Casa Levante - Holiday home with direct access to the sandy beach

The cozy holiday home "Casa Levante" of approx. 80m² is located on the sandy beach on the edge of the city center of Follonica, in the Senzuno district, and is easily accessible by car. There is free public parking in front of the house. You can reach the pedestrian zone on foot and all important facilities. Shops, bars, bakery, pastry shop and restaurants are nearby. From the forecourt you go through the entrance door into the house and enter a corridor. From here you come to the three double bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms. The second bathroom can be accessed directly from one of the bedrooms. The corridor also leads to the living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, an armchair and satellite TV. From here it flows into the kitchen-diner. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and oven) and a dining table for up to 8 people. The kitchen-diner is very bright and airy thanks to its window front facing the sandy beach. Three French windows lead you directly onto the beach, where you can set up your sun loungers in front of your holiday home. From the kitchen-living room and from the beach you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets and have a fantastic view over the Gulf of Follonica from Punta Ala to Elba.
The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms, a washing machine, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
