Escapade confortable et sereine pour adultes à Sedona

Chaleureux et accueillant décrit le mieux cette maison à un niveau en adobe de Sedona. Une cour privée vous accueille avec des rosiers en fleurs, des visites de colibris et de notre famille de cailles résidente. Profitez de la lecture sur notre banc confortable ou du petit déjeuner à la table en fer forgé. Notre autre caractéristique extérieure est ce que j'appelle la grande salle de pont. Nous avons quatre zones séparées dans lesquelles vous pourrez profiter ... d'un repas à la table du bistrot, d'un bain à remous dans le bain à remous pour 8 personnes, d'un feu dans le foyer en verre coloré ou d'une détente sur le futon queen. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et d'intimité dans notre cour arborée avec clôture arrière.
L'intérieur de la maison vous accueille avec des teintes de terre chaudes et des accessoires représentant l'ambiance du sud-ouest.
Regardez les couchers de soleil spectaculaires de Sedona depuis la Mesa voisine (5 minutes à pied) depuis la maison. Réservé aux adultes. Veuillez noter * Les taxes ne sont pas facturées sur les séjours de 28 jours ou plus.

Absolutely Fabulous Property and Hostess!

My husband and I vacationed with his parents in early April. We arrived in Sedona after dark, but the exterior lights were on so we didn't have to fumble with phone flashlights to make our way inside. Once in the house we were treated to a thoughtfully appointed space with every comfort of home. Debbie's communication was superb! I highly recommend this gem for any adult getaway!

Great House. Great Location.

This was the perfect home base for our trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The property is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We appreciated being just the other side of the busy downtown area - easy access without the congestion, plus great hiking and walking trails right out the door. Debbie responded immediately to our questions and was easy to work with.

Cozy and Comfortable

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in this lovely home. It is artistically decorated in a southwest style, very cozy and comfortable. A cold front moved in about day 3 of our stay, so, we didn’t get to use the outside areas as much as we would have liked ( they are so lovely); but, we did use the gas fireplace inside every night and that was such a wonderful amenity to have! We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the short drive into town where there were many restaurants close by. The only negative comment I have is that it took forever to get hot water in the master bathroom (which can easily be remedied with pump/valve to heat the water much quicker and would make a such a difference in comfort when you want to wash your hands, clean up, or take a shower, as well as save water.) All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Debbie, for sharing your charming home in Sedona.

Naturally Amazing

An amazing stay, the property is better than pics depicted, well maintained, equipped and comfortable. The deck, grill, hot tub and wildlife in the back yard are bonus. Your host Debbie is fantastic and thoughtful. Great location to use as home base while exploring with easy access to the area's natural beauty.We completed all sorts of hikes we found interesting and some recommended by our host. Easy day trips to Honanki ruins via pink jeep tours, Grand Canyon south rim and Oak Creek Canyon. A long day trip to Page, AZ for tours of Antelope Canyon and Horeshoe Bend is highly recommended. Antelope Canyon is an amazing slot canyon, well worth the 3-hour one-way drive. We recommend a tour directly with the Navajo Nation; they provide top notch guides (Jay was awesome) explaining the history and providing the best location for pictures and features to capture will inside the canyon. Uptown shopping and dining experiences were great. Parking is a bit of an issue pretty much everywhere so plan ahead to arrive early to use public parking areas that are close in. We can recommend a short drive or hike to view a sunset from Mesa Airport and having a meal at the airports Mesa Grill. The view and food were top notch. We would definitely stay at Quail Run again, the neighborhood was quiet and inviting, you can walk to several restaurants and a CVS easily, a short drive takes you to a Safeway grocery store for your supplies. Thanks Debbie, a great stay at your lovely home.

Awsome place to call home for the week.

Walking distance to shopping and some restaurants.....Hot tub in the morning w/ coffee and after hiking...Amazing sunrises and sunsets just up the road behind the house. Friendly helpful neighbors. Javelina`s & Coyotes visited us in the back yard a few days. The house had everything in it to make you feel like home. Debbie got right back to us when we had any questions.

