the house was beautiful, large rooms , a kitchen with complete supplieswe didn't use the hot tub.,nor the grill. if you needed the hosts they left complete instructions for everything and their phone number. they had everything you can imagine to entertain all . Plenty of clean beds.I highly recommend this home , convenient to Dewey beach part of Sunapee lake which we enjoyed with their pass and free use of paddle boards and kayaks.thank you from five Sisters.

Excellent "Four Season Getaway" for a family vacation. This beautiful, expansive home is well maintained in an extremely quiet, family-friendly location. Our hosts, Josh and Margarita were terrific communicators and super responsive to any of our needs. The home was well provisioned, clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed the open decks, scenic views and the hottub!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home! The house was beautiful, incredibly well stocked, and in a great location—perfect for both adults and kids. The host was extremely responsive and truly went above and beyond! We felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend for families and I look forward to booking here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful ladies’ crafting weekend at this beautiful home in Sunapee, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that the owners had thought of everything.The home was exceptionally well stocked and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, including a wonderful selection of spices and cooking essentials. There were plenty of linens, towels, and supplies, so we never found ourselves wishing we had brought something along.There is an incredible amount of space, making this home perfect for so many types of getaways. It would be wonderful for a couples’ retreat, a large family gathering, a ski vacation in the winter, or a summer vacation at the lake. The game room and bunk room in the basement would be especially fun for families with children, and the home is clearly very well suited for families traveling with infants or toddlers as well.The property itself is peaceful and beautiful, with a wonderful deck, screened-in porch, and hot tub. There are plenty of areas to gather together, but also enough space for everyone to spread out and relax.For our crafting weekend, it was ideal. We had plenty of room to work, visit, laugh, and enjoy our time together without ever feeling crowded.We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one truly stands out. It is comfortable, exceptionally well equipped, thoughtfully furnished, and feels like a home rather than a rental.

We had a great week at this Sunapee house. Nearby Dewey Beach offered everything we needed for a family with small children, as well as free paddle boards and kayaks for adults on the weekend. The house was well equipped, the owners were accessible and helpful, and there were plenty of nearby activities for all ages. We loved relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. We would definitely consider this house again for another family reunion.

Great weekend away!

We stayed at the property with another family and had a wonderful time. The arcade and bunk beds in the basement were a bit. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. It had everything we needed for a nice time away!

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful home with all the amenities & more. Josh and Margarita we're gracious hosts, very communicative & even offered us early check in. We did not take them up on their offer but it was very much appreciated! Had such a wonderful stay we are likely coming back this time next year.

Sunapee getaway

Location is amazing. Hot tub we loved! Used the trails near by and did some walking/hiking. Really relaxing neighborhood and beautiful Mountain View’s really gives you the getaway feeling. Hosts were very communicative and accommodating although we only reached out once since everything you need is there :)

Nice house and property - very spacious - for us the location was a little far from the state beach where we often met up with other family (family reunion week) - if you like the outdoors there’s lots to do in the area

Amazing house

House was beyond our expectations! Large spacious rooms and we all loved the beds very comfortable. Enormous living/common areas we had a group of 15 and never felt like we were on top of each other. House was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Toys and games for all ages plus an amazing hot tub. Definitely would recommend this place and plan to come back in the future!

Wonderful winter getaway

We had a great weekend skiing, tubing and ice skating. The house has everything you could ask for. Hot tub was an added bonus. The property owners checked in almost daily to check if we needed anything. We will be back!

Ski Season Stay

This house is large and well-appointed. Our family, including kids and grandkids, was able to eat together and enjoy games in the large family room. About 15-20 minutes from Mt. Sunapee.

perfect weekend getaway

It is one of the best houses I stayed in recently. House was clean with all the amenities, appliances, hot tub, and grill. The best part was the availability of all kid's items such as a crib, jumper, toys, and books. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is close to all basic needs. I would live to stay in the house again.

Outstanding Home

Great experience, great house for relaxing or entertaining. House was well equipped from towels to anything you could need in the kitchen. We had a family get together and ski vacation (Mount Sunapee)—house was perfect. Loved the shuffleboard, foosball and hot tub (and laundry room, view from the back deck, and king beds)! The house shows well on VRBO, but even better in person! Would absolutely book this house again!
