We loved the tranquil location of this villa. The pool is large and excellent and was enjoyed by all three generations in our party. The bedrooms were comfortable although the staircase was a little difficult for the oldest member of our family.We were given a friendly welcome by Marcello and he was on hand for further information.I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a holiday home in a quiet rural location

Charming villa and great location!

It is not the first time I book through Sabrina: again, I had another great experience. I was searching for a Villa were to spend a week with some friends, far from the city and Sabrina suggested me this solution that perfectly fit all our needs. The Villa is great: warm, rural and elegant in one. The pool is amazing, but what I loved more is the view: the Tuscan countryside is always magical, especially in the sunset, hardly describable. We enjoyed really much the time in the Villa; we also asked to be cuddled with a typical dinner we managed to book with Sabrina’s colleague before our arrival. What can I say? When you rely on professionals, the experience cannot be other than great. Thanks to all the Villa & Charme staff!

Une très belle maison

La maison est belle et grande. Elle est aussi fonctionnelle, avec une salle de bain par chambre et une cuisine équipée du nécessaire. La piscine est grande et agréable. Enfin, l'accueil d'Elena était à la fois charmant et efficace. Massa Maritima est un joli village et, en rayonnant autour, il y a de nombreuses choses à voir et à faire. Seul Bémol, il y a beaucoup de moustiques dans la région...

Peaceful Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a very quiet and peaceful spot truly in the country with farms around. It did have a rustic feeling, and the kitchen although very functional is dated. This being said the experience of the location, the incredible veiws as well the old Village of Massa Marittima is a real hidden gem. Our kids loved the grounds and pool. We met wonderful people and had great restaurant experience at Ora in the village, we would go back

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Claudio und seine Frau haben mit viel Liebe zum Detail eine Oase geschaffen und der Garten bzw. der Pool ist großartig. Wir konnten uns perfekt erholen.

Fantastiskt hus

Huset överträffad de intryck vi fick från annonsen. Poolen är mycket bra, ca 8 x15 meter och har en underbar utsikt. Kvällarna vid den i sällskap med en Aperol Spritz var mycket trevliga. Huset är stort och rymligt och mysigt inrett, är det något att anmärka på så är det köket som är något spartanskt. Samtidigt är köket charmigt Toscanskt vilket var härligt. Huset var också förhållandevis svalt. Vi fick dock använda Ac:n på nätterna vilket endast kostade ca 20 €. Det finns många bra restauranger i Massa Maritima och många trevliga byar och stränder i närområdet att besöka.

GREAT HOLIDAY IN A FANTASTIC VILLA!

Together with my family and one other couple with children, we decided to spend a holiday together in an Italian villa. Considering that in a few of us had already been in Italy, I proposed to go to Tuscany, one of the regions of this fantastic country I love the most. Needless to say, all the members of the group were satisfied, from our laziest friend, who could relax in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, to the liveliest child who played with his friends in the pool! The villa is beautiful: from the photos I had already fallen in love with the elegant design and furnishings of the rooms, bathrooms and large common areas. All the furniture is distinguished by the good taste of an expert interior decorator and the attention to detail is not lacking. Inside the villa there is everything you need, from television, to the washing machine, to the wi fi The large common areas also allowed us to enjoy several meals together while the children played before our eyes and we could control them without problems, while remaining all together. Even the garden is so big that the kids had a lot of fun playing hide and seek with some parents of the group! An unforgettable holiday and a beautiful discovery: the memories related to this villa will remain in my heart!

Superb Villa Close To Maremma Coast

I spent a week in this fantastic villa with a group of friends. The villa is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The style is impeccable, elegant and stylish, the spaces are wide and the structure allows to fully enjoy the group and the most private moments. What I personally loved most in this villa is the veranda, where we organized many lunches and dinners. From there the view is simply sublime and you can enjoy the huge garden surrounded by sweet hills. Inside the large garden there is also a beautiful swimming pool in which we spent several moments of relaxation. The villa is also very close to the white beaches of Maremma coast! It was an unforgettable experience and I hope to come back soon in a few years to relive the same memories in this villa with my group of friends!

