Great experience for my first vrbo

It was welcoming, felt open, between the light colors and vaulted ceilings. Cortyard with the pool felt private. Location was good walgreens and grocery store couple blocks one way. Alantic ave several the other. Easy to walk too) (there ia a garage next to veterans park if you to avoid rain) this has ruined hotel stays its so much more relaxing to beable to spread out and relax at the beach. Would like to stay here next time were down.

Great Vacation Cottage

Really wonderful open-concept cottage in a great location with a heated pool. This was a perfect place for our family and it felt very welcoming. We will be staying again!!

I wouldn't really consider it a walking distance to the beach if you are intending or bring chairs, umbrellas, etc. However , it was a great location for strolling into town. Reviewer Comments: this was our second time at this property and our first time at sea grape Cottage. we absolutely loved it! such a great location to the beach, walking distance to atlantic ave-and close proximity to everything! the backyard pool and outside oasis and extremely peaceful and the cottage itself is very spacious and clean. my husband and our two small children felt comfortable and had plenty of space. we enjoyed the pool so much! Yvonne and the entire staff are always excellent and super responsive! this was our third time staying with vacation living rentals and definitely wont be our last! it was a wonderful getaway and we appreciate everything!!

The kitchen was spacious with everything one could need. Beds were comfortable and lots of towels and beach towels. The location was a quick walk from Atlantic avenue. Wonderful vacation home!

Reviewer Comments: The home was clean and stocked with essentials - including about 10 bath towels, at least 6 beach towels, a few beach chairs and umbrella, and even a rolling cooler! It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, basically 1 mile. Really close to Atlantic Ave, we were able to walk to some of our favorite bars. The pool is lovely, and we had no issues with our stay - everything was super clean and organized! Owner was very responsive to emails/questions.

Beautiful Stay

The house was beautiful and very well stocked with kitchen items, as well as beach essentials (umbrellas, sand toys, towels). The location was phenomenal. We walked to Atlantic or the beach daily. Property management was great and very accessible. We had an issue with the AT&T service and Yvonne helped us get it resolved as quickly as possible given the holiday. I would definitely consider this great cottage for our future trips to the area.

House needs a face lift

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 weeks. Great location. Very helpful owber’s Rep. The house feels seedy; there is not one comfortable chair to sit in. The tubs should be recaulked. Because of the very close proximity of other units we had to keep all of the blinds closed at all times. A good paint job would help.

Family Vacation

On the days we were able to enjoy the pool, there was concrete grinding and work being performed next door. This was extremely loud, very annoying, and very dusty. Furthermore, we believe a car would have been way more convenient for this property. We had to sweep the floors a couple times as there were dead bugs. The local contact was very helpful and was not know there was construction going on. She had sprayed for bugs a few days before we arrived.

Perfect Girls Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: SeaGrape Cottage was just perfect for our annual girl’s trip. The house was fully equipped for all of our needs. The bedrooms were all great sizes. The kitchen and living area were perfect for our morning coffee and evening laughfests.The pool is shared with two apartments but we were on different schedules with the guests who stayed in one of units. You can arrange to rent all three units if you have a large group.The house manager Yvonne is attentive and extremely helpful. The only minor issue was the kitchen cabinets have a hidden top drawer which we didn’t discover until the last morning. We found knives, plastic wrap, dish towels and the much needed wine opener. The house was a quick Uber ride to Atlantic Ave and all its restaurants and a .75 mile walk to the beach.

Awful experience

My family and I thought this house would be a great option for a three-week work trip getaway. Sadly, we were seriously mistaken. By the first night, it was clear this house was going to be a disaster. To break it down: 1. The Wi-Fi is atrocious. We were here for a work stay, so internet is fairly important. It only really works if you’re in the master bedroom and the owners claim they “can’t make it better” so unless you want to take all zoom calls from the bedroom, look somewhere else. This also makes it impossible to watch a movie in the living room without 17 different buffering pauses. 2. The bugs were abundant. Night one we saw two cockroaches running across the living room and an army of ants came marching in that seemed invincible to any bug spray. Bugs in the beds, bugs in the pantry, bugs on the walls; it was ridiculous and almost comical. 3. The A/C stopped working for 7 hours in the heat of a June afternoon in Delray and they had to send someone out to fix it who entered the premises without warning while our baby was sleeping and woke her in the process. 4. The hosts were not helpful at all. We’re generally pretty easy-going guests, but by day three of this endeavor with nothing improving, we finally decided we needed to get a new house for the remainder of our trip. We requested a full refund for the trip given several critical issues as described above, and the management refused. That was the straw that broke the camels back. 1/10.

Exceptional Property

This property was everything and more than advertised. It was clean, well stocked, comfortable and the perfect place for a large family. There are three properties connected by the courtyard and pool. We rented all three and had the entire place to ourselves. The rental property staff was welcoming, available and happy to help with whatever we needed. We took a 21 month old with us and they provided a pack and play which save a lot of dragging of things through the airport. We will stay here again

This Is The Place You Want To Rent!

We loved our one week stay in Delray and this house made all the difference. The house has everything you need for a great beach vacation. We enjoyed using the private front porch area and the shared backyard pool (shared with 2 small apartments). The interior is cozy for those that just want to hang out and read books or watch TV. The internet connection and speed are excellent. My son had to work a few days and didn't have any connectivity issues. It is also really nice that the house provides 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. We used those every day as the beach is only 1 mile away. In the evening we would walk about half a mile to Atlantic Avenue and enjoy a meal at one of lots of restaurant options (Be sure to check out the Delray Beach Market food hall). And lastly, the property managers are amazing, super nice and quick to respond to any questions. My family and I loved our stay and hope to come back. If you are looking for a GREAT vacaton option in Delray Beach, this is it!
