NOUVEAU SUR LE MARCHÉ.
Récemment rénové et meublé récemment, situé à quelques pas de la plage et de la belle promenade d'Hollywood. Si vous regardez des photos, vous pouvez voir que le bâtiment situé au coin de la rue Georgia et Surf Road à l'entrée de la promenade et de la plage d'Hollywood.
Cet appartement d'une chambre est dans un immeuble privé au deuxième étage (13 marches) avec grand patio privé meublé avec vue sur la baie. Cuisine complète, draps, serviettes, serviettes de plage et chaises, TV Roku, chaînes câblées Xfinity, Wifi.
La chambre a un lit queen size et le salon a un canapé convertible en un grand lit.
Un parking est disponible à côté du bâtiment dans une rue.
Les clients peuvent acheter un permis de stationnement en ligne. Ville de Hollywood offrant des permis de stationnement, il est de 21 $ par semaine pour un parking invité. Vous pouvez imprimer le permis dans l'appartement sans fil depuis votre téléphone intelligent et le placer sur votre véhicule de location ou privé.

We absolutely loved this place. The location was perfect right at the boardwalk and the beach. The host was amazing with communication and made the trip fun for us. We will be staying here every time we come back for the beach and shopping!

The apartment was great and super close to the boardwalk. We spent most of the time on the screened in patio. It was convenient for the concert venue we were in town for and it was the perfect home base for our quick weekend away.

We booked this condo for our birthday trip and it was the perfect location with VERY close proximity to the beach. The house was clean and the bed and sofa were both very comfortable. She had beach towels and things for the beach which was nice so we didn’t have to worry about packing that kind of stuff. Plenty of towels stocked for the bathroom as well. We found the entrance to be a bit confusing at 2 o’clock in the morning as our flights were delayed so we had trouble finding the entrance because we were looking for a door, not a gate. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would book here again!! Thanks for making our birthdays one we’ll never forget!

Location, location, location

Great place that was well stocked, organized and clean. Olga was awesome and made check-in a breeze. Well equipped with whatever you may need (especially if you’re flying and can’t bring much.) But it’s the location that makes this rental great. It’s on the south side of Hollywood Beach which is on the quieter, family friendly side…but just a short walk up the beach and “broadwalk” and it’s very lively. Very happy with our weekend trip.

GREAT VALUE - 1 BR steps from the beach!

The 1 BR unit was perfect for us. Just the two of us so we didn't use the pullout sofa but could've if needed. Screened porch is great. Communications with Olga was great as she was always quick to respond with detailed info. Beverly made sure the unit was very clean and well supplied. The highlight is that you're 30 feet from the beach. Note that parking is a challenge but we did without a car and it was fine. Got a food delivery from Publix, and walked the boardwalk which is also feet away. Great stay and we're looking forward to coming back!

Confortable and good location

Beds confortable but pillow really too hard. Kitchen with limited space and equipments but convenient. Well ventilated apartment, balcony very interesting. Located very near the boardwalk. Unfortunately we had cold and windy weather and noise from the front building they were refurbishing every day we stay there. What I did not like was when I reserved there, it says that we had access to a washing machine for our clothes. But Olga says it is not available. I think this is not fair.

Never rented Vrbo before! But very satisfied

We had never used Vrbo so we were skeptical of course. But everything went great! The property is amazing, Olga was VERY VERY helpful and great to deal with. We met the cleaning staff which was also very nice and friendly. Couple of steps away from the beach which was awesome (we are from Mass so this was heaven!)! Walking distance from great food and a small little convenience store! We rented a car because we really wanted one day at Miami Beach, but Olga also helped by sending the Hollywood parking permit info! Perfect for a couples getaway. Had fun and will return if dates are available again!

Fantastic Location

The location was the best part of this stay. It is right next to the beach and boardwalk, the home was clean, and had basic amenities, along with some handy things to help the comfort of your stay including pots, pans, coffee maker, soaps in the shower, some toilet paper, etc. (don't forget to buy dish soap though, as that is not provided and there is no dishwasher). Olga was extremely helpful in giving advice prior to our stay. We felt safe with the locks included on the property, we appreciated there was recycling, and we used the screened in porch so much! Loved eating outside and it is so spacious. Loved sitting out there to eat and wind down at night. Wonderful stay and will definitely recommend to others.

Steps from the beach

The location was literally steps from the beach at the beginning of the broadwalk. There were B-Cycle bikes for rent nearby, which we used a couple times to visit the nature reserve along the beach, which was beautiful. Anybody looking for good food, should go to Hollywood Brewery. I had a fantastic time. The location was great. The only thing I didn't like was the intensity of the overhead lights. We used the LED lamp next to the couch to light up the living room. To turn the light off, you press and hold on the power button. Thanks so much!

seeing the Lantic ocean for the first time

The property was great it was only a half a block from the beach and it put me right in the middle for what I was doing in Florida. The owners are wonderful people and worked with my needs on extending my stay. When I come back this be the place that I picked to stay next time. Just liked it a lot.

Great Stay
