It's a very spacious home with fantastic inclusions and the cherry on top is being located next to the ocean! School holidays are also a little more expensive with some of our properties. Hi Mohammad, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review for Albatross. Despite your troubles with neighbouring people, we are glad you enjoyed your time here. It is a beautiful property in beautiful location. We will suggest the tv to the owners who will put it into consideration.

We are open to all feedback provided. This property is located on the headland at Culburra Beach and does have fantastic views. A fence was installed at the property at the at the beginning of October and the yard is very secure for both children and pets. The rear yard is and always has been fenced and secure to the road. Advertising did state that a fence was still to be installed on the water side. The owners of this property take great pride and care in the presentation of the property providing a great games room with many DVDs , games, pool table and table tennis table, golf clubs etc all for guests use, 2 living areas, double garage and a fully equipped kitchen. This particular guest did have a bond claim made on them after their stay. Owners are entitled to have their possessions and property cared for by guests and Bond is only taken in extreme cases. Holiday Rental Specialists manage over 150 properties in the Southern Highlands and South Coast and it is not very often that Bond is required to be claimed as most guests care for the property that they are staying in.

Thank you for taking the time to review this superb property. We agree the owners have certainly done a great job in setting it up for large families or groups to enjoy. The fabulous location allows you to enjoy magnificent views across Warrain Beach all the way to Currarong. Holiday Rental Specialists – Beach and Bay holidays take great pride in presenting properties that are warm, clean and inviting. Given the property's tranquility it is hard to imagine that cafe's, Woolworth and the local club are only a 5 minute drive from the property. We do hope you will return and enjoy more time at this beautiful property.