Simply perfect

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable. The beds were eye comfortable (which can be a stresser when staying somewhere new). Lots of amenities, great fire pit, large hot tub, and lots of outdoor space. We will definitely stay here when we come back!

A Perfect Spot in West Sedona

There aren't enough superlatives to describe Sedona--it is a beyond-gorgeous place; the peace and tranquility with which the magnificent red rocks envelope you, the perfect hikes amidst towering buttes, high desert landscapes and sage green forests, the fun, energetic excitement of a Pink Jeep tour! And, at the end of the day, going back to Debbie's lovely house made our vacation just about perfect! The house is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated and carefully maintained. Everything from the comfortable beds and bed linens to the generous, fluffy towels, to the well-appointed kitchen were all just great. And, oh, my, the hot tub was a great end of day treat. The house is perfectly located, minutes from the Airport Vortex, and so close to so many of the amazing hikes in Sedona, and also just near enough to the town of Sedona, but away from the busy, busy town center. But, it is also Debbie herself that made this VRBO so special--she is so responsive to the smallest of questions and requests, makes great restaurant suggestions, leaves a lovely welcome basket with fruit and bottled water and was so gracious and easy to work with. We travel quite a lot and found Sedona to indeed be amazing and Debbie and her home to be just the place for us to stay during our time in the red rocks.

Great house and location

Beautiful house with comfy sheets. Does need an update in the Smart TV department. Also, when you go on vacation, it shouldn’t be expected that we are going to squeegee's the shower when used. That’s why we go on vacation, so we don’t have to worry about cleaning.

Heaven in Sedona

We absolutely loved this home near downtown Sedona. Quiet, walkable, beautiful neighborhood with quick access to nearby hiking trails, fabulous restaurants, shopping and movie theaters. House was spotless and well stocked. Including a large, well maintained hot tub, professional gas grill and gas firepit on back porch. Owner was very responsive to all our needs. Can't say enough for how much we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future!

Quite Neighborhood

Perfect location for someone looking for a quite neighborhood, located near great trails for hiking, shopping near by. The house is very clean, well equipped, comfortable bed- felt like we were at home away from home! The owner checked in us to ensure we had everything we needed. Perfect Retreat

The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and serene and the perfect place to relax after hiking all day. We enjoyed soaking our sore muscles in the hot tub too (which was also clean and well taken care of)! Debbie is a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

The process from booking to checkout was one one of the best we’ve experienced. This property is beautiful, serene and located in a perfect location for anything you want to do in Sedona and the surrounding area. Our hostess, Debbie, was so helpful with restaurant and spa recommendations. I don’t think you could find a better home to relax in as you navigate your way around gorgeous Sedona. We’ll definitely be back!

I fell in love with it then and decided to buy a vacation home here. I rented it out unfurnished for 2 years and in June of 2015 totally furnished and did some rehabbing on the home in order for it to be perfect for guests as well as myself and my family. It has been a labor of love put into a home that everyone says feels so like their home away from home. I think when you put yourself into the very fiber of a home with great care and thought it resonates throughout. I love being a tour guide to my friends and family who arrive in Sedona especially for the first time. I hope you choose Quail Run to experience the beauty, magic and serenity that Sedona has to offer. Please note* I am a licensed Realtor in the State of IL.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

As a Realtor I know that it is all about location when choosing a home. I knew that a home located in the heart of Sedona within walking distance to Whole Foods, restaurants, shops and hiking trailheads would be a winner. Even if you didn't have a car you could still enjoy many amenities that the area has to offer. The park and public pool are also located within a 5 minute drive or longer walk to Quail Run.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Again, the unique benefit is that the home is located at the foot of Airport Mesa, know to be one of Sedona's 4 major vortex locations. It is a short walk up to the mesa, about 5 minutes, to obtain breathtaking views from the north and south. Airport Mesa is Sedona's premier sunset viewing location, not to mention a fabulous restaurant at the top! (noise restrictions on any aircraft that do not allow them to fly over the property) It is only small aircraft and helicopters. None of my guests have ever mentioned any noise.
Quail Run, being a one level home is also a benefit to anyone with a disability as there is only one 3" step to get into the home. There is also a large walk-in shower in the master plus a large soaking tub.
