Escapade confortable et sereine pour adultes Ă  Sedona

Chaleureux et accueillant décrit le mieux cette maison à un niveau en adobe de Sedona. Une cour privée vous accueille avec des rosiers en fleurs, des visites de colibris et de notre famille de cailles résidente. Profitez de la lecture sur notre banc confortable ou du petit déjeuner à la table en fer forgé. Notre autre caractéristique extérieure est ce que j'appelle la grande salle de pont. Nous avons quatre zones séparées dans lesquelles vous pourrez profiter ... d'un repas à la table du bistrot, d'un bain à remous dans le bain à remous pour 8 personnes, d'un feu dans le foyer en verre coloré ou d'une détente sur le futon queen. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et d'intimité dans notre cour arborée avec clÎture arriÚre.
L'intérieur de la maison vous accueille avec des teintes de terre chaudes et des accessoires représentant l'ambiance du sud-ouest.
Regardez les couchers de soleil spectaculaires de Sedona depuis la Mesa voisine (5 minutes à pied) depuis la maison. Réservé aux adultes. Veuillez noter * Les taxes ne sont pas facturées sur les séjours de 28 jours ou plus.

The fireplace- we did not use because we enjoyed fire pit so much. Thank you for providing a back up butane. We left the empty butane on deck by sliding door.Hot tub was heaven, perfect temp.

Wonderful Rental!

With a great location in West Sedona, this house was perfect for the 4 of us with a baby. The hot tub & fire pit were wonderful features and the kitchen was perfect for all the dinners we cooked during the week. We love Sedona and will definitely stay at this house again!

Such a well appointed house in a great location. We were just minutes away from all of our activities such as renting bikes at Over the Edge or hiking to Devils bridge (tip, go very early, it gets very busy). Perfect Retreat

The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and serene and the perfect place to relax after hiking all day. We enjoyed soaking our sore muscles in the hot tub too (which was also clean and well taken care of)! Debbie is a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent home in the heart of Sedona

We stayed in Debbie's home over the Christmas holidays, and we loved every minute of it. The home was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful neighborhood just minutes away from amenities like the grocery store, restaurants, and hikes (including one within walking distance). The hot tub was serviced while we were there and it worked perfectly. Highly recommend a stay here!

Great for family

Property is just as listed. Kitchen well stocked. Location close to grocery and restaurants. Sedona does not have many street lights so driving at night was surprisingly dark! We would stay here again!

Awsome place to call home for the week.

Walking distance to shopping and some restaurants.....Hot tub in the morning w/ coffee and after hiking...Amazing sunrises and sunsets just up the road behind the house. Friendly helpful neighbors. Javelina`s & Coyotes visited us in the back yard a few days. The house had everything in it to make you feel like home. Debbie got right back to us when we had any questions.

Great house and location

Beautiful house with comfy sheets. Does need an update in the Smart TV department. Also, when you go on vacation, it shouldn’t be expected that we are going to squeegee's the shower when used. That’s why we go on vacation, so we don’t have to worry about cleaning.

Cozy and Comfortable

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in this lovely home. It is artistically decorated in a southwest style, very cozy and comfortable. A cold front moved in about day 3 of our stay, so, we didn’t get to use the outside areas as much as we would have liked ( they are so lovely); but, we did use the gas fireplace inside every night and that was such a wonderful amenity to have! We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the short drive into town where there were many restaurants close by. The only negative comment I have is that it took forever to get hot water in the master bathroom (which can easily be remedied with pump/valve to heat the water much quicker and would make a such a difference in comfort when you want to wash your hands, clean up, or take a shower, as well as save water.) All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Debbie, for sharing your charming home in Sedona.

Great home base for a great holiday!

It was like a home away from home. The house, yard and garage had loads of room for our old boys week away mountain biking in Sedona. Two large bedrooms and a den (that worked as a 3rd bedroom) worked great for us. The living room was a perfect space for sharing the days stories. The kitchen was well equipped and Debbie responded quickly to any questions we had. The deck and hot tub were ideal for relaxing after a tough days riding. Having access to the garage was a perfect space for our bikes and getting ready to ride. We would definitely rent this home again. Thanks Debbie Doug, John , Gord

My husband and I stayed here for a little get away. The location was perfect. Most evenings we walked to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. We got in later than expected the first night so the basket of snacks was such a nice touch!

The place was great! Even better than pictured in the listing. We could’ve walked to Airport Mesa trailhead, and a grocery store and some good restaurants from the house too (though we chose not to, esp near dark - streets are not lit in the evening.) Hot tub was a little finicky (but still wonderful!), and we had some trouble unlocking the front door, but the owner was super responsive so it really wasn’t an issue! We split our stay with a second location but were so happy with this house that we would’ve been perfectly happy to have our entire stay here! Really spacious, comfortable, with good quality finishings/furnishings. Highly recommend.

Nice base of operations for enjoying Sedona

My husband and I enjoyed this comfortable home and peaceful property. The morning we were getting ready to check out we had the gift of a deer grazing in the backyard. Lots of birds, and the hot tub with starry night skies was great. The only suggestions I would have is perhaps have the cleaning staff tend to the patio area a bit more and check workability of appliances, bbq etc before a check in. The coffee maker and the bbq did not work (and was in need of cleaning). Debbie got back to us quickly on both issues.Unfortunately we weren't able to use the bbq during our stay. Overall, a nice base of operations for Sedona fun.

Perfect in every way

We’ve visited Sedona for the past 15 years and this was our favorite “home away from home” thus far. The home was very clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. The house and its backyard was very serene, just as the description read. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Host Debbie was very responsive and gave great thought to every detail. You can’t go wrong with this home.

Absolutely Fabulous Property and Hostess!

My husband and I vacationed with his parents in early April. We arrived in Sedona after dark, but the exterior lights were on so we didn't have to fumble with phone flashlights to make our way inside. Once in the house we were treated to a thoughtfully appointed space with every comfort of home. Debbie's communication was superb! I highly recommend this gem for any adult getaway!

Great House. Great Location.

This was the perfect home base for our trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The property is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We appreciated being just the other side of the busy downtown area - easy access without the congestion, plus great hiking and walking trails right out the door. I fell in love with it then and decided to buy a vacation home here. I rented it out unfurnished for 2 years and in June of 2015 totally furnished and did some rehabbing on the home in order for it to be perfect for guests as well as myself and my family. It has been a labor of love put into a home that everyone says feels so like their home away from home. I think when you put yourself into the very fiber of a home with great care and thought it resonates throughout. I love being a tour guide to my friends and family who arrive in Sedona especially for the first time. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

As a Realtor I know that it is all about location when choosing a home. I knew that a home located in the heart of Sedona within walking distance to Whole Foods, restaurants, shops and hiking trailheads would be a winner. Even if you didn't have a car you could still enjoy many amenities that the area has to offer. The park and public pool are also located within a 5 minute drive or longer walk to Quail Run.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Again, the unique benefit is that the home is located at the foot of Airport Mesa, know to be one of Sedona's 4 major vortex locations. It is a short walk up to the mesa, about 5 minutes, to obtain breathtaking views from the north and south. Airport Mesa is Sedona's premier sunset viewing location, not to mention a fabulous restaurant at the top! (noise restrictions on any aircraft that do not allow them to fly over the property) It is only small aircraft and helicopters. None of my guests have ever mentioned any noise.
Quail Run, being a one level home is also a benefit to anyone with a disability as there is only one 3" step to get into the home. There is also a large walk-in shower in the master plus a large soaking tub.
