Great location for exploring London

I spent a week exploring London with my son before sending him off to college. Great location, very close to Baker street station, and lots of walkable local neighborhoods, and restaurants. Sam and Nidhi sent so much great information on places to see, eat, and great tips on getting around London!

Convenient location, friendly & helpful host

This is a well furnished apartment near Regent's Park and the Baker Street and Marylebone tube stations. A short walk away are the shops of Marylebone village, including cafes and restaurants, shops with interesting provisions, and book and clothing stores. We spent a bit over a week in the apartment and found it very comfortable. It's a nice alternative to a hotel for those who want a bit more space and a way to cook simple meals. The hosts are responsive, super-friendly, and accomodating. Recommended!

The apartment was just as pictured it is a great location close to the underground and buses.The communication with the owners is incredible so informative.We also arrived and there was the basics bread ,milk, fresh produce what a treat .

Light and spacious in great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped flat. The location is great, near the Baker St tube and lots of cafes and diverse people and businesses. The street is very lively but the flat was quiet. Sam was the best communicator- super welcoming and gave us helpful information.

Cozy and delightful

Very pleased with the flat. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. A goodie bad of snacks we're waiting for us. The host guided us to the underground train to assist us with tracking around town. The privacy of the building was needed after touring the town. Very much a nice stay for our small family.

Outstanding!

The beds were comfortable and the living room is perfect. The LOCATION! It was the best. We accessed everywhere we needed to be within 20 minutes by tube or bus. Buy your Oyster card and load up! The Baker Street Station connected us to the city and we had a great time all over. The hosts here are genuine and helpful and the wifi is great. Perfect stay. Listen to their recommendations and explore Marylebone!

Great flat in great location

My husband and I just stayed here for a week. It was beautiful, clean, very well stocked, and super near so many places we wanted to go to. Also. Sam was the most terrific host. They have a very organized book where they have tons of information about what to do and see, restaurant reviews, etc. He put out the welcome mat- with milk, beer, pastries, crisps, etc. so we would immediately felt at home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Sam's apartment was perfect for our stay! Awesome central location, very clean, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, close to the tube and bus, and basic groceries available at the Coop across the street. Excellent communication before and during our stay- went above and beyond with recommendations for the immediate neighborhood and beyond. The croissants and fresh fruit were waiting for us upon arrival were so appreciated! Some minimal street noise, but not disruptive to our sleep. Would definitely stay again with my small family! Roomy flat in a great location

We had a great six day stay here. Great location with everything we needed in walking distance, including a beautiful park. Roomy flat and we appreciated all the treats that Sam left for us. We noticed the street noise at night but we live in a rural area so not used to that. Nothing a pair of earplugs can’t solve. Washer worked great and the shower was excellent with lots of hot water and pressure. Sam gave us lots of information and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great week!

Exceptional place in a quiet neighborhood with good pubs

My friend and I stayed here four nights and from the first day, we were greeted royally and early and entered into a well stocked flat/apartment. We did not need to grocery shop for the day at all, breakfast and coffee/tea were available and the fruit bowl was well stocked. The communication between the owners and us was flawless leading up to our stay and during our stay- not that we had reason to communicate with them other than to say thank you! The neighborhood is quiet, as is the building, and yet the neighborhood has plenty to choose from before setting out for your day. The French bakery right up the street is quaint and there are two traditional pubs within walking distance; we tried them both. It is a super easy on and off the tube and is super convenient for catching the Heathrow Express from Paddington. I cannot say enough and there is plenty of privacy for friends wanting it as it is not open concept. Lovely accommodations all the way around. I could live there. Thank you.

Comfortable flat in the best location

The owners were in constant communication with me, sending food options, travel tips and answering any questions I had. The flat is located in the most perfect location within very short walking distance to 2 tube stations, several bus stops, convenient stores, shops, delicious restaurants and adorable cafes. From Marylbone and Baker Street tube stations we were never more than 20 mins from any area of London. We used both bedrooms, and the beds were so comfortable. We are from the US and used to air conditioning, which the flat does not have, and the first few nights with high temps was a little uncomfortable (that is my only complaint). Two floor fans were provided and we each brought our own fans, thankfully that made the nights tolerable. We were never in the flat long enough during the day to be hot. The last few days were cooler and that helped when we were sleeping. Another plus was the croissants and fruit they had there for us. So sweet! The flat was so comfortable and we both felt very safe in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this flat for anyone visiting London.

