Bienvenue dans votre maison loin de chez vous! Sweet Caroline est la maison idéale pour vos familles avec 3 chambres, 1, 5 salles de bains (plus une douche extérieure) après une journée bien exposée au soleil.

L'emplacement est un rêve, en particulier pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants ou les membres plus âgés de la famille. En moins de 5 minutes, vous pourrez rejoindre à pied le tout nouvel accès à la plage de Bonnett Street, le Tortugas Lie, le Morningview Coffee Shop, le Galaxy Golf - Mini Golf, le Waveriders Deli, le café + pub, le parc Dowdy / le terrain de jeu + la crème glacée Spot, Juste pour en nommer quelques-uns!

La salle de bains / accès Bonnett Street est une découverte rare dans les banques extérieures. Il est entièrement équipé avec toilettes, douches, accessible aux handicapés et surtout, un sauveteur!

Another great stay at Sweet Caroline. Amanda was a fantastic host. Great location at 2 blocks walking distance to the beach. The cottage is well appointed and included all needed amenities.

Amazing house and great location!

Our family had such a wonderful stay for spring break at Sweet Caroline. The house was extremely clean and organized including a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. The outdoor shower was great for after the beach. The house is within walking distance of shops, a great coffee shop and our kids loved Dowdy Park. We would hands down stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We had an awesome stay. The property was clean and very close to the beach. The kids had a great time playing basketball and skating down to the park at the end of the road. We couldn't believe how close we were to the ocean. We will definitely plan to stay there again.

Perfect for families with kids!

This property had everything our family of 5 (kids ranging in ages 3-9) needed to stay comfortably for the week including beach chairs and toys. Check-in was easy and the host was great! The wine in the fridge and ice pops for the kids was a nice little touch that added to the vacation feel when we arrived and were unpacking our vehicle!

Family friendly

We had a great week as a family of 4 with 2 small children in Nags Head. This home fit our needs very well and had lots of family friendly details- close to Dowdy park, bins of toys for the kids to play with and nightlights in the rooms. Plus it was a close walk to the beach and space for the kids to run around.

First Vacation to OBX

Great centralized location in Nags Head with quick access to amenities, beach, restaurants, etc... but in a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood. Property is very well maintained. The host was excellent! She was always accessible if needed, with quick responses and great advice.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate and exceeded our expectations! Kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils etc. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Very open floor plan on main level with high ceilings made it feel very spacious! My family had a very relaxing time here ( pups included) and will certainly be back.

Wonderful Stay at Nags Head

I had a wonderful stay at “Sweet Caroline”! This was an extended weekend for me and my dog (first time to Outer Banks and Nags Head). The cottage is in an amazing location just 5 minutes walk to the beach and short driving distance to many attractions. The place is very well appointed, super confortable with all amenities you need - the sun room and the decks were great and allowed us to enjoy the good weather we had during the stay. Our host Amanda was super helpful and responsive - thanks so much for all your recommendations on the wonderful places to eat and visit! Hope to be back in the future and will definitively recommend it to friends and family.

Sweet Caroline vs Dorian

We were scheduled to arrive when hurricane Dorian came through. The manager was amazing keeping us posted on our check in progress and making sure we were aware of the situation the entire time and was able to accommodate our trip. The home was cute and comfortable and super close to the beach. It looked just as cute or nicer than the pictures and we really enjoyed our relaxing stay at the beach.

We had a great beach week at Sweet Caroline. House comes stocked with so many essentials compared to other homes. Nephews wished beach was closer but walk was fine by the adults! We could see the Nags Head pier fireworks from the deck of the house which was awesome! Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. Hot tub was a nice treat. Everyone slept well. Lots of beach chairs so leave yours home!

Loved Sweet Caroline!

Our family loved our long weekend stay at Sweet Caroline. We have 2 teenagers and found so much to do- we played cornhole, rode bikes to the beach and coffee shop, enjoyed the hot tub, and most of all just enjoyed unplugged family time. We're Hokies, so the 6 OT win against UNC yesterday was also a highlight. The house was just perfect and so well maintained. The wine and snacks at check-in were quite the treat. We hope to be back. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful house! And thank you to Amanda for the great communication!

Sweet Caroline should be named Incredible Caroline!

The house had everything that you could possibly want or need and was well stocked (spices, oils, paper towels, foil and much much more)! If we had to describe in one word = comfortable and if two words = comfortable AND spotless! The beds were incredibly comfortable and slept very, very well. We felt like we were at home except for there was nothing to worry about....just pure relaxation. The hot tub was luxurious...especially after a long day at the beach....a wonderful way to unwind before dinner. The house is convenient to many shops, restaurants and points of interest - just minutes away. It is also situated very close to the beach - just a quick refreshing walk. Amanda, the property manager, was 110% amazing and made sure that we had everything that we needed throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out process was a piece of cake! Don't think about it anymore - just book it - you found a little piece of paradise in OBX :-)

Excellent Stay in Nags Head!

We stayed in this property for two weeks at the end of July 2022. We couldn't have been happier with our time here! We are a family of four (two adults, one teen, and one pre-teen) who traveled with our standard poodle. The house is in a great location, an easy walk to the beach, but far enough away to be very quiet at night. The house is very well appointed with just about anything you might need for a long weekend through an extended stay. The layout of the home is great, with all of the bedrooms and a full bath on the main level and the kitchen, family room, sun room, and a half bath upstairs. There are decks on every level, which effectively expands the home's square footage to include lots of awesome outdoor space (always a great plus when you are at the beach). The laundry room and the outdoor shower on the ground level are also indispensable. We used them both throughout our stay. It was a short to mid-range walk to Galaxy mini golf, as well as The Spot and Surfin' Spoon ice cream shops, and the Food Lion for groceries. We visited all of these locations at least once during our stay. Super convenient that everything was so close. We also rented tandem bikes from Manteo Cyclery and pedaled all around the surrounding neighborhood to Jockeys Ridge State Park, and other nearby locations. The upper level of the home gets pretty hot during the worst heat of the day. Keeping the blinds shut upstairs helps keep the heat in check and the house cools off well in the evenings. Overall, we loved the house. We would definitely recommend it, especially for families visiting the beach for a week or more. We hope to be back in the future!

First time to Nags Head!

We had a wonderful visit to Sweet Caroline!! The photos in the listing are a perfect example of this lovely home. Upon arrival the house was spotless & contained just about every amenity you might need. They even had toys & books for our 3yo!! The location was perfect for our family as it was close to the beach, the park & mini golf… not to mention many great restaurants & ice cream spots! Being able to bring our dog really topped off our trip as we could relax without worrying about leaving our girl behind! Thanks so much for a memorable week… we hope to be back again!
