La propriété est une propriété familiale de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec une cuisine complète. Climatisé. La maison entière, a été remodelé, vers le bas pour les nouveaux appareils, comptoirs de béton coutume, nouveau armoires, tapis et revêtements de sol en planche. Il dispose d'un salon entièrement meublé, téléviseur HDTV grand écran plat, avec le câble, WiFi, lecteur multimédia. 1 lit king, 2 lits queen, et une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Ping Pong et nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse combo et l'accès à la piscine de l'association; compléter la maison.

The house was a nice house. There were some finish details that could have been touched up or refreshed better like shower door caulk. Plenty of space and all essentials were available. we tried to contact property manager but they never responded (no major issue) just disappointed that communication was not better. I would stay there again.

Great Location!

The thing we loved about this place the most was the location - tucked into the woods but still minutes from Boyne City, Walloon Lake and Petoskey. Beautiful views from the deck. Home was adequate for 4 adults and 2 teens. Although we did not use it the extra space in the lower level was a nice option. We stayed in fall so we did not use any of the summer amenities.

Driveway from Hell

The driveway was so poorly plowed that we slid down, got stuck in a snowbank at the bottom, and spent several hours waiting for a tow at 9:30 at night. We then spent another hour trying to get out of the driveway after the AAA tow truck got stuck! Horrible experience that soured our vacation. I do not recommend this property.

Beautiful Stay!!

We had a great stay! The home is very cozy and welcoming-Super comfortable beds, a very up to date kitchen, and a beautiful deck. So much to do in the surrounding areas, would recommend checking out kayaking with boyne river adventures, only about 15 minute's from the property and so much fun!

Fantastic house and setup

Great house in the middle of trees. Nice setup with multiple bedrooms, nice living room and kitchen and updates and a fantastic deck surrounded by trees. Well stocked kitchen and a great BBQ outside. Easy access driveway and washer dryer available. About 20 mins to Petoskey and 20 mins to Boyne Mountain so it is easy to get places. There’s a small park nearby with a pool for the community that you can access too! Loved it, thanks again!

This was our first time in the area, so this spot was perfect for us as it was short drives to many of the activities we wanted to check out. The space was perfect for our family and we loved sitting out on the beautiful deck, further enjoying the outdoors. Highly recommend!

Our family as well as our neighbors spent 3 nights at this property to enjoy Boyne and had a wonderful time. The property is cared for very well as well as stocked very well. We had a wonderful time. This property is approximately 20 minutes from Boyne Mountain.

Grill/Chill

Beautiful home with excellent amenities run by a very informative host who answered all our questions. Wonderful deck for grilling and chilling! Location could not have been better for us, hop skip and a jump to the golf course and a short drive to the casino with beautiful scenery along the way! Enjoyed the pubs of Petoskey and the friendly people of town who made us feel right at home!

We enjoyed our stay here. Our kids loved playing ping pong. Area was outside of city but not too far. WiFi was a little in and out but for the most part it was good. Plenty of room in the house. very clean and well stocked with anything you need to cook meals.

Weekend get a way

This house is so cozy and inviting. There is plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. The renovations and new carpet look great! The updated deck was amazing and we spent a lot of time on the deck! The house was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were soft. There were a few cobwebs but given the time of year and the location we figure there has not been much traffic through the house recently so it was not a concern at all we just wiped them away if they were in a space we used.

We loved our stay!

We stayed five nights and the house was perfect for our group of six, including one teen, but it would easily accommodate eight. The newly finished deck and furniture were so nice. New siding too. The basement TV room isn’t mentioned in the listing but should be. We chose this property partly for the ping pong table and our teen grandson loved playing. The kitchen, dining and living areas are very nice; we all fit on the large couch for movie night 🙂 The kitchen has everything you could need. We didn’t use the association pool but enjoyed feeding the fish and turtles in the pond! Don’t hesitate to choose this property. It made for a very enjoyable stay.

Spacious Getaway

We had a great time at this spacious and comfortable property. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us to sleep, relax and eat together. We were surprised at all the extras in the kitchen cabinets and fridge. No need to bring anything as there were condiments, spices, cooking spray, etc. for you to use. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were large. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood with neighbors close by but we never heard them. Owner communication was great and we had absolutely no issues with anything. We would definitely return!

Best family vacation ever

This home, location, and communication with the home's owner were fantastic. We had a couple of questions early in our stay; Nancy, the property owner, responded promptly and was helpful and congenial to work with. The neighborhood association in-ground pool added to our stay, particularly for our 12 year-old grandson. The house itself was abundantly stocked with all sorts of supplies, and the patio was a wonderful place to sit and read or just enjoy the sun. All of the light bulbs worked, and the tv was easy to operate - anybody who has rented a few summer cottages knows that that isn't always the case. Highly recommended.

The water pressure and water content could be upgraded. Hard for seven people to shower in the same day and wash dishes at the same time. Should have guardrail on both sides of steps.

One of the best!

The property was grand! It was off the road, up in a hilly area, surrounded by trees.....very quiet setting. The house was immaculate. The sheets were so high quality, we didn’t even use the bedding that we brought! The mattresses has some type of memory foam. My husband said his back felt better after just one night, that when waking up at home. The bathrooms were clean. You can tell it has been remodeled. New appliances, flooring, etc.....the kitchen has updated technology...wow, made cooking easy! Oh my word.....the best thing, is that the dining table seated 8 and the living room furniture seated 8.....even though there were only 6 of us, it was nice to finally find a place, that has kitchen and living seating for the number it sleeps...thanks Nancy! There was a pink pong table, but we did use it. The check in instructions and check out instructions were right on! I even called Nancy to ask a question and she and her hubby picked up the phone immediately, answered my question and were very friendly and even made a few jokes..... We drove to traverse city, which was only 1.5 hours away. Went Zip Lining too....very close to a lot of activities. The only thing I would recommend is that if you are like me, and need to iron cloths, take your own iron, or do as we did and ran to Walmart to get one.......that was not even a big deal... Second, it would be nice to have has a couple sets of towels for each room, especially when staying 3 nights....but we made it work. Oh, yeah, they even allowed us to stay a bit longer Monday if we wanted, without extra charge.....we left to beat the Mackinac bridge walkers, but just knowing there was some flexibility was and is a rare find. If Nancy will have me back, I would be honored!

My father built this house when I was a little girl and I spent my childhood coming up here and skiing in the winter and swimming in the pool in the summer and shopping in town with my mom. I got married and came up here with my husband and then we brought our children. Our boys have great memories of playing in the pond and the pool and enjoying the snow sports in the winter. Our sons always dreamed of bringing their families here and now we are lucky enough to introduce the area to our grandkids!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It has been in my family for most of 44 years. We have such great times here and we would like to share our piece of heaven with you so you can create new memories with your family.
We also have a beautiful new swimming pool in our association that you can use, there is also a pond close and golf course just down the road.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It is close to everything imaginable. The town of Petoskey is 20 minutes away ,great shopping and restaurants. We are really close to Walloon Lake,and Lake Michigan is close too! Just a short drive to the Mackinaw Bridge, leading to the upper peninsula.