The trip of a lifetime!!

Just returned from a wonderful vacation in Italy that began with a week at this charming villa in the Maremma, close to Massa Marittima. The villa sits atop the rolling hills of Tuscany with a spectacular view of the surrounding hills as well as miles of grape and olive vineyards. There were 9 of us on this adventure and the villa had plenty of room. The pool was beautiful and our kids enjoyed it so much. During our stay we visited many cities both by car and by train (Siena, Pisa and many places of the coast): definitely worthy! Overall, this is a beautiful property, very peaceful surroundings and very close to nearby attractions. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is considering a Tuscan vacation. Thank you Villa Magic Charm for the trip of a lifetime!!!

Perfect Tuscan "Home"!

The villa, the pool, the surrounding countryside really are as gorgeous as they appear in the photos—no filters needed! We were a group of 8 who were perfectly comfortable during our week at Magic Charme, which can easily accommodate 4 couples who want their own private bathrooms (one is downstair the hall from the bedrooms; the others are en suite). We made good use of the kitchen since our routine was to be out and about in this amazing part of the world during the day, then reconvene in the evening to cook up the delicious ingredients we’d found—not to mention drink the fantastic wine. It was great to come “home” at the end of the day to a place removed from all the bustle of the coast, where all you hear is the sound of the bees buzzing in the lavender. But we were still close to all the places we wanted to visit: The Etruscan Coast, Maremma, Siena etc... The relatively nearby town of Massa Marittima had plenty of places to stock up on basic groceries and other needs. Some of our group took a day trip to Siena; others visited Capalbio and the Maremma seaside. It was warmer than usual during our October stay. All in all this is luxury villa and always worth to stay! A very enjoyable and structured agency Villa & Charme made the rental process very easy. Many thanks for this unforgettable holiday, we hope to return next year.

Lovely holiday, great villa

We had a very nice holiday indeed. The pool and the view are fantastic, wizard, outstanding. Very nice house, big, modern everything is there. It is very spacious with nice and comfortable rooms (great that all windows have insect screens) and spacious bathrooms. We have no complains at all, we LOVE it. The road to the house is special, we now found out why there is no address, you go from the road to some sand road and then to other sand road. So there is no address, but the road is good to drive. Thanks to Villa & Charme for offering these great villas!

Enjoying the Tuscan life!

Sabrina, We would like to thank you for our lovely stay at Villa Magic Charm. We loved everything about our stay starting from the warm hospitality to the lovely home and grounds. We found Claudio a warm and lovely person that did everything and more to accommodate our two families. The chef cooked unbelievable meals and it was so wonderful to have the owner find a babysitter so that the adults could go explore the Maremma region. The villa was very well appointed and we did not want for anything. The grounds were peaceful and the pool, still open, was just gorgeous. It was wonderful to be able to relax at the pool area after a long day of sightseeing! We loved the location and found it easy to get to the areas that we wanted to go (Pisa, Florence, Siena, and the Tuscan coast). We also loved the cool night breezes and the sounds of nature! (Roosters, peacocks, wild boars, etc). Villa Magic Charm so far exceeded our expectations and it was such a lovely place for our children. They went without TV and Game cubes for several weeks! They actually climbed trees, played in the Olive groves, and had rousing games of Hide and go seek and Ghost in the “Olive Grove”. It was wonderful for them to enjoy the peace and tranquility and simple life of the Tuscans! We would recommend this villa to everyone. It was very difficult to leave Villa Magic Charm and we cannot wait to go back very soon! Thank you Sabrina for all of your help and answering all of our questions. It was a true pleasure doing business with you!

Hello Sabrina, Quick feedback: Elena who manages the property is fantastic. Friendly and helpful. The property is a gem. No complaints at all. Wonderful. The pool is a highlight as well. The only issue we had was that the coffee maker broke during out stay. Luckily on of our friends had his private little machine with him. Another slight minus is that the bathroom/toilette does not have doors, only a type of curtain. We would come back any time to this lovely house. Best regards, R.
