Located in the beautiful West Sedona area, Sedona House of the Rising Sun offers plenty of features and amenities for your next getaway. You'll be close to AZ-89A where you will love exploring the many restaurants and shops, and access to many hiking and biking trails.

Built in 2014 and newly furnished, this single-level home offers 2,450 square feet of living space and can accommodate up to six guests with its three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

You will access the property via the front courtyard/patio and door. Once inside, you will be greeted by the open great room with the living room, kitchen, and dining area.

Living Room: Filled with comfortable mountain contemporary furnishings including a sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, 55” Smart TV with YouTube TV streaming service, and plenty of surrounding views.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped offering LG and Kenmore Elite stainless appliances, including two wine fridges, a center butcher block island with an extra sink.

Dining area: The dining area provides a dining table with seating for six and convenient access to the patio.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom — King size bed, 55” Smart TV with YouTube TV, the en suite bathroom has dual sinks, stone countertops, a soaking tub and separate tile and glass shower.

Bedroom 2 — Queen bed, 55” Smart TV with YouTube TV and access to a full shared bathroom with a glass/tile shower.

Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds (can be put together upon request and a $30 fee), 55” Smart TV with YouTube TV, and access to the full shared bathroom.

Outdoor Spaces:
This home offers several wonderful outdoor spaces including a large and professionally landscaped yard with covered and non-covered patio areas. You'll enjoy the outdoor dining area with a natural gas BBQ, a comfortable sitting area with built-in bench seating, propane fire pit, a new private hot tub, and of course, gorgeous surrounding views.

Don’t pass this home up!

What a beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, and even better views! Our family of 5 really enjoyed this home and its spacious layout. The home was extremely clean, hot tub was perfect during the “cold” spell, and conveniently located near trails, restaurants and grocery stores (Sedonuts is less than 5 minutes away!) We would most definitely stay at this home again!

A Ten

Beautiful house with a great view from the living room, located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also gives it a ten, especially the back yard. It was spotless on arrival and everything worked. We’ve been renting VRBO houses for many years and this one is vying for the #1 rating. Thank you to the host for offering such a beautiful property.

Beautiful Home, Great Location!

Home was wonderful - clean, beds super comfortable, great back yard (we did not use the hot tub), kitchen well stocked for cooking, top of the line laundry. Loved that it's right at a trail that winds up and through Airport Vortex area! Location was fantastic - easy to get into other areas of Sedona, but not right in the middle of hustle and bustle. Will absolutely return on our next adventure in Sedona!

Beautiful!!

This home shows well in the pictures, but it's actually even better in person! Very clean, high end furnishings, quality all around. Gorgeous views from the front and a peaceful, private, quiet, fully fenced back yard. My fav might be stargazing into the dark sky from the hot tub at night! Many trails right from the back yard and with easy access starting by the end of the driveway. Private location on a cul-de-sac. Close to Airport Mesa (vortex).

Gorgeous sanctuary

I loved sitting on the front porch or in the living room to enjoy the view … Especially at sunset! The house is spacious and comfortable with easy access to all the trails and restaurants. My family had a very cozy and relaxing vacation.

We had such an amazing time at this house in Sedona! The location is perfect and the accommodations were excellent! Check in was easy and communicating with the property manager was first rate! Great property in fantastic location

The house has fantastic views, a peaceful and relaxing backyard, and an incredible location. Endless trails are literally right out the door. The master bedroom is especially nice. Being in West Sedona away from the crowds is ideal. We can't wait to stay here again. It's even better than it looks in the listing.

Excellent Rental!!

We were so impressed with the accommodations. Clean, quality furnishings and very private backyard with a hot tub, grill and fire pit. We didn’t want to leave. We will be back at this rental again.

Relax & Renew at this Oasis in Sedona!

Absolutely perfect home with Amazing backyard Oasis in West Sedona. Close to everything yet secluded with fantastic views. Feels like you are miles from town, yet you can easily walk to stores and restaurants. Views from every window! House itself is beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed and more. Will definitely rent this home again.

Just what we needed!

We would absolutely return again to this property. It was clean and spacious (both house and yard), close to West Sedona conveniences, and quietly situated next to Coconino National Forest/Carroll Canyon area. The view from the front of the house across the way to Capital Butte was amazing. We are an active family of four. It was great to access the trails for hiking and mountain biking from our front door or drive for a few minutes to any number of excellent trailheads, sights, and activities. The house offered a beautiful and quiet refuge for downtime. The landscape of Sedona is stunning and a dramatic change from that of New England. We are so grateful for the chance to visit and explore such a different corner of our country. Sedona House of the Rising Sun was the perfect home base for us.

Could not have been happier!

Let me start by saying the Sedona rental exceeded all our expectations! The wow factor of the home was truly remarkable. We chose this rental because, among the many options in Sedona, this one stood out for its cleanliness and décor, which perfectly matched the Sedona vibe. Initially, I was concerned about the lack of an expansive view in the backyard, but the front view more than compensated for it—it was absolutely breathtaking! The view from the front of the house left us speechless every time we saw it, visible from almost every room, especially through the giant windows in the family room and master bedroom. The house was even cleaner and more beautiful than the pictures suggested. The location was perfect. Not knowing much about Sedona, we weren't sure whether to choose West Sedona, Central Sedona, or South. If you don't mind a short 5-minute drive to the heart of shopping and dining, this place is ideal. West Sedona is quieter, and the shops are a bit nicer. Plus, there's a grocery store and Sedonuts within walking distance! We felt very fortunate to end up in what we thought was the best location in Sedona. The backyard was perfect for peaceful and private grilling, playing, star gazing, photographing the many exotic plants, and, of course, relaxing in the well-maintained and luxurious hot tub. An excellent retreat in the heart of Sedona

The "House of the Rising Sun" property was a beautiful, spacious stay. It can easily accommodate an entire family or group for any duration of time. The house is located on the edge of town, but close enough to walk to downtown if you would like. There's a hiking and biking trailhead just down the street with some incredible views which is definitely worth the hike. It's nice and secluded, with an excellent view of Sedona's scenery. The included book of trails of the area accompanied by a yearly Red Rock Pass was very hospitable and a pleasant surprise! One easily feels right at home. The property is in great condition and is well maintained. Inside there is a well connected kitchen, living, and dining area. We really appreciated how the kitchen was designed, it had all cookware and utensils you may need to cook anything and set a full table. The dishwasher along with the washer and dryer are in excellent working condition which was a huge help because of all the time we spent outdoors during our stay.
