Shorely Goodness: PierView Unit 105 is our newest addition to the family - and it's pup-friendly & oceanfront!!

This direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in Nags Head – right in the center of it all! Within an easy drive of many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, we’re sure you will agree that the location can’t be beat.

Fall asleep each night to the sounds of crashing waves and wake up to beautiful sunrises from your porch with unobstructed views of the ocean. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs (2), cable, WiFi, and an in-suite washer and dryer.

Sleeping arrangements include: one king-size bed, one twin bed, and one queen bed. Linens (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and sheets) are provided by an independent vendor and the beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills in the common area, and a children’s play space - all available for your enjoyment.

There is one elevator on the property; however, this unit is not handicap accessible. All guests must be able to navigate flights of stairs in case of mechanical failure or in the event of an emergency. This unit is located on a second-floor level (the first level is pull-under parking).

Our awesome caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live onsite and are as committed to your experience as we are.

There is a two-dog maximum, we can not allow cats, and we do not charge a pet fee. There is no smoking allowed in the unit. We have a 30-day cancellation policy - refunds will only be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing to the property manager outside of 30 days from check-in date.

Great Spring Break Stay

This was a great stay to celebrate spring break with the kids. You can not beat the location. We had some bad luck with the air conditioner breaking but Amy and her team were quick to respond and got us moved into a new unit for a comfortable stay. If we were ever in Nags Head again, we would return to this condo!

Perfect for our needs

Grateful for a place that is dog friendly. Right on beach. We watched the sun rise & dolphins play each day. Beach was clean and so much fun. We have a special needs dog so having the beach so close & an elevator to our unit gave us the opprotunity to have a family vacation. We cooked in house and had everything we needed. We will be booking again.

Perfect Weekend

We had a very enjoyable getaway. The property was exactly as described. The view of the ocean is unreal. We were close to our favorite places. The owner even sent us a message with some very good recommendations of can’t miss restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The property was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Location Location Location!

Fantastic condo for the family with beach access right there! No loading up the car and driving to a beach, it’s right there! This makes running back for more sunscreen, a sandwich, the forgotten frisbee or to grab a cold drink soooooo easy! The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for whipping up meals of your choice or ready to reheat leftovers from any of the great restaurants that are close by. Two full bathrooms makes it easy so nobody has to wait to use one (a plus if traveling with kiddos!) and FANTASTIC water pressure in the showers! There’s plenty of space for dog crates where they won’t be in your way so Fido and Spot can enjoy vacation too! Super comfy beds to stretch out and rest up after a day at the beach, fishing, mini golf or whatever you enjoy. The property has 2 lovely pools - one smaller and shaded and the other larger with plenty of sun. The host Amy is a dream to rent from - great communication and had plenty of suggestions to offer for restaurants etc. On-site caretakers Mike & Lisa are just the most lovely people you haven’t met yet! They gave great suggestions on local fishing, fireworks and checked in to see if we needed anything. We can’t wait to return and enjoy this slice of heaven again!

Great find!

We found this last minute and it ended up working out great. The place is well kept, quiet, and the beach location is excellent. The on site care takers were great with answeing questions and very kind. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Great vacation

Wonderful place to explore the Outer Banks for our first time! Close to everything and right on the beach. Comfortable apartment with everything we needed to cook in when we wanted. Close enough to walk to Jeannette’s Pier and Sam and Omie’s restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful stay on the beach!!!

This 2 bedroom condo met and exceeded our expectations as a great place to stay on the beach in Nags Head! Mike and Lisa were very accommodating to our needs and the apartment was very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

We were very happy with our stay. Regarding the unit itself, it was well kept, very clean, and all was as advertised. I appreciated the linens that were provided as some rentals do not supply that. A “starter pack” of paper towels, some kitchen things, and toilet paper were provided, which was very nice. We had a questions for the caretakers prior to arrival, and the question was answered promptly. The owner supplied lots of information that was helpful to planning our visit to the area. All appliances worked! The furniture was comfortable. The view was stunning! Whether sitting on the porch in the comfortable chairs, sitting in the living room, or hanging out in the master bedroom, the view was incredible. Access to the beach is very easy. The unit is located in a very convenient area. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Space

The property is located right on the beach which is wonderful. The condo was very clean, had everything you needed to prepare meals, an overall very pleasant space. We would definitely come back.

Everything as advertised, but after the second day the elevator was .not working and we heard that this had been an on again-off again issue for a long time. It was tough with two puppies..

WOW

What a great condo. It was everything the description said it would be. So close to the ocean you could hear the waves at night in the bedroom. It was perfectly clean when we arrived. I met one of the people onsite that manage the properties and he great. Nice to talk to and gave me some information on where to eat. We drove up all the way to Duck (for donuts) and all the way down the outer banks. we plan on returning to Nags Head next year and plan on staying here again. The kids already voted this as best place that have stayed. thanks.

Oceanfront Relaxation

The chairs on the balcony shown in the listing overlooking the ocean: That's where we started every day we stayed! Beach walks followed, letting us gather a good supply of shells to take home. We watched dolphins play every day in the surf and were lucky enough to see a whale and her calf on their journey north. At the end of each day, the waves crashing on shore lulled us to sleep. We visited during a very quiet season, which made us feel as though we were the only ones in the building and gave us the beach to ourselves most of the time. Quiet as it was, which means not every restaurant or attraction was open, we always found great places to eat and visit. The two bedrooms on opposite ends of the condo, one with sliding glass doors out to the balcony and each with its own bathroom, is a great layout for families or two couples traveling together.
