I have lived in Mijas since 2003 and originally lived in the location of the apartments. Now I am just 5 minutes down the road and still enjoy the beautiful area of Mijas Golf.
Most of my clients have been coming for many years and over 50% of our clients are repeat clients.
Originally from Essex in the UK we relocated with our daughter to have a more laid back enjoyable and healthy life in Spain.

I chose this property because it had the best location on the complex and had a great outdoor living area, which is a must in a hot country.
The views from this property are spectacular in the day and the night and nobody has ever been disappointed.

I was the President of this community for many years, before that Vice President and Committee member. I know this community area like the back of my hand. It is a special today as it was when we first moved to Spain 16 years ago.

Puebla Aida is a unique location and it is quirky and very pretty and extremely well kept and probably the best community in the Mijas Area.
There are currently no other properties for rent offering the same standard as I do. I pride myself on my apartments and I am constantly updating and improving year in year out to make the experience special.

I invite clients to suggest improvements as it helps me to ensure my guests are getting everything they expect from the property.

I certainly am not the cheapest and there will be much cheaper properties available in this location, but none offer what I do.

When you arrive there is a full welcome pack, Bread, Ham, Cheese, Butter, Jam, Wine, Beer, Orange Juice, Eggs , tomatoes and Bacon (items can differ) Generally there is a larger than average package to get you through the first night.

We have installed water filters, so there is no heavy lugging of water bottles. There are several types of coffee machines, so no matter how you like your coffee we offer the correct machine. Capsule or ground coffee the choice is you.

The community offer a large selection of UK TV channels, mainly free view plus Sky Sport 1, 2 and 4 . If you want to practice your Spanish there are ample channels.

We have clients that have been come back every year to Casa Maria, that is in itself testament to the apartment in itself.

If you are looking to stay in Puebla Aida, you will not find a better apartment than this one, this is the best apartment on the Complex.

It is just those amazing breath taking views that you wake up to every morning. The view across the Pool to the Golf course and then the coastline in the distance to the left and if you fancy a change there are the mountain views from the west terrace and kitchen area.

The place is very friendly and the home to a vast amount of different nationalities from Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, German, English, Spanish, Irish, Danish and so many more.
There is a community Petanqe area and the locals meet every Tuesday for a game of boule. In fact a large number of my clients have purchased here in Puebla Aida and made it their home or second homes, it is such a nice place to be.

There is something for everyone in this area, whether you ride, golf, read or just generally chill out. The shops have most things and there is not much you would miss where ever you come from.
