Sanibel Shores B1 est un spacieux duplex rénové d'une chambre avec de hauts plafonds et de nouveaux meubles sur la magnifique île de Sanibel. Profitez d'une oasis spéciale avec 3 endroits pittoresques pour se détendre à l'extérieur - un porche grillagé, un porche arrière blindé et la belle terrasse de la piscine chauffée. Sanibel Shores a une belle cour tropicale avec des jardins bien aménagés et des plantes et des arbres tropicaux matures. Derrière le chalet se trouve la rivière Sanibel où vous pourrez vous détendre avec un livre ou prendre votre café au soleil du matin. Il ne faut que 5 minutes en vélo pour profiter des magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil ou marcher sur des kilomètres sur une plage de sable blanc. Le chalet a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris 4 vélos gratuits, des équipements de plage, un barbecue à gaz, du linge de maison, une cuisine complète, 2 télévisions à écran plat Wi-Fi et une laverie automatique sur place. * Ce chalet nécessite un séjour minimum de 4 nuits.*

Perfect for couples!

Immaculate duplex with great location as well as pool access. Very well stocked kitchen, nicely furnished with lots of little thoughtful extras. Super comfy bed. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay in Sanibel

Enjoyed my stay. Good location near bike paths and not far from the beach. My only concern was the lack of network TV. A bit of a problem since the NFL Payoffs were that weekend.

Glad to be back on the island!

We were here for eight nights and loved our stay! Lovely quiet location and an easy walk to the beach. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach or walking or kayaking at Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge. The unit is exactly as pictured and half of a duplex. The property management company checked in with us and was also quick to respond to an issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped cottage, unusually spacious for a 1BR/1BA (although the bathroom is disproportionately small, almost cramped). The outdoor heated pool was a nice surprise. Screened porches front and back. Location is solid: just off Donax, mid-island, and walking distance to a nice, uncrowded section of beach.

Property manager was very on top of things and the call the day after checkin was a nice touch. My only one thought is that one roll of TP is a little stingy for a week long stay even though it does mention it in the letter, I also host and keep the vanities full of it. I would highly recommened to future guest.

Quiet Sanibel Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay! Sanibel Shores is located at the start of the “strip,” so easy to get into and out of. It was quiet and clean and had both a covered front patio and back patio. Laundry is across the courtyard and $1.50 each to wash/dry. Pool access and an easy bike ride or walk to the public beach at Nerita. This location is also an easy drive to the Lighthouse Beach and offers a back way to the beach and properties on the southern part of the island. Great a/c and fans in both rooms. We will be back!

Great place! Definitely worth staying here 😀

Loved our stay at the cottage. It was a nice secluded place with water area that attracts large green lizards and smaller lime green ones as well! Alligators a possibility although we didn’t see any. The great huge tropical trees are beautiful too. Cottage was very clean and we used the screened in front and back porches constantly. Check in and checkout process was a breeze! There are bikes and water/sand toys as well as umbrellas and beach chairs which we used every day. It was nice having a laundry facility on site and the pool looks new. Water could have been a little warmer but we still spent several hours there.