Great stay! June 2023

This is a nice cozy flat in a good location. Close to Baker St tube station and Regents Park. It's a little noisy, but sleep well anyway with earplugs. The beds are comfy. There is no air conditioning if that's important to you. I was fine with the fan. The toilet is separate from the sink and shower which is a bit inconvenient at times, but we knew this going in. The shower water pressure is awesome if that's important to you. We couldn't get the washer/dryer to work without losing power. There are drying racks in a closet which came in handy. There is no TV if that's important to you. I used my phone to watch some streaming. Sam is a great host! Very responsive and gave tons of helpful information. He was very accommodating for our check in and Marina (the housekeeper) was very friendly and helpful! Overall a great stay!

Lovely and convenient!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this property! We were greeted by Sam who brought us some well appreciated provisions, and then took us on a tour of the neighborhood, showing us landmarks, pubs etc. I even got my hair cut and styled the day we arrived! The flat is immaculate, and so convenient to restaurants, pubs, the tube, buses, and the beautiful Regents Park! My friend had a problem with delivery of a coat, and while it was finally located, Sam gave us good suggestions and offered to deal with the matter if it arrived after we left. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend to our friends and family. P.S. we also enjoyed Nidhi’s original artwork throughout the flat

Thank you, we really enjoyed our 6-day stay. The apartment is nicely furnished, in a very quiet, secure building. The location is great, nice street and neighborhood with a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station. Plenty of local pubs and restaurants too. The property manager is very friendly and helpful. Lovely Week in Beautiful Flat

Upon arrival, Sam showed us around the neighborhood and pointed out all his favorite restaurants and landmarks -- a very warm welcome. He even stocked the fridge with pastries, bread, fruit, juice, and milk! it felt like we were staying with friends. The location is great, right near two bus stops and about a 5-minute walk from a tube station. Plus, the street is nice and quiet. The flat itself is spacious, clean, and modern. I highly recommend staying here!

Great location, well-equipped, very helpful hosts

A family of three - parents and 2 year old - had a great stay at this flat. The proximity of Regent's park and many transport links made the location just perfect. Bedroom facing the courtyard was quiet enough for our daughter to get excellent rest, and the travel crib had a nice sturdy mattress. Sam met us to check us in, great and early communication, very accommodating. Sam gave us a detailed tour of the flat and many suggestions for the neighborhood and things to do with our daughter. He even put a few staples in the fridge for us to get started! Great touch. While small in comparison to our suburban home, for a central location the flat was a good size, and furnished comfortably but not over-furnished, which provided a more spacious feel. Bath is undeniably cramped, but again, par for the area. We didn't want for anything while staying here. Would stay again.

From Madame Tussauds and the London Planetarium to Sherlock Homes Museum and Baker Street all literally right on your doorstep. Quick access to London's throbbing nightlife and world-class theatres.

SOHO is now the most popular nightlife spot; there are still some sex shops dotted here + there, giving Soho a delightfully risquĂ© vibe. Soho has a number of theatres, jazz bars + restaurants to explore, making it a cultural hotspot. Its close proximity to Leicester Square means it’s also a great place to go for a few drinks after a play or stage show. Close to Carnaby Street, a must-visit + famous street on one end + China Town by Piccadilly Circus, Soho is at the centre of day + night life in London - lots of music shops, small cafes, bars, restaurants, trendy shops + quaint bakeries. CAMDEN is known for its alternative culture, the crowds here are filled with goths, punks, rockabillies and tourists alike. Camden has a vibrant community + you will find a number of piercing and tattoo shops in this part of town. Camden Market is eclectic and diverse: street food from international cuisines, lots of stalls selling trinkets and unique artwork to take home. Rummage through vintage clothing racks, find a used book to take on your travels. After shopping, stroll down to Camden Lock to relax by Regent’s Canal, walk along the water to King's Cross or Regent's Park or London Zoo.

Selfridges is one of London's leading department stores with a great food hall. It's at the beginning of Oxford Street which is THE shopping street in London and leads you to Bond Street, New Bond Street, South Molton Street + Regent Street.
