Aimez-vous la Floride autant que nous? Alors venez à nous dans notre Villa Chayenne en Floride. Pour nous, le service est très important, il commence avec les modalités de réservation. Nous nous occupons de vous depuis le début. Bien sûr, vous pouvez également réserver par le même appartement.

Tous les meubles et les décorations sont nouvelle. La cuisine est équipée avec de nouveaux appareils modernes de haute qualité. Lave-vaisselle, cuisinière électrique, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur / congélateur américain, bien sûr avec des glaçons, glace pilée et d'eau filtrée au bout de vos doigts. Tous les appareils ont une façade en inox exclusive.
Directement de la cuisine est la salle à manger et le salon sur le côté opposé. Dans la zone de petit déjeuner, vous avez une vue magnifique de la terrasse et la piscine. La couleur magnifiquement conçu piscine avec terrasse couverte vous invite à bronzer et se détendre. Ici, vous pourrez vous détendre dans la paix, en été et en hiver. La piscine et la terrasse toute la zone est protégée par une moustiquaire. Notre villa est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la vie quotidienne. En plus de vos effets personnels, de bonne humeur, et une voiture de location, vous devez apporter pour votre américaine rien de vacances de rêve.

Localisation: Notre villa est située dans le populaire emplacement SW Chayenne de Cape Coral. Notre quartier est très calme angenehmund. Vous pouvez faire de longues promenades, le jogging ou la marche marches fonctionne.

Piscine: La couleur magnifiquement conçu piscine avec terrasse couverte vous invite à bronzer et se détendre. Sur la terrasse il ya une grande table en verre avec 8 chaises de jardin et 3 transats. Ici, vous pourrez vous détendre dans la paix. La piscine et la terrasse toute la zone est protégée par une moustiquaire. L'eau de la piscine est hebdomadaire vérifié et nettoyé par notre service de la piscine. Un chauffe-piscine est naturellement présent.

La sécurité de vos enfants est notre priorité:
Nous avons une clôture de sécurité de la piscine qui est installé rapidement en cas de besoin.

Il est également possible de louer un bateau. Ceci est à environ 10 minutes en voiture de la maison - voir les photos

Awesome House!

The house is located in a very nice, & quiet neighborhood (even for the 4th of July). It is also 5 minutes driving time to several grocery chains, & restaurants. The House itself was clean (no insects/critters of any kind in the house), comfortable, & very nicely decorated. The pool area was outstanding! Brigette, & Sandra were very responsive to my questions, & requests.

Clean, comfortable and a beautiful pool!

We enjoyed our time here. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and the shining star was the beautiful, perfectly heated pool! The only thing we were not happy about is we didnt realize the house was for sale and it is in fine print in the contract that they can show the house while you are staying there. We wish that was more transparent when booking. The property manager was very nice and helpful though and the owners of the property were very nice to communicate with as well. We would recommend!

Great home to rent!

I loved my stay here at Villa Chayenne. Home is beautiful and very clean (which is important to me). It had all the comforts of home - was well equipped with everything you need. Property is well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. My guests and I felt very relaxed and comfortable here. Owners were wonderful to deal with. Definitely exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend this place. Big thank you to the Schmidt family for allowing me to enjoy their beautiful villa - I definitely plan to be back. Diane

Very clean

I was not disappointed. The property was very clean, which is the most important thing to me. Everything I needed was there too, like a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, great kitchen appliances and dishes, a comfortable bed, a coffee maker and toaster. Also, a washer and dryer. Having 4 bedrooms was a plus. The neighborhood was quiet. Good location too. Thank you. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Great Pool

A spacious house with plenty of seating and beds. No problems with the mattresses. This property has a great pool with lots of privacy. We weren't told until after making the reservation that there is an allowance for electricity but anything above that has an extra charge. The kitchen has good pots and pans but for long term stays it needs a garbage disposer and a sprayer on the kitchen faucet. The neighbors were quite friendly.

