Summer Song est l'escapade idéale pour les familles de tous âges! Avec un large éventail de commodités et de divertissements, cette maison est sûre d'être la maison que tout le monde veut revenir année après année.

Vos vacances commencent facilement. Contournez le bureau d’enregistrement et dirigez-vous directement vers votre domicile pour profiter du confort de l’entrée sans clé. Vous n'aurez pas à traîner vos bagages dans les escaliers! Un monte-charge est à votre disposition et peut vous aider à porter vos bagages ou vos courses au deuxième étage. Après vous être installé, profitez de la piscine privée chauffée à l'énergie solaire ou détendez-vous dans votre bain à remous! Pendant que les adultes lavent leurs affaires et se détendent, les enfants ont accès à la salle de jeux avec une table de jeu amusante pour tous les âges. Les tables de jeux sont entièrement équipées avec des animations telles que Scrabble, Monopoly, Echecs et Dames!

En moins de 100 pieds, vous pouvez sentir le sable entre vos orteils, ce qui rend les journées à la plage faciles avec les enfants de tous les âges. Unfortunately we were only there for 2 days as we had a mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane Dorian. We would love to return and spend a whole week at Summer Song!

We keep coming back to this perfect location for family time, beach time, pool time, everything time!! Our kids and grand kids say it is their “happy place!” So many memories have been made!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great beach house! It was a 1 min walk to the beach, the house was clean, convenient, and had a lot of extras. The AC worked great, we loved all the outdoor games, the heated pool, the covered deck, and the rooftop deck was awesome. We would definitely stay here again. The owner even gave us a delicious cheesecake! My only suggestion would be to add a griddle to the kitchen to make making pancakes and French toast and etc easier.

We were lucky enough to book this year and spent an entire week at the beach! The house is comfortable and homey. The pool is perfect and we loved the new furniture by the pool under the overhang. The luggage/grocery lift is a godsend! Close proximity to the beach is a real plus! We will definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Summer Song. We love the close proximity to the beach AND the great pool. An outside shower is always a must and it’s great for a quick rinse before going in the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, furniture is comfortable and bedrooms are spacious. The primary bathroom has been beautifully updated. All of the decks are equally nice, offering views of the area. New outside poolside furniture is equally nice. Lovely gesture by the hosts to include a pie or cheesecake as a greeting! We will stay again!

Perfect fit for our summer vacay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summer Song was just right for our summer getaway! The location to the beach, the pool, and well stocked kitchen were all great features. The home was bright, and you could tell the owners took care of this home. We enjoyed the volleyball court but didn’t have time to use the horseshoe pit or hot tub. We did notice when using the ice maker on the fridge, the door would pop open and it didn’t want to close properly. There was also a soft spot in the far corner of the roof top lookout and my husband noticed a minor leak in the ceiling of the screened porch when it rained. Our girls loved the netting and lights on the ceiling of the screened porch but most of the lights didn’t work. The home was clean with a few minor cobwebs in the bedroom. When booking, I asked for early check in but was told it wasn’t offered due to covid. I asked if that had changed when it was closer to our visit but received an email saying it wasn’t available when I booked and still wasn’t available since it was first come first serve. The response seemed a bit direct but we were pleased that the house was ready earlier than normal check in. We would still stay here again! The owners called to check on us and had a cheesecake delivered to show their hospitality! Those extra touches go a long way! This was the first time in a home with a cargo lift. That was so convenient! Lovely stay all around. We were singing praises of Summer Song!

Great access point to reach the beach, loved having the pool to jump into after a hot day by the ocean. We always make it a point to go to these restaurants while we're in Duck: Coastal Cravings, Sunset Grille, Duck Deli, and Duck Donuts- and they were all within 5 minutes from this house. We had great communication with the owners about a toilet issue that arose and it was solved very quickly. The only thing that was a negative about this house was that the beds were not very comfortable, but otherwise we would definitely recommend this place to others!

We love what the house offers with the beach so close, our own pool and hot tub, an outdoor shower, lovely and comfortable decor, in other words, it’s everything our 3 generation family of 9 needs for a week of family fun and togetherness!! The Rupert’s are marvelous hosts for the week down to the beautiful and tasty fruit pie that was delivered Sunday evening.

Suggest replace mattress in master with foam mattress and bbq grill needs to be replaced. Bikes need some TLC. Nice beach chairs and the hot tub was nice to have although in a strange place under deck. Sitting area by pool nice and would be better with some shade from afternoon sun. Owner was great to work with and really enjoyed the cheesecake. Overall had a great time.

First Adventure to Outer Banks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The questions receiving three stars reflect the issues we encountered but did not warrant a call to Beach Realty. Electrical outlet in master bedroom bathroom did not work consistently, leak from pipe in carport sink, absence of handrails on indoor steps, no brush to clean grill per instructions, leftover food crumbs and significant dirt under top level couch (which is first view when coming up the stairs). Location was farther away from town center than we thought and traffic was heavy regardless of time of day, so we were late for a few reservations early on in our stay. We did make adjustments. Would have liked the hot tub to be in a more attractive setting than in the carport.

We love this “property” because it feels like our home away from home. It is beautifully decorated, user friendly, and structured to have fun from our grandkids to our kids to my husband and I (walk in shower with grab bar and elevated lift for luggage and groceries!). We would not consider anywhere else to stay in the Outer Banks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was clean and maintained well. Location made for easy beach access and the convenience of being in Duck. The pool was so much fun and relaxing and we enjoyed a lot of time in the screened in porch and eagles nest for the views! I think our favorite part was not having to haul our luggage or groceries up 2 flights of stairs. We used the lift. More houses should have this awesome feature! Management company was awesome, just a quick text away. We needed propane for the grill during our stay and they brought one for us. Only wish was that it was pet friendly. We have a new addition to our family we would like to bring with us next year.

You are just steps from the boardwalk to the beach, but still extremely private. The location is perfect for riding bikes and taking advantage of the quaint shopping area in Duck. This house was loaded with extras: private pool and hot tub, a sand volleyball court, horse shoe pits, ping pong table, bikes, beach cart, gas grill, screened-in porch, a very well-stocked kitchen... this house had it all! We enjoyed all the special beach décor throughout the home (there are even flip flops on the underside of the deck above the hot tub!). This home enabled a great family get-away and we hope to get back again soon!

Great Family Vacation

This was a great family vacation. The house accompanied all 7 of us very comfortably. Location was perfect. Just close enough to the beach & far enough from downtown. If you have a fear of spiders, this in not the house for you. Other than that I would recommend it to all.

Great location house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect in location. Quick access to the beach and Duck. Lots of activities for the family inside and outside. We didn’t even get to volleyball or horseshoes! Second living room was great for kids downstairs. Soaps and trash bags were left in house and that was helpful. Owner called and checked in with us and sent a delicious blueberry cheesecake. Lots of deck space. Did notice showers not cleaned well. Left list with maintenance.

Summer Song Duck NC Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walking distance to beach was awesome. Nice views from top decks. Great Amenities including bicycles, games and beach chairs. No need to pack those extras.
