoy a card game at the poker table or lounge and watch the big game. There is a ping pong table in the garage and a great courtyard in the front of the house with a gas grill.
Standard drip coffee maker in home.
Please no more than 4 cars at vacation home.

We didn't even play any of the Pinehurst numbered courses, but close to other courses in town and easy to get around.

Perfect for Pinehurst golf trip

Perfect home base for a golf trip. Great location, 4 separate bedrooms. Awesome setup in the garage with TV, ping pong, shuffleboard and seating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot. Awesome location, clean, plenty of space for a big group. Garage hang out was a huge plus. Beds in master could use some work. If you don't sleep completely still, the noise they make will wake up your roommate.

Great Golf Stay

The house was the perfect set up for 8 golfers to have a fantastic weekend. Everything we needed was there and it was clean and spacious for all.

Nice open family and golfers place

Very enjoyable and convenient to Pinehurst. Lotsnof ooen interior and exterior living space. Nice kitchen. Two tv den areas. We like it a lot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a perfect rental home for a golf group. We had 7 golfers, everyone had their own bed, plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was fully stocked. The game room is a great space as is the front seating area and the back deck with a beautiful view of #5 Golf Course. The home is located in a cute and quiet little neighborhood. Also conveniently located 2 minutes from the Resort area. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to book a golf weekend in the Pinehurst area.

Perfect for a buddies golf trip

We booked the rental for an eight person buddies golf trip and the property could not be more perfect for that. Our group goes on a golf trip like this once a year and this house checks all the boxes. The house was large enough for a group of this size. Beds were comfortable and everyone was able to have a hot shower in morning. Basically, there are two living rooms which was convenient for a group of this size. The back deck has a nice view of a Pinehurst Resort golf course. There is a game room with ping pong table and shuffleboard which were in very good shape. The driveway is large and we were able to fit 5 vehicles which was convenient. Lastly the location was great. A short drive from everything.

What a great place to stay for a golf get away, beautiful location, close to everything. Marcus went out of his way to ensure we had a great time, strongly encourage anyone to utilize Sand Hill Rentals you cannot go wrong, thanks Sandhills we will be returning.