You will be informed about the electricity flat rate before booking via the rental contract. The electricity flat rates (for the included electricity) are common in Cape Coral. Because the electricity consumption of the tenants is very different, because it depends on so many factors. The garbage disposer always cause problems in the rental, so we deliberately decided against it. This is simply for your explanation. Bad beds, electricity

Every need supplied, but they charged for electricity use! The warming of the pool cost extra $120. The beds were old mattresses that forced me to sleep on a sofa. The bed supplied daily pain. Husband also struggled with bed. The tile floors looked clean but our socks turned black. Agent was very helpful and pleasant.

Dear Don. Thank you very much for your review. We would like to comment briefly. Electricity consumption is always a special situation. First of all, there is an allowance for you from us, this is 25.00 USD for 7 days. The electricity consumption depends on your individual needs. Many factors play a role here, air conditioner, pool heater, open doors or windows etc. Electricity has also become expensive in Cape Coral. We are sorry that you did not feel comfortable on our mattresses. We did not purchase the master mattress until August 2022. So it is because of your sleeping experience which was probably not like home. As far as cleaning our home, we get nothing but positive feedback and I am very familiar with the thoroughness of our cleaning lady. However, when I walk through our house with my white socks without shoes, the socks are also dingy afterwards. You just walk through with street shoes sometimes. Your impressions make us sad, because we could not adapt to your habits and preferences. We are really sorry about that, because guest satisfaction has a high priority for us. Cape coral 2023

Great stay. Alot of space. The house is VERY clean, central location and a safe neighborhood. They lay out of the kitchen worked well for multiple people, prep space, with an open floor plan. The owners were very accomidating with heating the pool to our desired temperature. Thr only issue we experienced was the gsrage door didnt wor but the property manager took care of it right away. If you have small children the back yard is great Parents can relax by the pool and visually see themat all time. Also notrd an alarm on door going out to the pool. A safety feature for small children. Look forward to staying again!

Was not made aware that the host needed to physically come to the property to “check me in” to which I was surprised by a 10 am pounding on the door and insisting she come in whilst I’m still in my pjs. She needed me to fill out a form and told me I needed to pay a dog cleaning fee to which I agreed despite my dog being a service dog but she demanded right away. I got it to her within the day (additional 150 bucks!) The lanai screen does not latch well leading to bugs and insects getting in to the pool area . The house itself is nice but the decor is a bit dated and the TV had issues with the WiFi connecting in the living room. Aside from that decent place. After checking out hosts have tried to take more money by claiming I had an “unregistered Pet” they wanted another 200 dollars and wanted to charge for electricity. Don’t stay here unless you’d like to be nickel and dimed to death

While we regret your assessment, we want to clarify some points. | Regarding your dog: VRBO allows pets to be registered during booking; our nightly dog fee is clearly stated. Guests usually contact us beforehand to avoid misunderstandings. | Check-in: Every guest receives detailed digital info before arrival, including personal check-in. Our property manager also contacted you via SMS the evening before arrival, which you confirmed. | Air conditioning: The unit was set to 66°F, risking freezing and damage. We’re glad this was caught early. | Electricity: The rental agreement includes an allowance; only excess is charged. Many Florida homes charge electricity separately. We find our model fair and transparent. | Minor issues like a faulty screen door or TV/Wi-Fi problems would have been fixed immediately. Our management is available during normal daytime hours—a quick call would have sufficed. The sliding door was serviced last winter, so the claim it was broken is hard to understand. | House style: The furnishings reflect a traditional, cozy American style, as shown in photos. We understand it may not suit everyone, but you booked our home, likely due to our last-minute offer. | We take feedback seriously, but since 2009 have had mostly positive reviews. Yours is an exception. | We wish you well for future travels, perhaps in a home better suited to your preferences. | Tip: Please register your dog next time. Fair and honest. | Best regards

Not our favorite

We have stayed in Cape Coral for the past few winters with our family and this was definitely our least favorite rental. The neighborhood had a lot of houses that weren't taken care of. The direct neighbors on both sides were very nice and had beautiful homes. You are responsible for your electric bill at the end of the stay which we were aware of. We assumed because of this we would be allowed to heat the pool to a temperature of our choosing. This was not the case and it was pretty cold for December. There was also a note on the thermostat that said do not lower below 74 degrees. This was not a problem for us, but I could see that being an issue for guests who like a house colder. Other than that, we ended up needing to purchase pans because none of theirs were nonstick so we couldn't make eggs or anything in the morning. The beds were pretty good and the pool area was nice. It is worth noting, they are trying to sell this house so the house manager asked if she could do a showing during our stay which made us feel uncomfortable so we said no. The house manager also told us that if the gas tank ran out on the grill we were responsible which seemed silly and other rentals reimburse things like that.

Thank you very much for your review. We are happy to comment on it. :-) We and our Property Management make every effort to ensure the satisfaction of our guests. A non-stick coated pan is indeed not in our house, and has not been since 2009. There has never been anything negative to report. Well, it's not your home. You could heat the pool as you like. Only when it's colder in Florida in winter and there are fewer hours of sunshine can the pool be a little colder. We ourselves were in our house before them and it was 88 degrees Fahrenheit in the pool. Our property manager probably gives the advice not to cool the house colder than 74 so they don't have to buy a new A/C or pay for an expensive repair. Because A/C icing is possible. We were not asked about this point by guests beforehand either. You forgot to mention our allowance on the electricity bill. Yes, guests replace the gas for barbecues as we do not have a hotel business. I am sorry that this was not to your satisfaction. Our neighborhood is unkempt, which is not true, which is also what the older reviews shows. Now we come to our communication: Firstly, you booked for 2 people and traveled plus 2 children and a nanny. Unfortunately, they stood out. With VRBO/Home-Away you can already specify how many people you are traveling with. I would also like to mention here that we had to send several reminders for the final payment. We were happy to allow you to check in early, without a fee. You were already gone on the day of check-out. Otherwise our property management could have talked to you about the two damages (microwave top is loose, smoke detector cover missing). I didn't leave my annoyance about your familiy not booking in your review as we came to an agreement. Best regards Brigitte

Perfect vacation time

This was our home away from home. We all enjoyed ourselves. Family came to visit the kids loved the pool area. Water was so refreshing! We had a couple questions when we first came but Sandra answered our questions very timely. We had several emails with Bridgett she was a delight. Loved her home and the time we spent there. We will definitely want to stay here again.

Great Location and beautiful home

I have stayed in Cape Coral for years and this has been the best property by far. The property manager came out in person at check in and check out which made communication easy. We had a great a stay and would definitely stay at this property again. Very spacious and well kept. Pool was great and was the perfect temperature

Beautiful home

My entire family enjoyed our stay in Florida. I was a little nervous having two young children(1 and 6) in a rental but my kid's loved it. I would highly recommend this house to anyone including families. We will definitely be renting this house in the future. Very clean and spacious which is exactly what I love!!!!! Thank you!

Can’t wait to go back!

My fiancé and our children (my 3 and his daughter) stayed there. We enjoyed having enough space for the entire family. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels, extra bedding and pillows. The kids enjoyed the pool. There were floats for the pool. It was clean. We loved how the house was in a safe and quiet neighborhood but also close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the water park, which was close by the house. The small beach was about a 20 minute drive and there was a small playground for the younger kids. We loved our vacation. The only downside was it wasn’t long enough.

Vacation and visiting family

We had a very relaxing stay! The pool is beautiful in the home was roomy and comfortable and beautifully decorated! The holes were available for all questions and very helpful! We would definitely stay again!

Great Villa!

We (a family of 5; parents and children age 24, 22 and 17, spent 2 great weeks in this comfortable villa. Everything was in line with or better than our expectations. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is situated in a quiet and clean neighborhood. It is central to Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral Harbour & Beach, Sanibel Island and Pine Island. There are many options for dining out. The house furnishings are very comfortable. The pool is very clean and pool maintenance was kept up weekly. We want to thank the Schmidt for renting their Florida home to us, and we would definitely return.
